Brent has outdone himself with my situation going above and beyond. I hit a deer in late November and tore the front end of my vehicle up. After multiple issues with my insurance company and issues with them failing to provide me a rental car for an extended period Brent went out of his way to have one delivered to my home at his expense due to the awful weather and my not so forgiving driveway. This is first class customer service and I will forever be grateful for his kindness! I highly recommend using a small business that will go out of their way to help someone when he absolutely didn't have to do a thing but repair my car. You won't find many owners like that in this day,time and money motivated economy. Brents actions speak for his character in every way. Thank you! ❤️
Went and got tires balanced. They was able to get me in same day I called, also had best price in all of cynthiana. Once I arrived I was greeted and then they took vehicle and completed work. After completion the owner called me and told me the issue wasn't what I thought it was and offered to fix it. I'm beyond surprised at the kindness and consideration the owner took upon himself to provide. Didn't try to hide anything or try to force unnecessary repairs. Was completely upfront and honest and made sure to let me know what the issue was even after I left. They could have just done the work I requested and left it at that. But they didn't do that. The friendliness of this place and kindness is amazing. Completely blown away by the customer service and honesty. I have multiple vehicles and I will be trying to utilize them for any and every issue I have. I can't say enough good things about this place. Highly recommended!!!!
I had never had an accident before! I went on google and done a search for the best Body shop within a 50 mile radius of my home! Cockrell’s was the first on the list! I called him and he had me bring it straight to him and he would give me an estimate. His customer service with me was one unbeatable! He explained the whole process and got me scheduled for a drop off date. I finally got it in to his shop. I can honestly say I was not worried for one second the whole time it was being repaired! When it was done I got a phone call and went directly to get it! Brent had me do a walk around with him and he pointed out exactly ever repair he made and explained why. He then had me drive the car so I could make sure the alignment was to my satisfaction which of course it was. Cockrell’s Auto-body Repair Shop is the absolute best! You can not beat his prices and most definitely can not beat the customer service Gal’s! I would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone! 10 out of 10!
Cockrell’s Auto Center did a great job! They got my car in quickly and finished the work fast. The service was excellent, the staff was friendly, and the pricing was very fair. I really appreciate how efficient and honest they were—highly recommend!
I am so thankful for the outstanding work at Cockrell’s. I am the type of person who prefers to be in control of a situation, but I was assured that everything would be taken care of, and I didn’t need to worry about a thing. There could not have been a truer statement.
I had bought a brand new car, only to have driven it four times when a vehicle passing me tossed something out of the back and landed on my hood to scratch and dented it. My hope was to have my car look like new again after the repair.
When I went to pick up my vehicle, I was stunned at how amazing it looked. Frankly, it looked like I had just driven it off the lot brand new all over again.
Brent, was so wonderful to work with, answered all of my questions, stayed in contact with the insurance company so that I didn’t have to be the go-between, and always went above and beyond what I could’ve asked out of any auto repair shop. The ladies in the office were equally as attentive, kind and helpful.
I pray I never have to have my vehicle worked on again, but there is one thing for certain, if I do I will 100% be going back to Cockrell’s. My opinion is no one else is going to give you that personal relationship and professional result. I’m forever grateful to them. They made this perfectionist a huge fan of their business.
Known brent for a while personally, sadly my car has been here plenty of times, regardless of how many accidents and touch ups I need, brent and his team has never failed to exceed my expectations. They do phenomenal work every time for a very very fair price. Wouldn’t go anywhere else with my car!
Cockrells has an impeccable reputation for decades. I'm not saying they are perfect. But, I've lived in Paris over 36 years, and all I've ever heard is how good they are. And, I found out for myself. Our SRX was side swiped going through downtown Atlanta. I knew I should have used the bypass? They were great!! From Brent, to the office ladies couldn't been better. I think the car looks better than from factory. The black paint looks like a mirror. You'll get no negative thing from me. Thanks Brent!! Tim.
Brent and his crew are great! They did such an awesome job on my car that was involved in a wreck, and when I had a small issue arise after I picked my car up, they fixed it quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Cockrell's for any sort of auto related problems.
I recently had my SUV repaired @ Cockrell’s and let me say, they did an amazing job and were so wonderful to work with. They even detailed it. I was so impressed. I highly recommend them for any repairs.
Excellent customer service all around. Patient and understanding. My car door was damaged badly after being stuck in snow. They were able to get it functional so I wouldn't be stranded at home and worked with me to find a used door that matched to keep cost down as my insurance was unable to help due to quote being lower than my deductible. I now have my car back and it's like it never happened. They even cleaned the vehicle. Thankful and happy I was recommended here. 10 out of 10
We had two vehicles fixed here. Couldn't be happier with communication, prices, and not to state the obvious... but, the quality of workmanship. Second to none, vehicles look like brand new again. 2022 Toyota Avalon - toned by elderly gentleman (at slow speed) and a 2019 F350 with pretty extensive hail damage. We're so happy!
This is the second vehicle that Cockrell's has repaired for me. The reason it's the second is because of the great work they do when repairing vehicles. If they hadn't done the first vehicle well, they wouldn't have got a shot at the second. The people are always friendly, in person or on the phone. Brent looked at the damage and handled everything from that point forward - I left the car with him. I was contacted when the repairs had been completed. Well done, Brent and thanks.
In May of this year my truck was wrecked. I was told that the best place to take it was Cockrell’s Auto Center in Cynthiana, KY. Not only did they go get my truck and transport it to their shop over 2 hours away, but they also dealt with my insurance company for me. Obviously from the pictures it was a huge job. I got my truck back yesterday. To say I’m pleased with the work is an understatement. The quality of their work, communication and office staff are the best. I highly recommend them!
had a wreck back in July. They got me right in and I will say I have taken my vehicle to a few body shops in my lifetime but they are the absolute best. My truck looks 1000 times better than it did before it went. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my truck. I would give six stars. If there was six really great job. Very happy. My car was completed ahead of schedule, it was returned to me clean (interior and exterior), and the quality of the work was top tier. I would highly recommend!
I had to have my 2023 Volkswagen Taos repaired after being rear ended. I was really worried that they wouldn't be able to find all of the parts that were going to be needed to make it happen but he ordered the parts, got them all there within the week and got me scheduled for service. Took less than two weeks for that to be completed and the repairs were FLAWLESS. I would recommend Cockrell's to anyone that needs a quality body shop that they can actually trust.

Brent is so wonderful! He really cares about his customers. His team does beautiful work! I found out the hard way, that is NOT always the case other places. Feels like family!
They are curtious, respectful, and trustworthy. They were fast and efficient and knowledgeable. The entire staff was great. They told me to follow up in 2wks to let them know everything was fine. They have a new customer for life and I will recommend them to everyone I know.

My only go-to for auto body and paint. They are the best in the state in my book. Not many have the tools and equipment to work on the new cars, but they can. Aluminum frame and body cars are epoxy welded together, and they can handle it. The paint match is spot on.
Cockrell’s did amazing work on my 2021 Ram 1500 that was rear ended. Even though I only had my bumper and exhaust replaced, the owner made sure it was 10000% right and everything matched up better than from the factory. Highly recommend if you need any type of body work done, these are the guys you want working on your vehicle. If I could give 6 stars, I would.
They did a great job with my car. And saved me money too, with Brent's good advice. I was extremely pleased with Cockrells Auto Repair. And I will be back again!
Cockrell’s is hands down the best auto center/repair shop around. I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else! I fully trust that they will do an excellent job no matter what the need is along with amazing customer service keeping me fully informed the entire time.
All around great service. I use the self storage units here. They are pleasant people and always do their jobs well. Storage units are well kept and if any issues they fix it asap (had a malfunctioning lock one time,fixed in 24 hrs) Great place.
When I had to get an estimate for some repair work, Cockrell's was super helpful. My car was determined to be totalled, and although they didn't make a penny, they were helpful and took care of me throughout the whole process. Super customer service!
They have also done body work for me in the past, and their work was fantastic.
