I went there to get a starter changed and he quoted me at $328. I went for it when I went to pick my car up the next day. He put an EGR. Valve von as well and the bill was $618. I drove away a block and the car broke down and started running weird, so I turned around to bring it back. It was just about quitting time for them guys.He was like I apologize and I will give you a free tune up and $200 back.He had to check in his hand that I wrote he must have cashed it that morning cause when I came back.That afternoon, I was pushed out of their rudely.They took the part off that they charged me for in cap debt cash.My Jack, so I left with my truck.Still running like crap and with parts missing and bullied out of the shop threatening me im a 56 year old woman I was put in fear and stolen from so be careful
My recommendation is find different place. Point blank i have seen enough. Overcharge. Dont replace parts as they charge you for. They damage your vechicle. 700 dollars for ac clutch replacement. Part is 150... not mention body damaged caused by them to vechicle.
Awesome team up there! You got a problem, they will have or get the answer. Prices are reasonable. They will not miss lead or try to take advantage of anyone. Definitely my go to mechanics. Thank you guys.
They are crooks and shadetree want to be mechanics. Will tell you your vehicle is fixed but 2 hours later it will be back on the tow truck because ot was never fixed to begin with. Then they will charge you for towing again. Also they will charge you for parts that they didn't even use on your vehicle. DO NOT GO THERE THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
If you're from here and you know these guys then nothing else is needed. Quality, affordable service. We don't go anywhere else it's just that simple. We trust their word. I don't typically leave reviews but in this case I must. All around great business and a good group of guys.
He's not a man of his word he tells you one thing and then when it's time to get down to business it's a whole different story I wouldn't take him a lawnmower to work on.
So I woke up on Wednesday morning at 4am to a vehicle that wouldn't start. I called West Boys as soon as they opened at 8am. They said they were busy and couldn't look at my vehicle until Friday. They said they would have somebody come to my house and tow the vehicle to the shop. On Friday morning I waited until 11am and then called to see if anybody was coming to get the car. They said the tow driver was doing something with other cars and would be here to pick it up after that. Nobody ever showed up. I called Saturday to see what was going on. Nobody answered the phone. They are closed on Sunday. Monday I tried again to call as soon as they opened, but now the number is disconnected. They never bothered to call me to explain anything. Now that I've been without a car for almost a week, I am taking my car to someone that will actually work on it.
When I first went here Zi had this to say, “Mr. West is so nice and helpful! He is right on fixing the problem, honest, kind, and very efficient! Feel blessed to have such a great local place for my car's operational needs!” This was before I ran into a real disaster w them!” It’s been a while ago now, but suffice it to say I will never go back. Avoid my mistakes—-don’t go here!
I originally called to have my brakes checked and looked at because I was having issues I couldn’t diagnosed. I call to have my car towed JUST to be looked at until they found the problem. Now, hoping they would call or let me know once they figured it out I waisted patient. I call a couple days later and they fixed $700 worth of problems and didn’t not even once call to check or make sure that’s what I wanted. John is money hungry and when he’s in the wrong he will hang up in your Face. Worst mechanic
Can't tell enough about this place. Here from out of state and my car broke down. All places were booked out for a week or more and then I called these guys. Not only were the professional and knowledgeable they got my car in and starter replaced in 2 hours. Got me back on the road for a great price. I appreciate the help and was not taken advantage of in any means from being out of state. These guys rock!! I would recommend these guys at any time and this will be a story we talk about for the near future.
Not good. They didn't do anything but unhook my radio. Didn't fix my door locks or my wipers. Left grease on Mr steering wheel and console left the cover off that they popped off by the floor. Never called me and i had to go down there to get info. Will not go back there.
Best mechanic around, very knowledgeable and fixes me up on day I bring it so I can get back on the road, and last but certainly not least, Brad is very fair with pricing
I moved to Fulton in the past year, and needed to find a new place to get my car serviced. I have never been disappointed with the service or price. They are very friendly as well!
This is the only place in Fulton I can safely recmrecom. They are fast, good priced and good people. They are great. This is the only one my family uses and will use.
Xcellent service ! I had put windshield fluid in my anti freeze overflow reservoir ... After realizing what I'd done ; I took it to WEST BOYS the next day ... They immediately gave me a darn good price for a complete coolant flush ... Took care of it the same day .... VERY SATISFIED !!
