In 1981, Lee started his towing and recovery career in London, England, when he joined the team of towers at M. V. Recovery Ltd under the watchful eye of Stewart Elphick who Lee credits for his towing practices. Within five years, he had worked his way up to management and managed his first towing facility at the Clacketts Lane service area on the M25 Motorway.

I was stranded between Hazard and Whitesburg KY and Robert came and picked me up, and drove me all the way to Lexington. Super nice guy, not a dull moment the whole ride! Shared a lot of laughs too. Robert's Towing definitely cares about taking care of your vehicle and making sure your shared trip is comfortable and fun.
Robert's towing is the towing company I use at the apartment community I manage. Clarence is who I deal with on a regular basis. He always gives me the utmost customer service. Whenever I have an issue with one of my residents or their guest, he does what he can to help rectify the issue as quickly as possible.
We have had to use several towing services over the years. The operator, Zack Hall was by far the best we have ever seen. He was courteous, professional,friendly and truly concerned with our safety. We are from out of town and he gave us a ride to our hotel.
The guy I had was Jarrod M and he was phenomenal. Very great service & even better person. I was stuck a bad snow storm (18 wheeler) and he did everything he possibly could to get me out when there were no other tow companies willing to do so because of the storm. Highly recommend these guys they are top of the line!
i dont advise to use the service of this towing company as they charged us with extra $460 and didnt give any explonations for that , In addition to that they are too rude people.
Troy Mark's did a great job. He arrived relatively quickly, especially considering the bad weather and was professional, timely and helped me reach my destination. Greatly appreciated his services.

My car decided to not work on Manoware during heavy traffic. Even with emergency lights on I felt like a sitting duck waiting to get hit. Even in neutral could not roll car to a more safe spot. Called several towing companies and some said would take hrs to get to me and the charge was insane. Police pulled up and got Jeremy with Roberts Towing there in 20 min. Not only was Jeremy very fast and efficient in loading my vehicle up. He gave me a ride home. And he then towed my vehicle to Winchester, KY from Lexington. The charge was significantly less then other tow companies trying to take advantage. Jeremy was Amazing! Making a sucky situation into a better one especially so close to Christmas! Jeremy is outstanding, he has integrity and kind heart. I will definitely be calling Jeremy through Roberts towing Company if ever in need in the Future. Definitely won't waste my time elsewhere! Thank you Jeremy, Roberts Towing and the officer that helped me!

Robert K. Single-handedly saved my day. I found myself stranded about a mile and a half from a charging station in my Tesla and not only were the prices fair but he got to me in a heartbeat. He got the car charging and let me charge my phone while I was waiting. Because I’m not smart enough to dress for the weather he left me a set of handwarmers as he left. Couldn’t have been a nicer guy. I hope I don’t need them soon but I know I’d call again in a heartbeat if I do!!!
