Knowledgeable and courteous. They make sure to help you find what you're looking for, and if they don't have it in store, they'll get it the next day, or point you to a nearby store that does have it!
Michael Mitchell and Robert once again and the lady wouldn't in there very courteous took care of everything I needed and treated me like a human being and was very good to me I think they all deserve promotions just good people
Had an issue with a part that they didn't even sell me and a worker came out and helped me with it free of charge. I'll definitely do my part shopping here now, great educated people.
I'm gonna try to say this nice as possible I got the parts I needed the people there were trying to be friendly but something about everyone working in this area are smiling at you while they put off this hateful presence Paris AutoZone has way better customer service if you can get there but this is just my opinion!
A few of the employees were snippy and had attitude. I can do without that, I get enough of that at home. And some of them weren't car savvy. So there was a communication barrier
I’ve called four times now to be on hold longer than 10 minutes each time. The last time I called I said I can not be on hold and the person didn’t even listen to my response before they put me on hold. Guess I’ll be moving my service to O’Reillys
Wasn't really able to help me with my issue, and could not get the part I needed. Said it was a dealer part, but I was able to get the part from O' Reilly's.
I just had a battery installed in my truck. Spencer was very helpful and productive. All employees were wearing masks. I first went to O'Reilly's. They would not install the battery and nobody in their store had masks! Thank you Spencer and Autozone for your great service!
My first experience with Auto zone and being female I had tons of questions. Keith was very helpful and very patient and knowledgeable and made sure I got the exact parts I needed, will use Auto-zone again.
This happen a few weeks ago, My Father and Mother came up from their home in Florida for a visit, they had a blown a headlight and a fog light on the trip up they had got to the store after it was closed they caught one of the gentle men that works there name Clay, though the store was closed it was cold and snowing that night, he took them over to Walmart to get the light bulbs for the car, My Father had got to check out only to find he had lost his wallet Clay paid for the bulbs and food, Clay replaced the bulbs and made sure they had what they needed and got them back on the road, My Father told me a dozen times that if I need parts go to autozone. That night Clay turn a bad night in to a good one he help my parents to get here safely and made a veteran very happy. Thank you for having employees that care for you regardless if they are on or off the clock.
I came into AutoZone for some new Headlight bulbs for my 07 Silverado an Tony Wayne Scott was very helpful. It was bitterly cold outside but Tony did not hesitate to lend a helpful hand in changing them out with me .I couldn't have done it without him an I am greatly appreciative of his help. Although they didn't have what I needed(not always the case) they tried to point me in a direction that would solve my delima. Staff is friendly and the boss was kind to my kids
We were able to find what we needed easily but one of the clerks was very rude. We asked a question & he just walked off as if we weren't there & answered a ringing phone.
When I called the Cynthiana store, Joe answer the phone. He answered my questions but asked me questions to pinpoint exactly what my problem was. He told me to come by and he would check it out for me. He went above and beyond what was expected. I will always go back to AutoZone Cynthiana and will look for Joe.
