Called after getting the car stuck on an embankment. The lady who answered the phone was quick and to the point which is always nice. Austin called asking for photos and within the hr he was here. It took him all of 15 minutes to get the car loaded, drive it to a safe spot and unload.
Excellent service, excellent driver. I'll be calling Austin and jade towing for anything i need going forward.
Had a great experience with these guys tonight! Had an unfortunate experience with a bank of ice and snow. Called them up and they made it out to me in less than 20 minutes! The regular truck wasn’t able to hook up to it the way the car was positioned, so he called a rollback and Cris was able to load it right up! Super impressive actually how easy they made it look! Cris was great! He was super funny and keep the mood light during a super stressful situation for me! I truly appreciated that! Thank you guys so much for responding so quickly and getting me and the car home safely!! 10 out of 10 recommend!
They made things way too complicated, had us running around to different places for really no apparent reason. The customer service wasn't the greatest. They weren't clear with the policy that you need to have the person who's co-signed to your vehicle present with you. This made the whole situation very complicated since for some reason they couldn't seem to grasp the concept that some people live out of the city they were born in and can't have the co-signer present.
I have unfortunately had several mechanical issues over the last month that resulted in 2 separate tows. Both times I worked with Jade Towing, and both times have had an awesome experience in an otherwise bad situation. They were quick, friendly, and super helpful.
Today, I was sitting on the side of the interstate with a flat tire. When I seen a tow truck approaching me. The nicest guy hopped out to assist me. He seen me sitting there and immediately turned around to come back and help. He was very quick to respond to the situation at hand and get my car loaded up and off the side of the highway. Then we were on our way. By far the best local towing company around. I had originally called a few other places and Jade towing was the best priced option there was. Huge shoutout to Luke for helping me today and being so great.
We had a very positive experience with Jade Towing. Our trailer tire blew off and they towed us to their shop and had it fixed first thing in the morning. We appreciate Matt and the team for working hard to get us back on the road.

Great service and I highly recommend. My driver Chris was one of the nicest people I’ve met and very professional. He got my car loaded up within a few minutes and had me home and unloaded in about the same time as it would take me to drive myself. He definitely deserves a raise. Thank You Chris.
Well my friend and I ran out of gas in London Ky in the middle of the night....2 ladies mind you so we were not ready for such a mess and Jade Tow and Recovery came all the way from Berea Ky to bring us gas (AAA road side assistance call). Scott was the man who showed up and he was amazing you could see he genuinely cared that we got safely back on the road again.... he said we had a low tire and filled that up and put a generous amount of gas in my truck. About 3 weeks ago I called to try to get a motorcycle out and the guy was super rude! So I decided to post a review. He called and told me since he couldn’t help me if I didn’t take the review down. Which I did and still no help so yeah this place sucks big time!! Trying to harass customers if they don’t leave a positive review looks so bad on a business

Once with Ryan and the last time with Kyle they was both phenomenal human beings and very good at the job they do the skills they have utilizing the equipment they got is a great skill but the personality of the employees is the reason why I will only use Jade towing Thanks again Ryan & Kyle
If I could give this guys a 20 stars review I would do it in a heartbeat! They not just towed my vehicle, they also provided us with moral support. We had to get back home the next day for my son’s graduation and their mechanic looked at my vehicle and the team got it fixed in 2 hours! They took a ton of stress out of me by their kindness, professionalism and top notch efficiency, knowledge and willingness to inconvenience themselves to get me on the road on time for my son’s graduation.

Early today I made the mistake of accidentally locking my keys, phone, and wallet all in the car. Scott arrived within about 10 minutes and I couldn’t have asked for better help. He was so sweet and helpful, and even was teaching me. I absolutely loved my experience with this company!
I called back & cancelled -- no foul. A passing good Samaritan did the rescue. So, I really have no towing experience to relate. My impression was costly & less-than-professional dispatch. Are there local competitors? They did not decline to take the job, even on a snowy Sunday. A plus.
I just placed a call through Onstar roadside assistance, and Scott was dispatched to provide service. Fast and responsive tire change service! Billy was amazing today. My son had a moment of inattention and put my truck in a deep ditch on our way to church. Billy slowly and meticulously pulled my truck out at all the proper angles, it ended up with nearly the no damage, whatsoever. He was kind, compassionate and professional. He sweetly asked what exactly happened after it was pulled from the ditch, keeping my son's dignity in tact, when he was already feeling small. Overall, Billy is a great asset to Jade towing. To top it off, the owner authorized a little veterans discount for us. Way to go Jade! You have our business forever. We had a great experience with Jade a month ago when my husband's car broke down and they towed it to a shop. I don't remember the driver's name, but he was excellent as well.
I was returning home from a motorcycle event and my starter went out and I was stranded on the side of the road late a night. I called AAA and they contacted Nick at Jades Towing.
Nick was simply amazing. Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating with it being so late at night. He loaded up my bike with great speed and took me to my location in record time. I was extremely pleased.
Ryan with Jades towing was great my tire blew on my way to work at 530am he came and got my car and was very kind and helpful help put my worrying mind to ease in the future if I need more towing services in the mckee berea area I will be calling jade's.
Had a heater, core hose fitting brake on me, call Jade’s towing. They were very fast and professional and reasonably priced.. Ryan was my driver. He was very friendly and professional, and even gave me a suggestion on how to fix it without having to buy a new part.

Cody with Jade, is just the best. We broke down on our way to our vacation spot. We had gotten towed by another company to our cabin, but from there Cody got us home.
We were 3 hours away from home, in a different state. Cody took the call, drove the 3 hours to get home. He was great conversation the entire way. Picking us up, he had to go down a very narrow, curving driveway, essentially on a mountain. He was very courteous, and made sure we were comfortable the entire way, checked if we needed to stop to use the bathroom, snacks, all of that.

Consider no one else for your towing needs. They are very fast, safe, reliable and extremely clean and professional.

I had a flat tire on the fourth of July. Called my insurance company they were not able to locate a company on this holiday. I found this company of Google. They were so kind and empathetic and sent someone out within 10 minutes. So grateful. The tow truck driver Austin was efficient and kind and brought me and my car safely to a service station. Billy and Austin showed up 10 minutes earlier than expected. They pulled a abandon suv out of my yard, picked up all the car parts and trash as well.
