I got a Mass flow sensor, still under warranty. The check engine light came on, went to my dealership. They said it was there was a manufacturer problem with it. (They fixed my older one) i called, told them what happened, told them sadly the box was thrown away. The guy on the phone, I forgot his name, said I could bring it back in, in a small box and I could get a refund. Drove 20 minutes, for another guy to tell me he can't do it.
Chad was amazing! I stopped in needing a headlight replaced, and he took care of it quickly and professionally. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to make the whole process easy for me. It’s rare to find customer service this good anymore. I really appreciate his help—thank you, Chad!
This Autozone Store had very kind staff who helped me find just what I needed for my car. I want to give a big thank you to Chad. He took the time out of his evening to help me install new headlight bulbs in my car and clean my light covers.

Ever wake up on a crisp winter morning to find that the car wont start, and it barely took a jump? Yea? Well that's what we woke up to unfortunately....
Thankfully I ran into Joshua Caldwell this morning because he was a big help. Most people would probably just think to themselves "it's below 32 degree's I'm not going outside. They can figure it out", but he had no problem swapping out the battery regardless of how cold it was.

I went in to get a drivers side windshield wiper, there was 2 guys working, an older gentleman and a younger gentleman with a beard, I stood in line for about 10 minutes, they were kind of busy, the older gentleman told the younger guy to take his break, he said he would stay and help with the line, a woman broke the line and got 2 wipers, I asked if they could put mine on, they said NO, they were too busy, so I said ok fine, I will go where someone needs my business, there’s 3 parts stores 5 minutes down the road, the guy walked out with the other woman and put hers on! I was parked right beside her, it only takes about 30 seconds to do it, but I just didn’t know how to do it, I won’t be back! Thanks for the wonderful customer service, that I didn’t get!
Had a very good experience with associate Tony Palafox. He was by himself and there was 5 customers and phone calls on top of my car problems and he handled every single customer with care and also made me want to put this good complement out there. Thank you Tony P.
went with my Wrangler Jeep for a battery. Before i would have a mechanic do it. Lilly and Jess were AWESOME and not only assisted me in making a smart choice but tested my battery for me confirming the diagnosis of a bad battery and then Jess brought it out and changed the battery for me!!!! Bought a battery there less than 1 year old couldn't find my receipt didn't want to compensate me anything for it. Told me they would charge it for 3 hours. I'm an automotive expert and the battery is garbage. Will never do business with AutoZone in Lexington on Nicholasville Road or any of the other locations. Stay away from their junkie batteries!
Had a dead battery in 1° weather this morning. Pure torture. This evening Daryl sold us a new battery that had sat on the shelf for a few months so he offered a discount, installed it and gave it an extra charge to help ensure it starts tomorrow morning in similar weather. Absolutely a great experience! Can't thank him enough!
Great team at Autozone didn't catch any of their names. Was on a work trip vehicle died on us. Battery terminal corroded. Drove to Autozone, and they let me use some terminal cleaner and the tool no charge to me. It's nice to see people still care.
Had the pleasant experience of working with Daniel and Darrell (the "sales manager"). I was looking for wire strippers and couldn't find them, upon asking Darrell (the manager), he told me twice to basically go find them myself and if I couldn't find them they didn't have them. Thank God for Daniel, for when I asked him he actually went back there and found them for me! Looks like your sales manager might need some motivation when it comes to actually getting sales! And thank you Daniel for being attentive and on duty!!
Don't come here if you need a battery tested! Older bald gentleman told me "we only have 2 people working right now, there is usually 3" as his excuse, when there was 1 other customer in the store. Kinda baffling. Thankfully I had a jump pack with me. What if I didn't? Will NOT be coming here again. Sunday August 28th at 4:05pm.
So terrible service by Jose, my battery was about to die, very weak, got here at 8:45pm; just after discovering the issue. The new guy, didn’t catch his name, needed more assistance, he went and got Jose, Jose said there wasn’t enough time and I’d have to come back tomorrow, didn’t even attempt a simple battery test. What a pathetic excuse of an employee; I’ll never be back to a store that has employees like Jose.
So I’ve never felt the need to leave a bad review but my relationship with autozone has been completely ruined by my transaction today. The manager Kim of ” store 3609” or “Nicholasville road” not only placed my pickup to the wrong store but hung the phone up while asking her to help remedy her mistake. I was in shock and disbelief to find out later she manages this store. I’ve been charged twice. Like guys I see horror reviews every now and then but I can’t believe I’m actually having to write one myself. Such a bad and last experience.
The gentleman who was working the day I came in helped remove a broken sideview mirror. I'm not sure if other places would have taken care of that. It was not easy to do because it had wiring inside of the mirror for lane assist feature. He was able to keep everything working while I waited for the new mirror to arrive. I really appreciated the extra effort.

Arrived at AutoZone Monday morning around 10am. Douglas was at the front counter. He checked the battery in my car to see if it was dead...and yes it was definitely dead. Douglas found my information on file only by searching my phone #. He had my old battery removed and the brand new one installed in about 30-35 minutes and I was in my way. I had a battery going bad and went here at 8:15 pm. I knew it was close to closing, Alex B tested my old battery, consulted on the best replacement and replaced it. He couldn’t have been nicer and I totally appreciated his professionalism and help.
As someone who barely knows how to fill the gas tank in a car, I appreciate the customer service at AutoZone on Nicholasville Rd. I can't remember the gentleman's name, but he didn't hesitate to roll around on the parking lot pavement looking under my car while also coming in and out of the building trying to match up the correct screw size of a missing plastic screw. A couple of weeks before this, a different gentleman replaced my brake light in 3 minutes. Thank you AutoZone!

Stopped there to get help with a sensor fault, and John was so helpful. He found the problem, explained what it was and what may have caused it. They had the part in stock, very reasonably priced and I was on my way! John was extremely helpful , professional and courteous, and because of his help and professional manner I will be taking my auto business there for any future needs!! Thank you!!
One of my cylinders was misfiring, and John helped me every step of the way. He was incredibly knowledgable in helping me get the best spark plugs and tools needed, and even came outside to help me switch them out. John really went above and beyond, and I greatly appreciated his help.
I was so incredibly pleased with the service here today. David helped me right away as soon as I arrived. He was knowledgeable about my problem. He was extremely efficient and got me back on the road in very little time. He was able to send someone across the parking lot where my battery had died, and have that AutoZone employee jump my car so I could get my vehicle pulled right up to this AutoZone store. Once David looked at my car battery and was confident he could change it, only then did he concisely present the options for purchasing the appropriate battery for my vehicle, along with various warranty options offered. He had me checked out in no time and quickly and kindly installed the new battery for me, and put everything back where it belonged. I was on my merry way. I was so grateful. He saved me time waiting for AAA, waiting for a tow to the other side of town where Volvo service is, time waiting for Volvo service to have time to change the battery, time waiting for that to happen. David was an angel for me today. Thank you so much guys!
Lucy H. was a wonderful help to me when my check engine light came on. She tested the codes and the battery and spent over an hour getting my dead corroded battery out of my truck and replacing it. She was honest, trustworthy and so kind. I would highly recommend this store and Lucy herself!!! 10 out of 10 all around!!!!
