Very poor quality I was lied to several times my overall experience was awful I left with my car being in worse shape then when I brought overall very sloppy work the dude running this place will lie and tell you your car needs repairs it don’t need just to earn a buck don’t bring your vehicle here if you want it done and fixed I’d recommend going else where this guys an absolute nightmare lies lies lies
I went to elite autoworx in need of a fuel pump and some electrical repair. Jason and his crew was able to take me back home and pick me back up. Which was amazing. I also thought it was decently priced. When you’re in need of auto repair, you would be doing yourself a major disservice if you don’t contact them. Jason and his crew are beyond awesome!!!
If you value your vehicle do not take it to this place. Took my Ford F150 for a timing job, had my vehicle for over a month, truck ran perfect when I took it to him, had to take it back within 20 minutes after he said it was fixed. Never got it right. Had to take it to a Ford garage who diagnosed it and said timing change was put in wrong. Jason will not return phone calls when he promised he would and would talk a good talk when I would finally get a hold of him. Full of excuses and empty promises. Beware - he talks a good talk. Would not trust this guy to change my oil - never again. This is not a fake a review. I have receipt to prove I was a customer- Paid $2,400 CASH for a job done wrong, to turn around and pay Ford to fix his mistakes. Wish I would have read his reviews first.
All the good reviews are from his employees!! I left my car for 2 months he never fixed anything. He charged me for parts that he never put in my car. STAY AWAY FORM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!
Left my uncles truck at the shop almost 3 months. He didn’t fix anything. Never called me about any updates about my truck. I told him we needed the truck for work he didn’t care. Every time I came to the shop to check on the truck he was working on another car he didn’t care. If you care about your car do not go here !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT !!!
Wife took our Chevy Cruze in to be checked out for struts making noise. They treated her with respect and fully explained the issues the car was having. Gave us the option to buy our own parts to save money and gave us a deal on labor costs as well. Also had an issue with a leaking valve stem on a tire and replaced it for no additional labor fees. Got the car back same day that I took them the parts and have had no issues since. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for quick transparent work. Explained everything in detail and kept us updated as they performed the work. Taking my other vehicle back this week to get checked out and will return for any future needs, thanks guys!

We were traveling when we broke down and this shop was wonderful! They looked at our vehicle when we had an emergency stop and they were able to get our repairs done same day. The work was well done and fairly priced. I wish this shop was in my home town. Fantastic service!
On the 9th of September I brought my F150 in for a transmission filter and fluid change price seemed right. I was there for 4 1/2 hours for a less than 2 hour job. When I got home I checked his work and saw it was leaking. Immediately I contacted he told me to bring it back at 9:30 am on the 10th. This time before he put my truck up he removed my radio antenna. He informs me that the heat shield was holding residual fluid. He even showed it was dry of course it wasn’t running. I leave halfway home I realize that my radio isn’t picking up any stations. Again I call and he says bring back at 9:30 am. I bring it back he installs the antenna and ask me if it is leaking. At that time I had only driven back and forth to the shop and it wasn’t leaking as far as I could tell. He was aware I was head in back to Florida in a couple of weeks. I got 30 miles from home when my dash showed a wrench and my transmission temperature maxed. I pull over get under my truck at 3 am and it is covered in transmission fluid. I called him on the 29th of September and explained what happened. He asked how I want to take care of this. I said give me the 539.10 minus the filter you installed ($32). At that time I hadn’t even looked at the receipt due to it being sent to my phone. I asked if he had change the gasket which I quote “ I didn’t change it because it looked good and I didn’t charge you for it”. Well my receipt shows he charged for a gasket that was never installed. I have contacted him several times since with no answer or response. I have since done the job myself with zero leaks costing me $128.87 . I have attempted to get the extra money spent to fix his shabby repair with at a cost of $32.00 for the gasket he charged but never installed and the $128.87. For anyone who reads this do not use this garage for anything. That’s my 2 cents!!
The worst decision I could have made was to take my truck to them. They don't know about mechanics. They charged me for parts they didn't put in. After 6 weeks I went and picked up my truck. I don't recommend this place, it's the worst.
Absolutely the worst experience we’ve ever had with any repair shop.
Side note: the shop’s other reviewers are his coworkers. 😂
We trusted a friend with our daughter’s car. She has been without a vehicle for over six weeks, and the situation has only gotten worse. Two weeks in after ordering the wrong air compressor twice they said they had a loaner vehicle available, they didn’t. My husband tried contacting the mechanics for three days straight with zero response.
When we finally got her car back, two weeks later, it was in worse shape than when it went in. They claimed things were fixed, but nothing was actually repaired. In fact, they caused even more damage. They tore apart more than they fixed, didn’t reinstall basic components like fuses correctly (they put in 60amp fuses where there should’ve been 30amp—a major safety hazard), and left the vehicle in a completely unacceptable condition without oil or coolant.
To top it all off, they removed the entire front end, broke the radiator mounting brackets.
We were promised they would make it right when we took the car to a reputable repair shop but they have since backed out
We’re beyond frustrated. This is negligence. Don’t trust this place with your vehicle—they will leave it in shambles and then dodge all responsibility even for a “friend”
