My hvac was not blowing. They quickly diagnosed and repaired at a good price.

Can’t say enough good stuff about this place . I traveled down to hunt in early September 10 hours from home .On a Friday night my 4WD system failed and my truck was basically inoperable. I arrived at CC on Saturday morning and they were able to fit me . They even stayed late to make sure my truck was taken care of.Much appreciated.

Really poor communication. I was told by casey that they would need 45 minutes to an hour to balance 2 tires. I waited in waiting room for ten minutes or so and my wife picked me up to go to lunch. I returned 2 hours later and car hadn't been touched. They failed to tell me if you leave for lunch they put other cars in front of you. I would now need to wait at least another hour for my 2 tires to be balanced. No idea how anyone would think this is good business. Pretty sure it was the owner that witnessed the very calm conversation and offered NO resolution to the issue as I left with my car. Previous issues: Not using crush washers on oil plugs Not using torque sticks on lugnuts. Leaving customer not able to remove tires in a roadside emergency. Im disappointed

If I could give less I would have taken same vehicle three to four time for the same part the only saving grace was they covered the work they messed up the mechanics at this shop I hope you find the right people to teach you how to do this but this is one of the worst shops in the town and our town do not go here go somewhere else please unless you have no where else to go do not take a car here they aren’t worth a piss they messed up turbos three times didn’t tighten my drain plug or flush my oil pan leaving metal in the bottom of my motor feom the turbos being bad

My family said don’t go here. I thought, how could they mess up tires? Well, they scuffed up one of my rims. That’s how they could mess up tires. When I brought it back by the guys up front spent 30 minutes trying to buff it out for me. The guys up front are the best. They got all the black marks off. Only one spot ended up needing a touch up where it got through the clear coat. The guys up front really do care. The guys in back it’s sometimes hit or miss. But that’s pretty much every shop out there these days.

Have been going here for almost 15 years. They have always been honest and have done great work.

Did exactly as I requested. Price quote was within $5.00. Great service. Very customer friendly.

Cc's is awesome. I needed a second opinion my car. They checked it out for me. I didn't need what I was quoted at another place. Honest. Very important

It is so hard to find a good mechanic. We were so glad to be able to find CC auto three years ago. We were pretty new to the area and needed a good mechanic. Things started out good but have been concerned over the past year with our experience with them. Having to take cars back because repairs were not done right. My wife and I are speaking about finding another mechanic to start working on our vehicles, which is a lot to do so decided I was going to speak with the manager or owner first. Called and was left on hold for five minutes and no one picked up. Went to get my vehicle which had been left with them for the third time and spoke with manager and expressed my concerns. Manager listened to my concerns and was polite. I still feel unsure, however, if my concerns are taken care of or not.

Drove into h’burg from Houston last week. Yesterday am, had vehicle towed to CC’s after it failed to start. Early this am vehicle was running with new battery. Tow was excellent and cheap . Service at Cc’s could not have been better. This old Chrysler 200 is on death row but I’ll return her to CC’s for her next emergency for sure. Great team!! Thanks guys

I am absolutely through with this business. Brought our car in for an oil change, and my husband mentioned we had purchased a headlight already but hadn’t had time to put it in yet and asked if they wouldn’t mind to do so, thinking this would cost roughly $20-30 bucks in labor since the hood was already open for the oil change. We were charged $95 in labor alone for replacing a headlight that we already purchased. $95, almost 2x the cost of an oil change. We were not quoted $95 when we asked to replace it, because who in their right mind would pay for a $95 headlight replacement. When pressed on it, they gave us back $30. So still a $65 headlight change. We should have just done it ourselves and would have if we had been told this. This company used to run well. They used to be good, honest people who actually helped their customers out. I’ve been a customer here for 5+ years and I will never ever take my car back here. From them not hooking things back up correctly, to the nickle and diming, I’m so done.

Second and last visit. They didn't get the oil change right - again. Asked for full synthetic and got the blend. I based my decision on the price ($60+) of full synth, so that's a little sneaky. They replaced two sway bar links. Repair + oil change was $212. They didn't call before the repair as i had asked and they noted. I got a text when it was done. I had to go to another shop to have the parts tightened after it started rattling again. I was told they have nylon threads and they wouldn't loosen up. That mechanic assumed they weren't tightened correctly to begin with. I paid $20 for that fix instead of returning to this shop. I gave two stars instead of one because they got me in quickly and it was done the next day.

Phenomenal people to work with. I was in a pickle with no ride and they offered me a vehicle to use. It was appreciated so much. They fixed my issue quickly and looked out for my well being. I highly recommend this place!!

The best repair shop in or around Harrodsburg by all means! So if you want it fixed right the 1st time, this is the place for you. We have taken our cars here since they opened. Quality work every time. You will always get an honest answer coupled with fair prices at CC Auto!

I continue to have a great experiences with CC. They have replaced rear axle, AC compressor, struts, catalytic converter and an engine replacement just to name a few. They have a quick turn around and no surprises when it's time to pay the bill. Very competitive on repair prices. Highly recommend and I send my friends there when they need a car repair

I have a truck in for repairs right now with CC. I was impressed enough with the communication and service that I knew they were getting 5 stars before my truck was even done. They reached out when they found problems. They told me exactly what costs were ahead of time and when they found another issue, they let me know and saved me money by performing the work differently so they could handle it all at once. On top of all the amazing service they are completing the work MUCH quicker then expected.

Was told to drop car off on Friday morning. Was told that clutch would be replaced and car would be ready for pickup on Saturday by closing time of 2pm. CAR WAS NEVER TOUCHED. Took my keys and car and left. Don't like being lied to. Will tell all my family and friends to NEVER go to CC Auto Parts and Service. My car was NEVER even taken into a bay to be worked on. THE WORST

Great service, great prices, and they help you get what you need - which in my case meant a tire repair instead of a new tire saving me quite a lot. Other places wouldn't do that and would just try to sell a new set to you. Definitely recommend!

Cc Auto is top notch. My family has used them for the past couple of years. Recently went in due to hearing rattling from my front end. Thankfully, Casey and the crew, realized it was an issue that was missed on a previous trip there. They fixed the problem free of charge and I had zero questions or concerns. We appreciate the honesty instead of just making quick fixes for a buck.

Fast affordable service, friendly staff. Would definitely recommend! Am visiting from out of state and my vehicles fuel pump went out, they were able to get the part delivered and installed in a matter of hours! I appreciate all their effort and fast, reliable service and hard work

I will never take my car anywhere else. These guys are honest and affordable and they do quality work. I made the mistake of going to Ken Towerys once for a rotor that needed replaced. They charged me $600 and didn't ask before replacing it, I never would have agreed to that amount. Not three months later that SAME rotor was messed up again. I brought it to CC and was charged less than 1/4 of that price and I've had no issues with it since.

Brought my car in for new brakes and ended up needed rotors they got my car right in and I came back to pick it up when they told me about rotors so I told them to go ahead and they got my car right in again.. They also gave me a military discount because my husband is a veteran and the price was fair anyway. My husband is there now getting his jeep checked out . Very professional and great service would recommend to anyone. I love to go In Somewhere and they get right to you every single time without fail. There is nothing worse to me then waiting forever on something.

CC Auto is a local hometown auto repair facility and I greatly appreciate them and all they do. They are kind and humble and give back to the community in so many ways. They are honest and helpful and do what they can to explain your issues, tell ya what you need and give you a fair price. I have trust issues with mechanics, but these guys are Great! Thanks gang! I am very impressed and happy with my service at CC AUTO, other places in town strung us around. With CC they told us what was wrong in a timely manner and fixed it with attention to detail and within the suggested time frame and for less than they had initially quoted. We had the motor replaced in my wife's car and they completed the job on time on budget and were very professional along the way. Bottom line I will continue to use CCfor ALL my maintenance needs as well as recommended them to everyone i know.

My brakes failed as I was driving to perform at Pioneer Days. Not only did they fix my brakes, they stayed late to fix them. They went above and beyond, even driving me to the event. I cannot express how grateful I am to them for their overwhelming kindness. I highly recommend them.
