I bought a fairly low mileage 3800 series 3 for my car, they were cheap on the price and didn't charge me a core. $425 for an engine that runs like a top, didn't have any evidence of major leaks, and from the condition of the oil and inside the valve covers, it was well maintained. If I need another engine, Kentucky Auto Parts will be my first call.
Called this business looking for a specific part. Upon calling they stated they did not have the part in stock but would order and it would be available for pick up the following Wednesday. So made the 1 hour trip Wednesday and was told the part was still on order and they would call once received. 2 weeks passed so I called to check on status and they told me the part had just came off the truck and was ready to be picked up. Drove another hour to pick up only for them to try and give us the wrong part telling my husband “you can tell it’s wrong just by looking at it because I can’t.” So another trip wasted. Would not recommend, as this business was a complete waste of time.
Worst experience ever, was told a price over the phone told them I would take it, drove 4 hours to get the part. They jumped the price up an extra 200$. Very rude, will never go back there. Wish I could give negative stars.
The Guy at the counter was very nice and respectful but the guy pulling parts was rude as hell disrespectful and would not listen when I tried to let him know what I was looking for I was here on 10/5/2024
This is hands down the BEST auto store and friendliest staff I’ve ever been to. We are from Ga and was heading home from moving my son to Florence, Kentucky. Car started chocking and we pulled off here. It was a burnt spark plug. Diagnosed it and got us back on the road.
Told them needed glass n wiper motor! 2014 ford escape. Back hatch! Sent me photo iin tact back hath! Trying charge me another $200 for glass n wiper motor! Told me priced as broken glass. Told up front what i needed! Won't be back. They day notice to have ready. Had sit 3 hrs. Grr
From the minute I called until I picked up my part these men treated me fairly and kindly! I am beyond thankful for Jerry and the crew! I drove from Knoxville in desperate need for a door and wow they delivered!
Terrible place to buy used parts they tried to charge me way more for a parts that I could go to a different yard and get twice as cheap especially for how hold the truck is don’t buy from them they are a bunch of thieves and all have a attitude and a worker walked up to my brother and told him he better not be taking parts off his mustang when we wasn’t even looking at any mustangs
Good people. They helped me out with a wire harness for my headlight. Where i have been harassed by cops for 2 days in my home town over my headlight being messed up on my car. They were very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.

This place is the best. After hitting a deer and demolishing my front end I called around to some junk yards. Jerry helped me find everything I needed. Even finding me a radiator when they didn't have one.. He went above and beyond. Plus giving me everything at very reasonable prices. I'll definitely be back.
this place is excellent!! I called yesterday to ask if the had the size tires i needed and they said yes. I went to pick them up and they helped us find a set. Chuck washed the tires off and dried them!! they were pretty much brand new tires and they only charged us $50 for both ($25 a piece) I would definitely recommend this place!!
This is the only place I ever get my parts from. I bought parts for my blazer an cruze here an not one time I ever had a problem with them if I did they would take care of me. I would always buy new but when your on a budget they can give u a great price to get u back on the road. Keep up the great business an I'll be buying more parts from u soon thanks again for the great customer service
I ordered parts from Kentucky Auto Parts online. My faith in them based upon their other reviews was not misplaced. They made sure the parts were in good shape before they would sell them to me. They pulled and shipped them in a reasonable time frame. They arrived shipped well packed to prevent any damage in transit. They were the right parts for my vehicle and my mechanic had no issues at all with these used parts. I would recommend this company and would personally buy from them again should the need arise.
I was needing parts they was $300 higher on part and told me they could match the price that I had ben told by other places that said they hand the part I need. Then got there and it was wrong. Then. Kentucky auto parts told me they didnt care to see the wrong part to people. For way to much
I thought I needed something I didn't. They found my error and were as kind as could be about my screw up. Happily refunded me my money and were as helpful and they could be with putting my car things back in order. They even recommend some mechanics. Since I had never dealt with them before, I checked their price against Bluegrass Auto Parts in Lexington and Kentucky Auto Parts prices were much better. Great, nice, kind people. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Biggest crooks in the business!! Purchased a transmission disclosed as perfect working condition with a warranty. Paid to have it installed to find out that the transmission did not work! Company refused to reimburse for my labor I paid $500. So I had to get another transmission and pay double the labor! BUYER BEWARE! They do not stand behind their warranties or products!!!
They are busy but they do pull the parts for you. They didn't have a tire for the wheel I was buying. Not sure how a huge junkyard doesn't have a16 inch tire for a spare, Maybe they sell them to a dealer??. HAVE HAD GOOD DEALINGS WITH THEM IN THE PAST
Good selection of parts and good prices. Seemed a bit under staffed. Unable to get parts off vehicles in a timely fashion, however, they did give a generous discount off the total price for the inconvience. Easy to find. Convient location. Could be a bit friendlier but overall statisfied and will definitely use them again.
