I went in for windshield wipers and they didn't have one of them in stock they ordered it it was in the same day they put all three on for me great place nice guys
I dread going to the auto parts store but the stress of trying to figure out what I need was quickly taken away. I got what I needed and all my questions were answered in under a few minutes. It was also cheaper than I thought it was going to be.

Bought a tail lamp and asked for it to be put in. The employee could not do it from inside the trunk so he decided to remove the entire outside fixture. He ended up breaking the bulb from the base. In trying to get the base out by using regular pliers instead of needle nose, he broke the plastic socket. After 2 1/2 hours waiting for 3 of them to try to "figure it out", they tell me it was the original socket that would have broken anyway...or said maybe it's a recall situation. They did not offer to order me a new socket or make any kind of compensation. Now I have to get a mechanic to replace what the dudes at O'Reilly's broke. I've never had
I visited your store to get batteries replaced in two key fobs. The door had a sign requiring face masks so I was surprised that not a single employee had one on. Your employee began working on my keys but sneezed while only turning his head. Then he proceeded to wipe his nose twice while he continued to work. I left the store very upset and determined I would never visit again!
Stopped to get a battery replaced. Young lazy employee lied and said couldn't put one on. Called my daughter that works at O'REILLY in a different state. Told me that employee lied to me. Thank you cause Auto Zone had no problem.
These guys went out of there way to help when they didn't have enough of the plugs I needed. They even discounted a different brand. They won my business!!
I tell you 1 thing, that Tanner Mullins sure helped us today with identifying a problem with our 2009 Silverado, he performed a diagnostic scan, and figured out what was going on with it....O'Reilly's is the only place I will go....Thanks again!!!!
If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is a joke. I go in there for a part and they act like I don't know what I'm talking about and they try to sell me something completely different that I don't need. Then my boyfriend needed a part ordered for his car so they told them they would order it and it would be there the next day. We go in 2 days later and they never ordered the part and they said they don't have that part after telling him they could get it ordered.
