My engine light came on. I am new to elsmere. I got the car there. They were wonderful. Took their time and really figured out it was a few issues. I was glad. I dont want any issues. They were able to fix it same day. My children live in South Carolina. I was scared, alone. They are Truely God sent. Fixed my issues quick . I cant say enough good about them. Especially the nice man that did the work. He was polite and kind. Best place in the world if you have car issues.wish I could give them 100 stars. Constance latini

Horrible service! I was originally quoted 75-105 min for tow service. Then when it said they would be arriving soon, it quickly changed to 45 more min. No one would answer the phone, I called multiple times. I waited 3 1/2 hours in the freezing cold with my car dead, and no one ever came or contacted me to say they couldn’t help. I finally had to switch tow companies and the other one got me out in less than an hour. This place is awful!!

Having owned multiple Mercedes Sprinters, and having had horrible experiences with smaller shops in the past, I was a little scared to leave my van here. Mercedes diesel is a whole complicated thing as many people know. Especially when it comes to DPF and AGR issues. Many dedicated diesel shops won't even touch a Mercedes Sprinter DPF issue. I could not be more satisfied. These guys did the same job for $1,700 that the Mercedes dealership was literally going to charge me $10K+ for. The van isn't even worth $10K. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend them.??

Well I didn’t need a tow or anything, however, I was delivering fuel to the UDF on Dixie highway and there was a snow pile over my drops. While trying to find and dig them out, Colton or Colben….im really sorry I forget your name, stop and helped me out. I really appreciate that driver going out of his way to make my night easier and quicker. I offered to buy him some food or drinks but he said there was no need. I will definitely call when I need a tow!

Their employees was very responsive and respectful. Management was very helpful, and friendly. They take pride in the work. Very responsive too questions you made have.

I have used ky auto a few times. I have nothing bad to say. They are always up front with the problems and the time line to fix the problems . They do great work and there towing service They offer is handy and always quick to pick up your vehicle. I highly recommend their service.

Car broke down this afternoon and I got a tow from Kentucky Auto Service & Towing through AAA. Driver was so careful with my car, it was incredible. Freezing cold weather and he got down on the ground to make sure my car did not get damaged getting pulled up onto the flatbed. So grateful for his amazing service!

The tow service was wonderful that young man went above and beyond and it was a holiday week but they still got my car serviced and ready to go quickly! I have found my mechanics! So grateful and the prices are wonderful!

As usual, great and friendly service from some of the best people in the business. My car needed its OEM low profile tires replaced. I was worried about the seal because the prior owner had hit a pothole and left two big dings in the front aluminum wheel rims. Bobbie’s crew mounted and checked them carefully- solid seal. Another great experience at a reasonable price.

Called to have an extended warranty issue addressed. Kentucky Auto Service & Towing diagnosed the issue and promptly repaired it. Reasonably priced and done a lot quicker than expected. Would recommend this place and my first impression is they are trustworthy and honest.

This garage is fantastic!!!! I was told by the dealership I took my car to, that the cost to fix it was worth more than the car then they offered to buy it smh. They (TomGill) said I needed my heater box replaced and they would have to tear out my dash. Took it to Ky Auto and Tow on Ash St. in Elsmere, easy fix, there was a clog. They flushed my vehicle and it runs without any problems. They most certainly made a customer out of me. These guys know their stuff!!!!A+A+ all across the board.

I called my insurance for towing because I have problems with my car. I all ready cal my local dealer and he said we can fix your car. Which I was very ecstatic because I never use their services. My car two weeks later runs great definitely recommend.

Had a tow scheduled with them. Called at 11:00 AM. They said 1-2 hours, no problem. It’s now been FIVE hours I’ve waited. It’s 10 degrees outside and they are no longer answering their phones.

The gentleman asked me if my problem could possibly be the battery. We discussed the battery age and he decided to jump it first before towing it. When he put his jumper box on my battery he determined that it was just the battery and not really in need of a tow to a garage. He also recommended Ky Auto for a reasonable battery. He was helpful and polite. He did wind up saving me lots of money. Thank you!

Do not ignore those reviews about this company NEVER showing up and never answering their phones. The easy go to explanation is "I do not show any records of us ever working with you". Well, how about answering the phone on the line that you provide to Insurance and Roadside assistance companies?

My car all of a sudden started misfiring and jerking. I had them tow my car in to see what the issue was. I needed spark plugs and coils. They took care of it quickly. Bobbie went above and beyond to get my warranty company to cover as much as possible. I had used them previously to put a new engine in my car which luckily was covered by my warranty. This is where I will be bringing my car for all maintenance and any work that needs to be done. Thanks guys!

I had two tires blown at 1:30 AM on a Saturday, they got there within 30 minutes, the guy was super nice (I wish I got his name but he had red hair and said he was fairly new) and was a great help during a really stressful time!

I accidentally put gas in my diesel pick up truck and we are travelling pulling a travel trailer. our truck was dropped off there Friday night. They’re not open on Saturday and Sunday so they looked at it starting on Monday afternoon and we were back on the road Tuesday great service Was very pleased with their service

The owner operators were very accommodating... getting transmission work done is no joke and they quoted a price that was more manageable than the dealers and other mechanics shops ...the taxes are nuts everywhere but despite that ...they were more affordable than anyone else I encountered and for that I thank them.

Contracted with GEICO for emergency lockout. Original time was 90 mins. Time went by, I had to call them. The clueless dispatcher didn't know you should update someone when you go past the time. So she updated the time for 30 mins. That time goes by so I call back 3 times with no answer. Their driver calls me and says 20 more mins after it's been 2 1/2 hours. 40 mins later I call him back and he said that dispatch pulled the call from him. So nobody decided to tell me after 3 hours? This company is unprofessional, unreliable, and hopefully unhired for future events. Terrible. Absolutely terrible.

These guys and gals are top notch! Fantastic customer service and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend checking them out the next time you need work done on your car!

Can't express how happy I was to get same day service. I choose this shop because it was close to where I broke down. Without knowing how terrific there are . They towed me and found my alternator was bad. Which is what I thought. I will be using them from now on. And tell all my friends.......If they don't go. They are missing out. Thanks again

My wheel bearing went out on my Chevy Express. Had it fixed pretty much same day and at a very reasonable affordable price. This is my first time getting auto work done at a shop since moving to KY. This is now the shop I will be bringing all my equipment to.

I have taken a vehicle here for some extensive work to fix gasket leaks, replace an oil plan, fix a steering rack and pinion, a timing belt and more. I am pleased with the quality of work, the estimates on cost and timing were accurate, and good customer service follow up. Will return for future repair needs.

They were ready for me right on time, and the service was fast, smooth, and done right. The staff was courteous and efficient, and I was back on the road in no time. I've been going to Kentucky Auto Service for 6yrs now and Bobbie and her staff have always taken great care of not only my vehicle but my wife, son and daughter's vehicles also. They have always done great work in a timely manner at a fair price.
