Wouldn't test my atv ignition coil with a simple multimeter. Told me to buy one despite their website saying they'd test it.

Got air filter and installed it with no problem (thanks to YouTube.) They are convenient and have good hours. Recommend.

Back when I first got my first VW, our local parts stores were no friends of mine. They absolutely never had the parts in stock for any euro cars whatsoever. Now here in the good year of 2024 you can get quite a bit of parts here and it not drain your bank. If you carried Japanese parts for decades you can carry European parts to!!! See how that works?! Very helpful couple of dudes here. There are 3 guys working at this location that have been here a long time and you can almost guarantee yourself the correct part of you give them good information.

Quoted me a price on a cabin air filter, they didn't have the one they quoted so upgraded my part for free! UPGRADES RULE!

Fast friendly knowledgeable employees. They carry a large stock of items at the store. I was in there today. Helpful staff. And lower prices than Auto Zone or Advance.

They have everything you need for your car and if you order anything it will be there in a few days, always friendly and great service.

Don't go by yourself if you are a female....staff wants to argue with you about what you need...even if you know 100% what you are talking about....they finally helped me after he figured out that he was wrong and tried to apologize....ugh

Great place for car batteries, wipers, antifreeze, head lamps,... they also service some (install wiper blades)...

I was having trouble with my car. The guy at O'Reilly's checked it with their computer and then showed me the cheapest and safest way to fix my car.

Wouldn't help my son when he went in one evening. The two employees were too busy chatting with a buddy. My son is 16, already owns his own car and was a potential new customer. You blew it.

Sold us a bad part, but they did make it right. Just make sure the part is good before you leave to avoid the hassel.

Sammy, Brandon, and Jim are all great parts guys. They have a LOT of parts on the shelf and can get most everything else within a day. My go to parts store in the area for a lot of reasons. 👍

I Love the staff is willing to answer questions and help customers find the right solution. They are honest and easy to work with making car issues a little less stressful. The prices are in line with other auto stores however their level of customer service at this particular location makes it our go to auto store.
