  The clerk with the injured arm was pretending to be asleep when I walked in. Her co worked prompted her to help the line of customers waiting on him, she obliged unwillingly. I should have waited for the other employee, as I was then thrust into the worst customer service interaction I've ever had. I do not recommend using this location and I encourage the management to take a good look at their staff.

  I have been coming to this store since I got my first car at 16. The staff is always extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Last week I unexpectedly needed a new battery for my car. I called Derrick and he told me to come right over. I was on my way to work and Kat was able to have it installed in no time. They even disposed of my old battery for me. This place has helped me out of many jams over the years and they have my business for life! Go see the folks at the Southland Drive store for whatever you need!

  WOW! on an emergency visit in Kentucky, I suffered a breakdown and needed Final Charge Diesel long life coolant and was surprised to find it here. Scotty went as far as to even open a bottle of diesel coolant to see if it was the proper "red" color, which it wasn't and didn't charge us for that container. He did find several but not enough as I needed at least 24 gallons! He ordered 20 gallon containers for the next day and we picked them up without any hassle. We had to return to the store as we did not have enough the following day and unfortunately they didn't have any more in stock. HOWEVER, Julia got on the phone and located several gallons from different locations and in under 3 hours, we had an additional 10 gallons for pickup from the store! Everyone has been wonderful and helpful at the Southland location and comes highly recommended by me!

  Just bought a 2018 Ford Edge, and was looking to upgrade my headlamps and wipers. Kat, the service lady, was very friendly, and very helpful. She made sure I was taken care of, even when she had 3 customers at one time. Great and friendly service. Definitely a lifelong customer.

  Best experience I’ve had at any auto-related place. My car battery decided to die the other day, after 6 long years of service, ha! After trying *five* other stores, I finally found one that was 1) open and 2) could install the battery in a Chevy Equinox (advance auto was my first stop and they aren’t allowed -by corporate- to change batteries in equinoxes and a couple other models). I called O’Reilly’s and spoke with Daniel, who could not have been more kind, and he told me to come on in. The checkout process was fast and easy. Then he came out with his cart of tools and got to work. It took about an hour and a half for the whole shabang. He was very patient with my dad, who decided to hover a bit and try to help. The hardest part, and what took the longest, was getting the old battery out. Apparently there was some corrosion and a screw that was stuck (I’m not sure, I’m not car savvy). Basically I just wanted to commend Daniel on his excellent customer service and getting me taken care of that same evening.

  Went to O'Reilly yesterday to get a new car battery for my car. They undercut Auto Zone by $20.00 for the exact battery. Managers name is Derrick and a girl named Britt installed it for me. First time I've been there but I must say I came away quite impressed. I think all around they do customer service some better than Advance Auto Parts.

  Wow. What amazing customer service! My wife’s car battery died on the coldest day of the year. My road side assistance guy recommended this place for a new battery after he jumped the car. From the moment I walked in, I realized that these guys cared about helping me and getting us back on the road. The new guy at the front desk was fantastic. He and I installed the new battery for free in the parking lot and had a great chat while trying to stay warm. Awesome place. Great prices. Go here instead of AutoZone or Advanced Autoparts.

  They have a good selection of parts. Not very many duplicate items of many things, but at least one. On my most recent visit, I even found the perfect case for my cell phone, so when I am working on the car it's easy to get to my phone when it rings, but also difficult to damage the phone accidentally. There is plenty of free parking right out in front of the store.

  Always my favorite parts store to go to. There is one guy that working there the other night that went above and beyond. Helped me carry all my purchases to counter. Helped me find parts in the store and was just overall one of the nicest retail workers I have ever had.

  This is absolutely my go-to place anytime I need anything auto related. The staff is super friendly and helpful and awesome, and they really know their stuff. I went so many different places with an issue, and this was the only place where someone was knowledgable enough to point out a small detail that made a HUGE difference. They saved the day and worked above and beyond to help me get what I needed to get my car working again! Also, the part I needed and got from them was just about as cheap/cheaper than the wrong part I had foolishly purchased from Amazon--and it arrived a whole lot faster too! The people here are just exceptional and truly care about helping you out. O'Reilly's isn't a place that used to come to mind when I thought about needing car things, but now I would totally drive way out of my way to go there instead of an AutoZone or whatever. You guys are the best! Thank you!!!! :)

  I wish I could give this store a zero. Asked to have a check engine light diagnostic. Lady was very put out, not the service I expected, she blurted out what the code means, and walked away, no advice, no help at all.

  Got the bulb I needed quickly at a decent price. No problems up until I asked for help changing the bulb. I drive a 2011 Nissan Rogue so you need to use a ratchet to loosen the light fixture in the rear. The attendant took one look at it and said "Replacing that is a job for a professional or a husband". I can understand if you guys are liable but the implication that it takes a man to do this was unnecessary. I'd like to let him know this single lady did a quick google search and changed the bulb herself with her own tool kit, sans husband. This is 2019. Please watch your sexist comments. Thank you.

  The manager there, Will, helped me a huge amount. I came in with a car that needed its computer reset and after Autozone failed to do it or even diagnose it right, he helped explain everything about it and gave me a super great experience. Greatly ran store.

  There are 3 or 4 auto part places on southland drive and this is the only one I go to. The other places try to sell you things you don't need. O'Reilly just asks what they can help you with and sell you that part. They do not attempt to sell you an alternator when its obviously a battery issue. I dont know everything about cars but I know O'reilly's has no interest in selling you things you dont need. Go here. Not the others

  Ordered a part for pick up and got confirmation it was ready. Spent 30 minutes standing at the counter while being told they weren't sure where my order was. Along with some mystery man named James who was allegedly in the back and never appeared. Hope the crew that was working isnt the stores top performers.
