An amazing shout out to Associate, Jakoby and Manager, Jose for their help today! Came in for a headlight bulb for a car I was borrowing. When I went to leave, the vehicle wouldn’t start. They tested the battery for me and helped me purchase a new one along with putting it in, mind you it was caked corroded crud. Jose helped get us back up and running in no time!

I have been coming here for a few years now. Everyone here is super friendly. Today I was here to check and see if they turn rotors, and they do. For the price it might be the best option in town at 25$ for the set. I had the pleasure of dealing with Micah. He was super nice & helpful with all of my needs. Grate customer service. Two little guys working on August 28th 2022 were pretty useless. One more so than the other. Maybe they were just young and had no idea what good service is. Glad one stopped looking at his phone long enough to tell me he could hook up the engine light check tool but probably wouldn’t tell me what the issue was. The other did manage to talk while engaging on his phone. For reference it’s a temp gauge issue. So after an awkward two minutes of my explaining I said well ok thanks anyway. No help at all!
Had everything I needed thanks to a quick search of their website. I took careful notice because the website has no ability to filter on hand items from ship to store hence 4 stars. A helpful person to show me that the particular air filter I was trying to locate wasn't with the other air filters. Go figure! What should have been a simple grab and go turned into an epic game of "keep your hands to yourself" for my helpful 5 year old.?
I was 3hrs away from home when my alternator went out on my truck. Izzy helped me get the one I needed and then loaned me his tools to put the new one on cause it was a Sunday and no mechanic shops were open. If it wasn't for him I'd be stuck or would have costed me more money to buy the tools!!
The kids who work there don't seem very knowledgeable and are very rude and care more about sitting on the counter and talking about going out drinking in Lexington more than actually doing their job
