Very friendly, Great service.. Experience mechanic Broke down Friday at 3 PM and barely drove the car in. Jimmy’s Car Care had it repaired and ready in two hours. Outstanding service!

Jimmy auto has been one of my go to places, although I hadn't been there in yrs I decided to trust them with my car, and I pretty much know all the people's that work there. The guys were very professional and they took they time to see what the problem was and explained it to me. It wasn't to bad and the price was reasonable, it only took them 2 day to get my car back on track. Thank you Jimmy for your service.

I have a 2002 Ford F-250 that have had since new. I’ve had a couple of different issues lately and I just wanted to share my experiences with everyone. I’m two separate occasions, Jimmy (owner), Beau (owner’s son) and Jim (service advisor) had the ability to charge way more than they did. One time, I had a slowly leaking tire. They repaired it instead of offering a new tire, which I thought I needed. Another time, I had a left front (4x4) bearing fail. I asked Jim is I needed to also have the right bearing replaced also. He said he won’t think it necessary. A third time (and these are all different episodes) I had loose-feeling steering wheel. Before replacing the very expensive steering gearbox, Jimmy called to come ride with him and see if I felt the “looseness” was more than I was comfortable with. I said I’d rather replace the gearbox, which he promptly did. On each of these episodes, Jimmy and his techs checked with me first to make sure I wanted to proceed. I am SO IMPRESSED!! My old truck (only 163,000 miles) has really been good to me and needed very few repairs, but I can safely say Jimmy’s will be the only folks to do any repairs to this truck. I’d give SIX STARS, but I don’t see that option. You can trust these folks!

Nice place with knowledgeable mechanics that will keep your car/Truck on the road. They do a “FREE” vehicle inspection also that helps find problems early to keep them from becoming bigger problem down the road. Highly recommend Jimmy’s.

Let em work on a Kia of ours, and did an amazing job had to do some warranty work on it, but got the issue resolved, took my Durango to em for transmission trouble and they did an outstanding job, the truck has never shifted as good as it does now! On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 all day long! Fairly priced as well! Very honest people and in today's world it's hard to find an honest shop! High recommend! Stop in and give em a visit they will definitely get you taken care of!

Called ahead and told to come on! Had my new battery installed and on my way in under an hour! I knew I was dealing with pros and my car was in good hands. I’ll be going to Jimmy’s for all my cars needs! I know I want need my car to drive into Heaven, Jesus has handled that on the Cross, but I’m trusting Jimmy to keep my car going strong until Jesus calls me home!!

Local shop that caters to all of your car repairs and needs. I went in for tires, talked with Jim explained what I wanted, and he gave me a couple options. Went back next day ordered and had them installed the very next day. I did utilize the drop off option for the first time and was very happy for that feature. Within a couple hours I received a text letting me know the car was done. Tired perform well and it makes a huge impact on driving. It really was like night and day. Overall extremely satisfied with them. Great job to Jimmys !!

Really great. We've got older cars and they went above and beyond as far as checking letting us know exactly what was going on with our vehicles way more than just a wham bam thank you man oil changing place

I had a great experience at Jimmy's Car Care Center with my Jeep Wrangler JK. They installed new shocks and changed the speed sensors in the front tires. The work was done quickly and correctly, and the pricing was fair. My Jeep drives better now. I appreciate the professionalism and friendly service. I will definitely be coming back.

They always did a fantastic job as always! Since moving to Franklin, Jimmys is the only mechanic I trust. They do not over charge me. They are honest and good mechanics. They make sure my car is safe for my kids. They found the problem and fixed within a day for a great price too. Very impressed and will always go to Jimmys!

I have been taking my vehicles to Jimmy's for several years. The last time was my Dodge Ram with 200k miles. The amount of work was extensive. I am certain I can get many more good years out of the truck. Beau is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They are honest people and their priceing is fair. They have plenty staff and get work out as promised. I am proud to recommend them.

Can't say enough about Jimmy's Car Care Center. Our car needed a new catalytic converter. By time Jimmy's got the parts and put in the catalytic converter, they had my car for about 1 day, and best of all, Jimmy's does not charge an arm and a leg. I was happy with their work and price. I will be looking to Jimmy's for my car repairs from now on, and I highly recommend Jimmy's. I know you'll be happy.

They are excellent! My entire experience was above and beyond my expectations. I thought I would be spending the day waiting, I didn’t. They had me fixed and out of there before noon. The waiting area was nice and clean along with the restroom. The staff was friendly and they made it a nice experience instead of a massive headache. This was my first time going there, I guarantee they now have a loyal customer!

I struggled for 3 weeks trying to repair myself. Hired a Mobile Mechanic. Went to Advance Auto, someone spent 45 minutes trying to help. All unable to stop my hazard lights from constantly flashing. Went to Jimmy's. They were prompt, professional, and got the job done for a great price. I have a go-to mechanic now. Great job Jimmy and your team!
