Fast response time; I had a tire blowout and no spare (new car problems). Driver was there in 20 minutes and quickly had me on the flatbed wrecker, and at a tire shop. Thank you
The technician showed up r quickly It happened to be 19 degrees outside. So, he told me to wait in the warm truck. He was very friendly and knowledgeable I haven’t ever had to request a tow before. Great experience. .
Daunting to be stuck with missed appointments. But Geico dispatched Advantage Towing and they showed up quickly. Donnie was experienced, no drama and wenched me out. That’s it. A good guy, did the job fast.

My tow driver was David and he had to pull me out when I get stuck in the snow. He was highly professional very knowledgeable and seems to enjoy his job as well and it did not take it very much time to get my car out. You all need to give that man a good raise workers like him don’t come by often.
I kept their phone number the first time I used them because they were to friendly. I needed them today because of the snow storm. Mike came out and hand shoveled to get me out. I’ll use them again , definitely. Highly recommend
Requested a flatbed rollback for special transport of my vehicle. My phone calls were promptly returned from the dispatch office and were followed up with text messages to keep me up-to-date with the driver's progress. Driver arrived in a timely manner and was extremely friendly and courteous. Excellent customer service. Will use Advantage Towing anytime I need towing services. Pleasant experience and I highly recommend them.

Hands down best towing experience I have ever had! I got trapped out of town when my car broke down. I got out to check what happened, and my doors locked! So my son and I were stuck on the side of the road without my phone, purse, etc. Through a serious of exciting events, a tow truck was called and came. Roger, who came out, worked on getting my car unlocked, transported, and to a safe mechanic to get repaired. The overall experience was excellent considering how hard a situation it was!!! He was so kind and so helpful! I highly recommend!
The dispatcher was very clam and collected. He helped me price a few options to take my truck. I had called one other place but they were higher and the dispatcher was somewhat rude.
The driver came in the time frame they said he would. I rode with and the truck was clean, the driver was easy to talk with.
They got to me when they said they would, got my car loaded up really quickly and off to the shop so I could get back to my day. The driver really seemed to know his stuff. Can't really complain about the price either. Probably one of the cheaper tows I've ever had. It's always nice when an unexpected expense is a little less than you had prepared yourself for.
My starter went out and I filed an insurance claim. Advance Towing picked up the ticket they said they would arrive within the hour and they did just that. Chris my driver was super pleasant and friendly. He took very good care of me and my vehicle. I was thoroughly pleased. Great experience, wonderful staff, the tow truck was phenomenal and I would absolutely recommend.

Cannot express how great this company was at getting my car towed. Was less than two hours from when I called to having the car hooked up and being towed away. The tow operator and dispatcher were both very kind and professional. Knew exactly where they were due to a tracker they sent me for the truck. They took my credit card for payment, no problem and I’m sure are delivering my car safely. I’d use them again any time/any day!
Susan helped us set up a scheduled tow(she was so incredibly nice & helpful!!!). Then, Roger was prompt & even gave us an update on a time frame when the day came. Would definitely use this company again.

Had the best service! My car died at the gas station on Christmas Eve Eve. They got to me in 20 mins & got my car home & in the driveway! Everyone was super friendly & helpful. I was in a real bind, they made the whole situation better . Will definitely use them again!!
They are my go-to if I need the service. They answer their phone, are polite and professional, have reasonable rates, they have arrived pretty quick and they get the job done. Can't ask for more than that.
First off shout out to Advantage Towing & Recovery Susan was great and very helpful. Donnie had the heat on blast after being stranded out in the cold. The price was right. The service was outstanding! Let them tow your vehicle you will not be disappointed spend your hard earned money with them.

Great overall experience! Kris was the driver dispatched, got here less then 20 minutes after my request for a truck and managed to get my car running without even needing a tow, which saved me a ton of time. My car was totally disabled (e-brake stuck on, side of the road). Geico called Advantage, I followed up to tell them that I needed a car carrier and not a standard tow. I was greeted courteously and they understood the situation immediately. Even though they were busy with the snowy weather outside, an operator was with me in less than half an hour and he was super knowledgeable. Would use their services again in a heartbeat.
Both of the ADVANTAGE employees that assisted me today were both friendly and professional. The associate that took my call and facilitated having my car towed was courteous and answered all my questions. The driver that picked up and dropped off my car on this very cold day was also friendly and professional. I Will definitely use this towing service again and recommend them to my friends and collegues.
Very good communication, fast service, and made me feel very comfortable with him having my vehicle. He also took the time to talk to me about what was going on with my car and he even backed it out of the drive to load it because I told him I was anxious with the issues I was having. 100 % recommend!
Customer service was impeccable! Tow truck driver even took a look at my car before he left to see what the issue was and explained and walked me through what was wrong and how to fix it. I think his name was David. Really nice guy
Our car broke down as we were on our way home from my husband’s knee surgery. Our tow truck arrived earlier than expected and our driver was incredibly patient and helpful and we navigated an interesting & somewhat difficult situation.
My insurance said about 5 hours and this guy came way sooner!!. Very friendly gentleman with a cool looking tow truck!! I hope I don’t need roadside assistance anytime soon but if I do, I hope they send the Penny Wise tow truck!
I can not thank Roger enough for the extra love and care he gave to loading, towing and unloading my 1979 Trans am. He had boards and soft straps ready. Highly recommend Advantage for all your towing needs!
