My fiance took his truck here because he was hearing some sounds coming from his axels after them having the truck for two days still no update he called they said they havent even looked at it. They had his truck for a week with us having to call ourselves to get any type of update finally got it back and we drove it not even 30 miles before the axel was blown out again because they didn't fix it properly. took it back to them to fix and they never called with an update filed claim reports which we got notified by the claim company about, had now had it for 4 days now he calls himself to get an update and they say it is done. Not good at communication at all or getting things back to you in a timely manner.
They provide wonderful and professional services. The heat in my truck went out and they fixed it asap. Truly thankful. Very kind and services were done quickly. Would highly recommend.
