  Very reckless tow truck company, , wouldn't trust them to tow a ten speed. I saw 1 of their trucks on the highway and it just pulled into incoming traffic, which was me and mines in an 18 wheeler with loaded trailer. You can't just move over or stop on a dime. Really sloppy driving. I hope the semi tractor u were driving got to it's location in one piece..

  They told The Box Truck to my house, knocked the mirror off my My Chevy SS pick up it’s a 89 model refuses to call me back. Refuses to acknowledge they didn’t have any wrongdoing personally I will never use them again. They have no accountability for their actions nor will they ever.

  I blew a steer on the side of 64EB in Mt Sterling during extreme winter weather conditions 1/19/24. I called Candido's and Paul grabbed my information and said he'd have someone out in 90 minutes. Imagine my surprise at how quick Nate, the driver, showed up after my call. He was moving faster than I've ever seen a tow and recovery technician move especially when you take into account the slick pavement due to snow accumulation. He had me back in Georgetown, with friendly conversation during the trip, and dropped at Fleet Services for my tire replacements in what seemed like no time . If I ever need a tow in the area again I'm definitely reaching out to Candido's.

  Admittedly, I have not used their service. However, I have been followed on the interstate by one of their trucks, and did not feel safe with them behind me. Today I’m on I75 South between Crittenden and Dry Ridge, in the “slow lane”, traveling at 67 MPH, with open lanes to the left of me, and their driver was tailgating me. I’m thankful no other vehicles entered or a deer jumped out. I commend your company for the service you provide, as I know many who drive big trucks and my grandson loves big trucks. But, I suggest management demand better of the drivers to not cause an uncomfortable situation with others on the road.

  Two weeks ago my dads truck broken down and he was able to find a local shop and after a run around from the owner we called Candido's heavy duty Towing. Once I gave them permission, they towed the tractor within the next few hours to another shop at a reasonable price. They were very professional and responsive at a timely manner. I highly recommend them for their fast service.

  I called Candido's and Brian Harney called me back and gave me a set time of when he could meet me to tow my semi and trailer from Winchester to Lexington. He was on time, professional and knew what he was doing with a decent price! Couldn't have asked for better service!
