This is an honest experience. I was at hotel on South College street, called a couple of towing company's due to a dead battery from accidentally leaving headlights on. I need to get to work so decide to walk to Walmart to buy a jumper box. It was cold, good walk, was about half way there and a guy calls me from bottoms. Tell him my situation, he says yeah, I got you, give me a few minutes. I had back to hotel to await his arrival. Never does. No phone call, no answered call. Disappeared. Left me absolutely stranded. And the bad thing is, I would've paid 50, 60 bucks for what, 10-15 minutes of there time. Thanks a lot. If you world have said no, i can't get to you, sorry. I was almost too walmart where I could have gotten a jumper box. Instead, I jogged to get back to my vehicle. Had to call in to work. Very disappointed in this company.

I was in Harrodsburg for work when I got a flat tire and was in a bit of a panic. I called Bottoms Towing to see if they could help put on my spare tire. Not only did they say yes, but they asked for my location and got to me in under 10 minutes! Levi showed up at gas station I was stranded at and changed my tire right there in the parking lot. Despite my insistence to pay, he refused to charge me a dime for the service. I was so touched by his kindness and professionalism—he turned a very stressful moment into a manageable one, and thanks to him, I made it to my meeting on time. Called for a tow. Was very reasonably priced and both Levi and Aiden were very polite and professional. My car was picked up and delivered to the auto shop within a reasonable timeframe!
