Your driver was 20 feet from the driveway...made it all the way in road then cried like a babe about getting stuck said he wasn't going to do the job your company was picked up by AAA to do. He was right there...right there my wife was looking at you 20 feet feom the driveway. You didn't get stuck you were already here. then proceeds to back all the way out you got out just fine didn't you cry baby what a joke this company is. Pathetic more like it
Fortunately, I've only needed one tow and once getting my car out from getting stuck in the snow. Both times have been prompt and professional. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks guys.
My daughter's car broke down on a Saturday and they were dispatched to do the tow by Verizon Roadside Assistance. They were prompt, and the driver was friendly and helpful. After not being able to find an open shop nearby, the driver told me that he could take it to their shop. I had never worked with them, so I was hesitant, but was left with few options. I feared the worst with how the problem presented in the car, and they could have easily made the problem seem as bad as I thought it was. What they did was honestly diagnose the problem and treated us very fairly on the price of the repair.
Just wanted management to know that you can't beat the service we received from your driver Austin he kept us informed as to when he picked up my truck when he was near my home and the skill he had to unload my truck exactly where I wanted it.

Was having some issues with my 01 s10. Typically I work on my own vehicles but I could not get this one coil pack off to save my life. It was running fine for a few days. The. It broke down on me losing 2 cylinders. They towed my car to the shop which is something I can’t really afford but they had it fixed within just a couple days. I drove it home and was having another issue so they told me to bring it back and they fixed that problem for free. Honestly thought the bill was going to be over a grand and it turned out to be a reasonable price. Nothing anymore is cheap or free so they really shocked me. Great service and nice people. Sometimes it’s worth handing it over to the pros.
I broke down on a Sunday afternoon after my vacation trip. I was stranded in an unfamiliar town. The tow service was on time and went out of their way to help us through this difficult situation. They went as far as driving us to and from the nearest hotel. The repair service was done quickly on Monday morning and was priced well with-in reason. We were in a very vulnerable position and were treated with the upmost professionalism and respect!!!!!! Many Thanks!!!!!!!!
Roadside assistance sent someone from here today. I had a flat tire and just needed it changed. Immediately I got a call asking where I was and tried to describe as best I could while saying what road I was on. The driver (I didn’t catch his name) sounded annoyed. He eventually found me and never said anything just immediately opened my truck and started rummaging my stuff around. Never once acknowledged me.
He then started to get angry and yell. He came to my door and just opened it, asking if I had pliers. Excuse me? I thought YOU would have such tools but okay. He walked away after saying he can’t get air in my spare and then proceeded to SCREAM “I HAVE 2 OTHER PEOPLE WAITING!” “HURRY UP” and add in curse words. At this point I felt real uncomfortable and was going to tell him to leave. Then he just started jacking my car up, got my tire changed and opened my door again without acknowledging me. Explained everything like I was a 10 year old child and said “have a nice day” I HAVE NEVER been so dumbfounded by service like this in my life. Whoever he is, should not be there. I don’t recommend this place AT ALL.

From the moment he arrived, Justin was incredibly respectful and professional. He prioritized my safety over his own while working near fast-moving traffic and handled the situation with calm confidence. Ultimately, my car had to be towed, and Justin took every precaution to load and transport it with extreme care.
It’s clear that Justin takes pride in his work—he genuinely cares about people and goes above and beyond. Any shop would be lucky to have someone like him on their team. His focus on safety and customer service is truly commendable.
We were coming back from a family event and on the way back home we hit a huge pot hole and we got a flat tire. Justin the tow driver was so kind and wonderful to us. We had a great young man come to our house to get our car out of the mud after we were stuck after the rain. He was very professional and did such a great job, I would highly recommend this business!

Never done business with them but I never will. I wouldn't even give them one star at this point. One of their drivers was at owenton mcdonalds today and got very rude with me because I stopped my car to let him cross the parking lot. Told me to get off my phone and drive my phone wasn't even in hand. Very rude man. Sorry for anyone who has to encounter him.
Place I got my oil changed neglected to screw the oil pan protector into place correctly so it was barely hanging on and had lost the screws. Was able to make it to this shop and a young man at A Hodge was kind enough to take the few minutes necessary to get a few screws in place and ensure I could keep going to Florida. I greatly appreciate the assistance and service shown, highly recommend.

A Hodge Auto 🛺 has been instrumental for me as a local mechanic shop that I can utilize to keep my vehicles maintenanced. It's tough to find a reliable mechanic that does quality work in today's world. Over last couple Years A Hodge has been fair to me when I've needed them.
Very expensive compared to other local mechanics I've worked with. I had my truck towed there once and ended up with a wicked repair bill. Almost $1k to replace steering rack & pinion.
18 months later the part they replaced went bad so I took it back to see if they would warranty the parts or the work — no luck. I ended up having them do a small repair while it was already there ($30 part), but after multiple days of promising to have it done and poor communication, I still haven't been able to get my vehicle back almost a week later... and a $250 invoice.
Save time. Save money. Take your vehicles elsewhere.
Brandon towed me 50 miles last week after an epic breakdown and was prompt, helpful, friendly, and awesome. He treated my car carefully and scooted it off the truck and into the tightest space possible at my mechanic's garage and it was some of the finest precision driving I've ever seen. (You literally fall 12 feet down a ravine if you mess up that parking spot.) AAA took forever to assign the call to a tow company as usual but A Hodge Towing was on it immediately when they were assigned. Very prompt and great service.
They own the tire shop also. I had tires and a oil change. We went to pick was extensive damage to passenger side door which was not there when we dropped it off. They will not take ownership to being responsible for damaging. They are very rude. Don't take your vehicle to this place. Boycott
My insurance covers100 miles free the mileage needed is 56 from the location of the car to requested destination and this company tried to make me pay for their return trip🤨BS just greedy I wouldn't recommend using this company to anyone. However Brandon was very professional and respectful #AllAroundGoodGuy!
I had a flat on 71 in a dangerous place and Colton came to my rescue. He was timely to respond and kind! He fixed my flat and had me back on the road in less than two hours! So appreciative of Colton and his outstanding service!
Our alternator went bad as we were travelling from northern Ohio to southern Tennessee on New Years Day. Our driver, Brandon was quick to respond and went the extra mile (literally!) to make sure we got a tow to a shop all the way in Lexington. He was so helpful in getting our vehicle all set at the shop for an overnight drop off and was even kind enough to drive us to a hotel afterwards so we weren't stranded at the shop. What could have been a terrible evening turned out to be a small inconvenience thanks to him. A. Hodge always goes the extra mile!
Driving back to Ohio from Louisville, and blew a coolant hose. Justin was awesome, very professional. He said the company does repair work as well, so we decided to get towed there. Very quick assessment the next morning and price did not change after the work was done. They even sent someone to pick my husband up at his hotel room when it was ready. Very refreshing to meet a group of hardworking and honest professionals in this day and age! Would definitely recommend!

Justin was awesome at what he does! I had my sonata towed. Dead battery front driver wheel tie rod broken, I was sure that whoever came to tow it was just going to end up ripping my wheel off. But he worked so hard to keep from damaging it any more and did a great job. I can't thank him enough, he is one of the best tow drivers i have ever dealt with and I truly appreciate his knowledge and work ethic!
My roadside assistance sent them, 65 miles away, to help with my flat tire. Boy was I glad! The employee, Chris, was so helpful and nice and went out of his way, literally, to help me. If I actually lived in Kentucky, I would definitely use this place for my car repair needs. Thank you, Chris!

A Hodge Auto was incredible!!! I waited for 3 hours for a different tow company to tow my BMW for me just for them to show up and tell me they couldn’t do it (they didn’t even want to try). Geico reached out to A Hodge and they were there within 20 minutes and went above and beyond to help me! The guy who came out was extremely nice and I appreciate him so much!! I’ll def be using them as my towing company should I ever need one again!
