Called the store to ask about having diesel anti gel for my Truck. Was told they had a back wall with different selections. I showed up at the store to buy multiple bottles. They had NONE. I asked the person (didn't get a name) at the front counter about having the diesel anti gel... then got the reply that he didn't even know what that stuff was. ARE YOU KIDDING ME ?!?!?!?!?! Do you work for a place that sells parts and fluids for cars and trucks.... or do you work for McDonalds???? If there was gonna be a next time.... I just might have to ask about a damn cheese burger.
Awesome staff (Billy) that went above and beyond to help me. Experienced the "death wobble" in my truck while driving cross country and needed to replace a bent tie-rod end. Not only did they have the part in stock but Billy called around to several local shops to see if they could change it for me same day. Excellent customer service from these guys. Thank you again!
There is a women that works there with brown hair. I've been in there twice and every time she's been rude and she has no costume service skills and it seems racist. I asked one of her co workers what her name was and he wouldn't give it to me. I'm calling corporate!!
Was at the store earlier and a customer’s sugar had dropped. The staff here took care of that customer even though there was a woman upset because the staff was either busy or helping with the customer who was having a medical problem. Props to all the staff members for handling the situation and going above and beyond their job duties. Will continue to use this store. Staff has always been good to me and my family and it feels like a family environment. They also recently helped me and my family set up a commercial account. I will continue business here with this store and with advance auto for years to come.
Corey gave us excellent customer service. Explained what spark plugs are and how they work. Explained how the whole engine comes together and even the best order of items to check to keep things running cost effectively. Outstanding service!!!
Staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable. Even if they dont have it they help give ideas of where to find it and how to fix it. Great part store that I've used for years!
