They really are good people just doing their job and making a living. They don't want to make things harder on you than they have to. They have been more than generous during a rough time, twice. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

My car was stolen and recovered in Covington by the police and then towed by this outfit. After being notified I drive up to pick up my car but had a key issue which made it a day or two longer wait , when I left the car it was fine , when I returned the car had been rammed into a rusty channel behind it and clearly the stinger had been carelessly rammed into my door! I commend them for not
Charging me a storage fee, but clearly a reckless tow driver slammed my car into the fence and who knows
What else! Not to mention a brand new battery was taken off the car and the guys that stole it didn’t take it because they were driving the car, being a former tow driver / repo man I have seen this several times , the right thing to do is be a man accept responsibility and work it out , but integrity has long left this establishment it seems as it was blamed on someone breaking in , but wasn’t anything stolen , that’s not a coincidence !
Called to get something taken care of. They were unable but they gave me the contact info of a guy who was able to take care of what I needed. Much appreciated!
Good at what they do,very polite family business. It is an impound yard so chances are you are already having a bad day. Fortunately they also tow and do locks out and prices are average,but are good at what they do
Well....even though it may be one of the worst things ever to have your car towed especially against your will, I will say they were very nice and quick about the process of returning my car and they were kind. So even though tow guys could quite possible BE THE WORST I give these guys a ?
My car got impouned here by covington police for parking in the wrong place. But theybwere very nice and stayed open a little longer for me to walk all the way there to get my car so i was very greatful.
Called with a problem a car had been parked in my back drive for a while. They told me to go get a sign made with their name and number so i did. 40$ later they told me they have no room for the car. Well u couldnt tell me that before i bought the sign. Why would you tell someone to get the sign and then tell them they cant help.
Was super nice and helped me get my car fixed super quickly!! Even waited for me to rush back for payment so I could have my car THAT very same day. I'm truly grateful for them helping me out!! The price wasn't really bad either for the job. I'll probably be back!!
Friendly people who are downhome when I fell in lot from uneven drive- mechanic came out to see if I was Ok. I had to pay tow bill on my car- but at least they made it a more pleasant experience to such a bad bad day.
Jess N' Sons towed my vehicle for being too close to a drive way on my own street (Garrard, Covington KY). They had also caused damage to the bumper in the picture ($1100 in damage). They did not mention the hole in the bumper and claimed they were not responsible. I am currently dealing with insurance companies in order to fix the damages. Currently their insurance provider is agreeing with their false statement as to who is responsible.
I spoke to Jim today who helped out by taking photos of my car that was towed there after an accident. He was very polite and professional. Thanks Jim.
Because they helped me when my truck died on the interstate. They are a group of guys that are the best to talk with when your vehicle is being worked on they are down to earth people and friendly .
