This family is a joke. Saw them go into a little Ole restaurant and order a huge amount of food, eat half of it, then tried to complain and said it was ice cold so they could get it for free. What a joke.
This company is completely unethical. The employees are rude and have very slick tongues for no reason. They unrightfully towed my car from my apartment and the fee to retrieve it was $137 cash but if you have a card it’s $140. Very sickening. I do not recommend this company service to anyone and would rate it a zero if possible.
They were very unprofessional, The towing man was asking me to go home with him. When I went to receive my car I had my property stolen out of it and they damaged my car on my passenger side saying they didn’t know what happened
CALL SAM FIRST!!! Got blown off by another local towing service, and decided to call Sam instead. They got here in UNDER 20 MINUTES. Other places were telling me OVER 2 HOURS just to jump start my car. GREAT SERVICE!!! CALL SAM.
They were a bit higher then what i had! i told him and he said he didnt want to take the last of my money so he knocked the price off of that! which i am greatful for! I called BB towing and u explained that to him! I was honest with this man and he canceled bc he thought i was on some funny business??? After waiting!!!! Anyways then called sam's AND HE WORKED WITH ME !!!! IDKY PEOPLE GAVE SUCH A LOW ☆ BUT NOT ME! ☆
What can you say ?? Good people doing their job. You'll love them if you called them for a tow, not so much if you did something stupid like park by a fire hydrant.
They sell crappy cars that they have purchased from auction, sell them as is without making any repairs and then overcharge you to tow and fix them service at this place sucks and the mechanics dont fix problems they just patch things up enough to get you home so it can break down the next day and take more of your money there are way better places to go in Lexington if you are looking for a used car, towing or auto repair. Please avoid this place at all costs they dont care about people they will sell you a car knowing theres a good chance it will catch on fire on the way home
Overall great crew and experience, I do think the towing was a bit expensive. I expected to pay 70-75$, the charge was $85. So a bit pricey but always great service
Paid them to pickup and deliver a 1971 Cadillac conv. They backed the car into my building, meanwhile damaging my car which is a classic. Wouldn't give me the name of their insurance company. On top of that, they were 3 days late picking up car and delivering it.
Very poor service. Late on pick up by 4 hours and no communication on why the driver was late. Was supposed to get $10 change but never received it even after being in contact with the company afterwards. Highly recommend not to use this service
Attention, do not, I repeat, do not for any reason take your vehichle to this business. I took my car there and was charged $273 to replace an Idle Air Control Valve that has two little screws to hold it on, and takes approximately 2 minnutes to attach it to the motor. The worst part is that the car runs the same as it did when I droped it off. I might as well asked them for some grease and turned around and bent over because I literally got SCREWED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
