I blew a steer on the side of 64EB in Mt Sterling during extreme winter weather conditions 1/19/24. I called Candido's and Paul grabbed my information and said he'd have someone out in 90 minutes. Imagine my surprise at how quick Nate, the driver, showed up after my call. He was moving faster than I've ever seen a tow and recovery technician move especially when you take into account the slick pavement due to snow accumulation. He had me back in Georgetown, with friendly conversation during the trip, and dropped at Fleet Services for my tire replacements in what seemed like no time . If I ever need a tow in the area again I'm definitely reaching out to Candido's.
Admittedly, I have not used their service. However, I have been followed on the interstate by one of their trucks, and did not feel safe with them behind me. Today I’m on I75 South between Crittenden and Dry Ridge, in the “slow lane”, traveling at 67 MPH, with open lanes to the left of me, and their driver was tailgating me. I’m thankful no other vehicles entered or a deer jumped out. I commend your company for the service you provide, as I know many who drive big trucks and my grandson loves big trucks. But, I suggest management demand better of the drivers to not cause an uncomfortable situation with others on the road.
