When you need help with anything with your car come in and see Will, Doug, Xander, and Tyler. They came out in the rain and helped me with diagnosing my issues. Great attitudes, knowledgeable, and help you find the right products at the right price. I highly recommend.

Love this place but it's not the same without Danielle there

It was ok... I did go at the end of the day, but I brought back the WRONG brakes for thr second time with a reciept..Unopened. I got what I needed and despite the fact that it was paid for in cash- they didn't have any cash available for my refund. It was about 15 mins before close. So I had to scramble to fi d a card in my digital wallet. They refund it and I go to buy the correct items, sitting right there and it won't pay. "Oh, it is going to take 24-48 hours to post". Well dang you didn't think to ring and deduct. Then I find out I am talking to the manager. Alright, I give up tomorrow is a new day- Autozone opens at 7 I think.

I think the Manager of the store was Jenny, best customer service I have gotten in a long time, found hard to find parts and made everything super easy, highly recommended

Danielle was great! I did not think that AAP would be able to replace my car battery, but she made it happen. I will be sure to return for future auto part needs.

Of course there reviews are good. Man I'm from GA and my alternator went out as I made it in the parking lot and they were so kind and helpful and provided not only the parts but also several tools and and impact just incase haha. Anyways I got it fixed with help of course and got home. But I appreciate the home town assistance from these kind people.

Purchased new battery for our car and the store associate installed it. Removing old battery due to corrosion around the positive cable was extremely difficult. She maintained a great attitude and was determined to complete the job. Will definitely purchase from Elsmere store in the future.

I normally have a great experience at this store. And i have been
coming here for years.
Today was different. I picked up my item to buy. There was a man on the
phone with a customer and a lady stocking shelves. She told me to place
my item on the counter and she would be with me in a minute. I watched her continue to stock shelves then retreat to the back room. If she was not a cashier it would not have been a problem. But it is a great way
to lose customers. I went to another auto parts store to get my item.

Single, solitary employee was very helpful, compassionate, helpful. No one else showed for their shift, so the poor man was alone. Even with this situation, he was kind to me.

Bought a Delphi fuel pump on line for my Chevy truck and saved 20%.Cant beat that nowhere.

Did not have yellow caliper paint. How in the hell do you not carry yellow. In fact, they couldn't even order it nor could they give me a matching 10% discount when you buy a complete brake package. Got what I needed @ O'reilly's Auto Parts instead. Both yellow caliber paint, as well as 10% off saving me $34. Thanks O'reilly's Auto Parts!!!

Highly disappointed in the service here. I paid with a debit card a couple days prior. Brought the receipt and three lug nuts and a refund was refused because i didn’t have the original card (it has been misplaced) offered no option for in store credit for the amount and refused the refund. Customer service is lacked at this store. And not to mention they gave me the wrong lug nut multiple times.

First thing is first, getting into and out of the parking lot can be frustrating. I know there is very little that can be done about it so it has not effected my rating, just mostly wanted to give everyone a heads up.

As far as the service here it is great. The guys behind the counter were super friendly and knowledgeable. I only came in for wiper blades, which they do install for free, but I wanted to do it myself so I did not use this offer. They helped me pick out the right size and type for my vehicle. I was in and out within 5 minutes.

This place is awesome not only doing anything they can to help with your automotive needs !! But also subbing for a pick up point for UPS ! Thank you to everyone at Advance Auto Parts !

Let me tell you about these people that work here...my car broke down and they didnt have my part and this sweet lady named jenny aka jennifer ran all over the place 2 different spots to find my part so I wouldnt have to sleep in my car in front of there store ...and the one place she had to run was an hour away so she spend her whole day helping us .... we give this place props for being amazing to a couple of outta towners

Came for a battery I ordered online. Was in and out in no time. Great customer service. The guy even carried the battery out to the car for me.

This weekend both my brake lights went out so I stopped in to get new bulbs and Kele was there. He was extremely polite and professional. He quickly looked up the part that I needed found it and offered to help me install the bulbs. Every time I have been to this location I have had amazing service. It is because of employees like Kele that I keep going back there for my automotive needs.! Thank you Kele and thank you to the awesome leadership of that team. You leadership shows through your employees!

With automobiles getting tougher to work on these days Advance can help you save a lot of money. Whether you have a bad battery or need the parts to do a brake job or even if you have the knowledge to handle an even bigger repair, you need to talk to these people. If they don't have what you need in Stock they can get what you need in a hurry. These people know both autos and parts and that is how you can save yourself plenty of cash. As Always, Enjoy!

These folks are great. I bought a car battery and they took great care of me. One of the employees who was off the clock actually sold me the battery and installed it just to help his other Co-workers out. He had a great attitude. We need more folks like him I think. I wish I could remember this young man's name, hut job well done.

Not only did they get me the best deal possible, but I was very surprised that they do the installation at no cost. I was pleasantly surprised when he asked for sure.

Guy claimed to be a manager but was very rude, I will never visit another advance auto parts again. I was wondering why they were so dead and then I realized it was because of their terrible customer service. Go to AutoZone a block down because they know how to take care of people.

I needed something specialized, which they did not have in store, but they were extremely nice and did tell me where I may be able to get it if I needed it that moment, or offered to order it for me if there was not a rush. I really appreciate businesses that are looking out for the consumer and this move won my business. Great staff!

On Saturday march 25th around 2:30 pm I called this location and talked to a man named Trent. I called to get a price on rotars for my van and to see if they had them in stock. Trent was VERY rude from the beginning of the phone call. I asked I'd they carried rotars there for my brand of car..he was very rude like he didnt want to be at his job or that I was an inconvenience to him. He asked my engine size which I didn't know and he acted like I was tuoid for not knowing. I told him he was being very rude and his response was o well. I asked for a.manager and he told.me he was the manager!!!!!! How the hell do you manage a store and treat people this way!! I work right down the road from there but I will never ever go back into that store and give them my business with someone like that working there.

Staff seems reasonably well equipped with knowledge and the store is well kept.

At certain times (probably low expected customer attendance like early morning or late evenings) they seem a little understaffed to the point where there is not enough team members to efficiently checkout a handful of people.

I received great customer service from this location. An employee asked if I needed any help, guided me to specific products, pointed out specials and sale items and took my products to the checkout desk so I could continue to browse. It was a nice experience.

Went in for 2 bad low beam replacement lamps. Was greeted by an employee who helped me locate my parts quickly. The manager rang me out and double checked that I had proper parts. Went out to do the replacement per instructions in manual. The manual said you had to remove entire lamp assembly from car. Turns out I would need a metric socket. Went back in to purchase one, but manager suggested he take a look as he had dealt with model vehicle before. He made the change out on both of my low beam lamps in under 10th minutes tops, saved me money on socket purchase, and the work it would have made for me pulling out full assembly. My thanks to him here and 5 stars for both knowledge and customer service.
