They took care of my sister's car for the big sales event!! Joe and Steven are wonderful. They got her tires, alignment, oil change, and battery and even recommended brakes in the near future!!! They are considerate of pricing and answered all questions and explained everything. I will definitely be bringing my car here in the future when it's my turn!
Midas is my go-to mechanic shop, and has been for years. The employees always take great care of you and genuinely work with you to resolve whatever issues you’re facing. They’re honest, professional, and make sure you understand what’s going on every step of the way.
It’s hard to find a shop you can truly rely on, but this team consistently goes above and beyond.

Don’t waste your time. Sketchy grimey place. Ps, they give you a discount for leaving a good review. I wouldn’t trust them touching a thing. Which even if they do, they’ll do the bare minimum, the only time they will do a thorough inspection is it’s it’ll be a liability to them not telling you the actual issues. Lousy staff old heads, have no care in the world for quality work.
Follow up on this review, it has been 3 months later still a nightmare situation dealing with this store. STAY AWAY!!!!
Recent reviews for this place are not very good. I've been going here for 30 years..... My experience was top-notch and I got the feeling that the customer really matters. The service manager is over the top ready to please. Was happy with brake job here. They must have weeded out the other guys that weren't competent.
Steven was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. I was super worried about my car tire and Steven took good care of me. He was super accommodating and empathetic to my situation as well. Very happy with the customer service! I was observant while waiting on my flat tire to be repaired and the staff was very attentive and had wonderful customer service! They interacted well with their colleagues and all customers that funneled in and out of the building!

Have had my car serviced here many times. From new tires, to flats, batteries, brakes, oil changes, etc. they are always very professional, courteous and quick. The service manager even remembers me and asks about my job. Highly recommend!

I have been coming to the Erlanger KY location since 2019. These guys are honest and always trying to find/offer the best deal and prices for their services. In the past year and a half, I've noticed a significant improvement in efficiency and promptness in the services here at this location. Staffing seem more professional and get the work done in a timely manner.
On a freezing cold day my tires lost lots of air pressure and Steven and his fellas were nice enough to put air in my tires. I’m extremely grateful. And they didn’t charge me!
Adam, Rob and Steve were nothing short of great! I had to go in for an emergency tire repair and not only did they get me in and out, they also helped with recommendations at a reasonable price - thank you all for this!

Called last minute to get an alignment done on my 2012 Kia Soul. Not only did they get it done but they also stayed over to make sure it was done and safe the same day. Adam is always super helpful and nice!
Not sure if this posted the first time but the service was so good I wanted to make sure that was posted. We stopped in at the Elsmere Michel Tires Plus to have our tire pressure checked due to the indicator on the dashboard coming on. Michael came out and brought all 4 tires up to the correct pressure. When he finished he informed us as to which tires were low and by how much. All this done with a smile and no charge! Can’t find this happening dry often!! Thanks Michael!!

My boyfriend went here with a flat tire, and they told him it couldn’t be patched or repaired because there was supposedly a large piece of metal in it. They claimed the only option was to replace the tire for $300, even though he had recently been there and had another tire replaced for $200 that should have been patchable.
I suggested getting a second opinion, so we went to Costco. Costco checked the tire and found it was just a small nail in the middle of the tread—an easy and inexpensive fix.
This location tried to upsell an unnecessary service instead of offering an honest assessment. I would not recommend coming here unless you want to be overcharged.
We’ve been taking our cars to Tire Plus in Elsmere for years, and they continue to impress us every time. Normally we schedule our appointments in advance, but today we found ourselves in a bind. My husband discovered a flat tire at 4:30pm as we were heading out of town. I called Tire Plus right away, and they didn’t hesitate to help.
They fit us in same day and had us back on the road by 6pm. Their service, efficiency, and kindness mean so much, especially in moments like this. Thank you for always taking great care of us!
As a woman I am always nervous getting work done on my car. They were very patient with me and helped me get everything done before my big trip! Very patient on the phone and the service was quick and they got me in right away. Would definitely recommend.
Adam and the crew here are phenomenal. They really care about customer satisfaction. If you want good services and feeling good about work being done to your vehicle. Its the Michel Tires Plus way. Don't go to Tire Discounters where they will say we can do this and do that but in the long run cost you alot more money for poor services. Trust me.

What stands out most is their integrity — they’re true auto advocates, not salesmen. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in earning trust rather than just making a sale. They went above and beyond to explain everything clearly and made sure our vehicle was in great shape before we left.

Robert was amazing, I was stranded several hours from home with the serpentine belt and bad tension or bully. Rob was willing to take on a job. Some of the other techs were not. The parts supplier delivered the wrong part several times throughout the day, but Rob kept working and got me fixed up. He went above and beyond what I To get me fixed up and I greatly appreciate it! I will definitely be back because of Rob’s obvious knowledge and willingness to help out! He represented the company as a whole very well
We came in last minute due to blowing a tire on the interstate. They got us in super quickly and took great care of us with getting our tires replaced! Adam is awesome
These guys are awesome! Had a slow leak and just needed to get home. Provided great advice and even filled my all my tires with air for free. You can’t even get free air at a gas station. Would definitely recommend buying from these guys!
We come here often, and they are always awesome! This time was no different. We had a flat, and they were able to fit us in the same day. Steve was upfront in the pricing and let us know exactly what needed to be done. He was very helpful, and I’m so grateful they were able to get us taken care of the same day!
In a world where waiting is expected-don’t expect to wait real long here! We were walk ins needing two front tires mounted and balanced, and Joe got us in and out in 45 minutes. Excellent service. Fair price. Overall excellent experience.
