Service was great and on time. Once they told me they will be there, they were there and ready to tow the car. They provided plenty alerts to let me know their status. I will definitely use them again if I run into any car issues.
Customer service was impeccable! Tow truck driver even took a look at my car before he left to see what the issue was and explained and walked me through what was wrong and how to fix it. I think his name was David. Really nice guy
My car died next to the soccer fields at Tom Sawyer park. We jump started but it wouldn’t move, so it was towed to Springdale Automotive in Middletown. The driver was very helpful and I’m happy with the service.
Joe arrived timely and was extremely courteous. Actually the whole experience from the initial phone call with the operator, follow-up, and tow was excellent. I wish I could have left him a tip! Would highly recommend.

Driver called to let me know when he was on the way with an accurate estimate of his arrival time. He was very courteous & helpful. I thought i needed a tow since neither my jumpbox or jumper cables had got my car started, but Bryan suggested he try & was able to get the car started so I could drive it to the auto repair shop for evaluation.
Driver was professional, friendly and took the utmost care to protect my car and my property while putting my car on the flatbed. And, my driveway is a very steep decline down to my garage, that took a lot of maneuvering to get it in place. Keep this driver happy, he is a good one!
We experienced major car troubles while visiting the Louisville area and had to have our vehicle towed to a shop. Coulee (and Axl) were amazing! David was incredibly nice, understanding and kind. Super genuine gentleman with GREAT customer service. He was training someone as well, and she was great as well. Super efficient and easy process. Customer service for the intake call was great too!
