Called for a simple tow and was told it would be an hour wait and I agreed. I texted him with the info he needed to locate the vehicle and asked him for a price for the tow with no response…. An hour passed and I called.. no answer… finally he texted back and told me if I’m in a hurry I should call someone else ?? never had a tow truck company do me like that before. C&C Towing saved the day and got there in 50 minutes and were super upfront about the cost and payment. Save your time on this company!
I’ve never left a review for any place before, but if I could give more than 5 stars, I would. My car broke down the day before New Year’s Eve, and while every other place was either closed or asked me to bring the car in (which could not even start) and leave it for days, I gave JJ a call. He showed up pretty quickly, towed my car, checked the problem, and even came with me to order the repair parts and brought them back to his place. He would not let me leave until he and his coworkers checked that everything was working perfectly. Totally professional, a great guy, and someone I would absolutely come back to anytime.
He arrived quickly. I thought it was the starter by the way it was acting. He got in it and tried to start it. It was actually the battery. He was able to get it started. I would recommend using him if you need your car towed.
Do not use this dude.. he told me his guy was 30 minutes out.. an hour later I called and texted him and got no response. This business will fail because of his handling of customers
Had one of my company trucks breakdown in Verona today. Called in they had someone out in less than an hour and had it dropped off at a shop quickly and a fare price.
My stepdad passed away in 2019 and my son wanted his truck. My ex husband kept it after our divorce and then told me and our son that he junked it. JJ Towing saw my post on Facebook asking for help tracking the truck down because I didn't believe it had been junked. He went out of his way to run some info through his database and within 5 minutes I had the name and number of the man who bought the truck when my ex auctioned it off. It took a while, but yesterday, I officially bought my stepdad's truck back for my son and it's his forever. I could not have tracked it down without these guys and they got nothing out of it. Just did it because they wanted to help. I'd recommend them to anybody!!!
The most unprofessional staff. I was visiting my cousin today at his house. He has had multiple parking issue with neighbors not moving their cars for weeks at a time. Today someone duck taped neon signs to his car saying they can park wherever and for however long they want. He simply went to put the note on the porch of the person who did so. The owner of the shop was in the street screaming and hollering at him calling him homophobic slurs. he has one car while the neighbor in question has like 4 cars. If you want to avoid a homophobic towing company please use another one.
Spent 4grand for a vehicle to work 48 hours... Been down since.. I mean obviously doing homework will save anyone from getting ripped off by this guy..

If I could give him zero stars, I would I called them in desperate need on New Year’s Eve because our work truck was stuck on a hill and we just needed him to pull it out. He charged us 225 told us he could take a card a company card over the phone And then said oh no I only take cash app and I’m sorry I can’t get a hold of my boss to take your card and I won’t release your truck until you pay me made us drive to our store to get all of our money out of our register to release our truck Ridiculous
called to get my car unlocked was told 20 minutes and after an hour i called back multiple times to never get an answer i wouldnt tell anyone to call them call ky auto and towing theyre about taking care of customers they came right away
My vehicle broke down and I scheduled a tow for later in the day. My truck was picked up and delivered to the location I requested.
Friendly driver. Fast hookup. Solid service.
Utter joke of a company. Despite 5 hours and a couple responses saying "be there shortly", no truck ever showed up. Had to get pulled off the highway by a friendly local
Kyle Todd towed my old super beetle after she broke down on the highway. He was very friendly and polite. He offered to push her in the garage for me if needed.
As I sit on the side of the road some 2 hours and 45 minutes after I had gotten off the phone with this company, I have gotten in touch with a real towing company. Please don’t waste your time calling these hacks. I repeatedly called to try and get a hold of the people that work here, but only ever spoke to one person after my initial call. All of my calls went to voicemail. Very unprofessional how this has been handled. I understand stuff happens but return a phone call, so I could call another service instead of wasting my time.
I called JJ Towing today at 12:23pm with a flat on the side of the road and needing a tow (blowout). When I called, they said that a driver would be there in 30-45 minutes. They then proceeded to string me along via text and phone calls for hours, repeatedly saying, “he’s on the way”, “give us 20 more minutes”, etc. They eventually went silent. I did not pester them - politely asked for an update three times. After waiting for 2.5 hours, I called a second company. The second company arrived 20 minutes after I called and was impressive/professional. It is clear that JJ Towing takes a dishonest approach to business. Buyer beware.
I was stood up the entire day and ghosted after scheduling a simple tow to a parking space next to my vehicle. I can only guess that this job may have been to simple to show up or even callback.
Called for a tow and was told 45 minutes. Called at 1 1/2 hours later and was told 10-15 more minutes. 45 minutes later they stopped answering the phone and started sending my calls straight to voicemail. Had to call another service after waiting well over two hours. Do yourself a favor and call someone else.
J&J Towing was an actual lifesaver on our trip to Tennessee.
My boyfriend and I stopped for gas and my car wouldn't start.
Thinking it was a battery issue, we tackled that theory first.
We requested a tow service and was pleasantly surprised when Jesus and his son showed up.
My boyfriend stated his concerns with the vehicle and Jesus offered to help narrow down what the issue could be.
In the end it needed to be towed.
We rode with Jesus and his younger son (who was sweet and extremely helpful) to a garage to drop it off.
Mind you the garage was closed for the night. An hour from our hotel, we were scrambling trying to figure out plans for a late, unexpected Saturday night wrench in our vacation.
Jesus stated that if on Sunday, the garage wasn't able to fit us in or was going to charge us way too much, to call him and he would try and help us out.
After a few minutes we decided to just ask if he would be willing to do the work on my car and save us the possible letdown the next day.
We rode with him and his son where he dropped us off and waited until we booked and found a hotel for the night.
He towed my car back to his house for the night and stayed in touch the next morning with updates.
It ended up being a starter and after he drove to pick us up at the hotel, we went back to his place with him as he replaced and fixed my starter issue.
This man went above and beyond to help total strangers that were struggling on their vacation.
He was generous with what he charged but to be honest I felt better about paying him than a big name garage that probably would have WAY overcharged me.
By the end of this "adventure", my boyfriend and I honestly felt like we had known them for years.
He was very reliable, trustworthy and made it a mission to finish quick so our trip wasn't ruined.
This man saved the day. Locked my keys in my car. My kids are extremely sick I needed someone quick early on a Sunday. He was there in less than an hour. Stayed in touch with us the entire time. And made sure I got my keys before leaving. Cannot thank you guys enough!
My wife was stuck in a traffic jam on i-75. She had to shut her car off because it was a long-term shutdown. When she went to start it back up the battery was dead. JJ towing was jumping cars that were stuck on the hill at no charge. What a great customer service thank you
I called them for a lockout when I locked my keys in my car at the grocery store. They said they would send someone right over. So I waited for an hour and nobody ever showed up and they stopped answering their phone. Not cool!
I needed to get my car towed and off the road during a snow emergency & they came to the rescue! After spending some time trying to jumpstart the car they towed it for me. Not only did they arrive quickly but all other towing companies told me they wouldn’t come out in the bad weather. Super friendly, great communication & at an unbeatable price. Highly recommended!
When it’s the middle of the night, and everyone else is quoting 2 hours before they can get a truck to you, you’ll NEVER be happier to call this man to have him get you on his bed. 10/10 would recommend.
