Today I had one of the best experience with Nobles towing.. the gentleman that helped my son with his vehicle went over and above customer service... he was professional .. courteous .. very accommodating and came up with solution to help save us money. Would highly recommend their service to anyone .. I would definitely use them again if needed! Thank you so much Nobles Towing!!!

Can’t say thank you enough. We got locked out of our car with it running and our provider kept us informed the entire time and came quicker than expected. He provided outstanding customer service and I could tell we were in good hands. I would say this place is truly outstanding and helpful.

Worked with our insurance company to help get our tow covered. Was so friendly and accommodating. My jeep broke down on the way home at around 10pm on a Saturday night. They answered the phone and had someone out to me in about 20 minutes. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Reasonable rates, especially for it being a weekend and late at night. I would definitely recommend these guys and if I ever need a tow I know who I am calling first!!

The driver towed my car from Covington, Ky to West Chester, OH. He communicated very quickly, arrived on time, and made this a smooth process. I can’t recommend this place enough, especially since they helped me on Memorial Day!

Phenomenal service towing my 1977 Ford F100. Arrived much faster than any other companies could, took great care of my antique vehicle, and bailed me out of a tough situation. Highly recommend because of their great service and fair pricing.

Had a blowout on 71 south bound called them up and 20min later car was hooked up and headed to get new tire put on. They showed up quick. Super knowledgeable about best local place to go would recommend 100% of the time.

I called Ford assist. for help with a tire that was stuck to the rim on a f250 they sent Nobles Towing and storage, this company did an excellent job showed up on time and the tech. Was very knowledgeable and fixed my issue very quickly, I will use them again for sure. Thanks again for your help

Rental Car broke down halfway from Ohio, to Tennessee. The rental company we got the car from was able to link us with "Nobles Towing and Storage". The employee was excellent and very personable. The ride which was an hour to the rental car store felt like 20minutes. THANKS again Nobles!

Our car broke down on the way back to NC with two small kids and a packed trunk. They were extremely prompt and made a bad situation the best for our kids. Got us to the mechanic quickly and could not have asked for a better experience!

Absolute lifesavers when I hit a pothole going toward Louisville. Put my spare tire on and educated me a bit on helpful roadside tips along the way. They even went out of their way to help me call around to look for the tires I needed at a place that was within my budget.

On my way back home to Michigan, my trucks transmission went while driving through Williamstown. Nobles Towing towed me 2 1/2 hours away just so I could meet with my Dad and his trailer. Service and professionalism beyond reproach! Felt like my wife, daughter and I were being picked up by family! Randy went above and beyond, helping to ensure my pregnant wife, 10 month daughter and I weren't left stranded or waiting on a repair shop that wasn't interested in helping us. Noble's towing was one of the best tow companies we have ever dealt with. They came all the way to Frankfort to give us a tow, and were still quick to get to us. Look forward to doing future business with them!

This is one of the best companies i have had a tow from before! I have used towing companies many of times and have never felt the need to leave a review as the service was poor! But nobles was amazing! I had to get my motorcycle towed 50 mins away and the driver actually cared about my motorcycle and spent the extra 10-20 mins putting more straps on it and doing it right to make sure my bike got to the destination safely! Best customer service i %110 recommend this company to anyone and everyone! Thanks Noble’s! Use them you wont regret it!

My wife’s car broke down on an expressway ramp in rush hour traffic. She was in a panic and a Noble’s driver happened to be in the right place at the right time. He directed traffic, helped her move the vehicle to a safe place, and then towed the car to her mechanic and waited for me to arrive. My wife was extremely thankful for this gentleman’s kind and caring assistance, and we highly recommend Noble’s! She still refers to the driver as her angel. Nobles Towing & Storage came through for us when our car broke down off I-75 on the last leg of vacation. We are not from Kentucky and breaking down out of state added to an already stressful situation. We contacted roadside assistance and they connected us with Nobles T&S. At some point without our knowledge, roadside assistance canceled the tow. Nobles T&S called us and confirmed we still needed the tow and headed to our location. They came through as promised and called later that evening to check on us. We are grateful and appreciative of the service provided by Nobles Towing & Storage.

Great company! Called them out late on a friday evening for a breakdown on I-75. They arrived exactly when they said they would and quickly got my car out of a dangerous situation. Very friendly and professional service.

Prompt and professional, at an affordable rate that the local towers couldn't match. Would recommend and use services for any future towing needs. For ten years experience towing, he managed to pick up and drop off my car promptly, while taking care not to damage the body which is very difficult with a low clearance sports car like mine. Very helpful and polite. Beats Hodges Towing anyday, and not just because he showers Haha

I decided the evening before I was to have my car in the shop @ 8:15 a.m. to not chance driving it in morning traffic. I called Nobles because of their rating and distance from me. Randy was empathetic, courteous, and prompt; even called when he realized he was going to be a few minutes late. He jump started my car, drove it onto the trailer, off he went and even texted me a picture of my car in the parking spot at the garage! It is so awesome to see sincere customer service; Thank YOU, Randy!!!

Unbelievably friendly, fast, and efficient service. After being broken down for nearly 5 hours and dealing with a previously nasty company, my insurance company sent Nobles Towing and Storage to the rescue and they got there quick; I wish this company had been dispatched to me from the very beginning. The weather was absolutely awful to be working in, but Randy kept a smile on his face, a positive attitude, as well as going above and beyond my expectations and what was required of him. I will be keeping his card close by in the event I ever require services in the future. Randy's kindness and positive attitude definitely turned my previous frustrations around and I was able to leave with a smile on my face and feeling at ease after dealing with such rudeness from the previous company. Great service all around. Extremely helpful and extremely considerate of my family. I was able to get a long distance tow for a reasonable price. Getting a car towed is never a good situation but it was definitely a situation that put me at ease after I called Noble's. Great company and I highly recommend them.

I needed a tow right before a big snow was forecast and Randy was very accommodating. When my time for pick up had to change because of icy conditions at the destination site, Randy took over and touched base with my mechanic and set up the time of delivery directly with him. His rates were more reasonable than the 6 other companies I had contacted.

I would highly recommend using Noble’s Towing & Service if you should have the need for a tow service in the Crittenden KY area. My fiancé was involved in an accident on his way home to Cincinnati and Randy (the driver) took very good care of him and even brought him to me in Crittenden from Dry Ridge and made sure the insurance company took care of me to get the most out of my car. I can’t thank him enough for everything he did for us at such a nerve wracking time!!
