Not very knolageble about what they selling. And offer loaner tools but won't loan any out. I will say when we had to go back and return wrong parts the other guy we got went above and beyond what was expected. So I changing my rating to a 5 star

Triston was so helpful! He went above and beyond to help me. Tested things on my car and was so kind to me. Any of my needs in the future will be at this store because of the guest service of Triston. He is a great employee.

Two days in a row this location has ignored a line of customers so that they can fool around in the back. I fully understand that there are things that need to be done in the back, but there shouldn't be a line of customers waiting when three employees are standing in the back laughing. And even if they are actually busy with something, they should at least greet me and acknowledge that I exist. Avoid this location at all costs

I am so thankful to a wonderful employee named Triston. He single handedly saved me a few hundred dollars by truly understanding the root of my car problem. My car wasn't starting and I immediately thought it was the battery, but weirdly enough it started remotely. He didn't jump to a conclusion like they did at Advanced Auto down the street and he explained to me what was going on with my car wasn't a battery issue but likely a key fob issue, which is great because no one wants to drop hundreds on a new battery if they don't need to! I get home and switch back my fobs and what do you know he was spot on! My car turned on perfectly for the rest of the day! Thank you so much Triston, I hope you get some well deserved praise and even monetary reward! I'll be an AutoZoner for a while due to you!

I went for a turn signal bulb. They did have it and they usually put the bulb in for you or at the very least offer to. The last time I was there they came up with several excuses to not change the bulb. I’m not sure what the issue was exactly bc they gave several different reasons as to why they didn’t want to do it. I will more than likely be going somewhere else in the future

This place was great! I needed wiper blades for my fiance who has serious problems in the rain. The crew working there.made sure I got the envision nights for her and with a pretty penny spent he showed me the results and I knew I had to purchase. They came out in the freezing rain and made sure they were installed correctly.

I've been to this location several times for battery charging, mechanical advice, headlights, tools, warranty exchanges, tool rentals, etc. I've had nothing but exceptional service from both Tim and AJ, I'm unfamiliar with the other salespeople there but they have been helpful as well! This is not the store closest to my house but I go to this one as it's the one I trust the most. If I need help or a recommendation, this is ALWAYS where I go. (Side note: I was 70+ miles from this store and called them to ask if the store closest to me had something in stock before going to get it. They gave me the part number so I knew exactly what to ask for.) If they don't know, they will direct you to someone who does. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable people. Can't ask for a better team!

We came for a headlight that was giving us issues and Daniel, the manager, was super helpful and probably worked with us close to 30 minutes to help while in the heat too! He solved what turned out to be a mistake on our part and was very polite!

I can not for the life of me remember the store managers name or the associate who helped me, I came in 20 minutes before close looking for thermal paste for a project for work. The manager did EVERYTHING he could to help me including calling a store in VEGAS to get a PART NUMBER so he could locate what I needed. Out of this world service, I got what I needed, finished my project, and it was ONLY possible because of these two gentleman. I was the light skin curly haired dude that came in with a tank and basketball shorts. If you guys see this YOU ARE MY ABSOLUTE HEROS.

I had a wonderful experience at this store (1296). Darrell and Triston were very helpful with my car issue. I was explained clearly about my warning light. They are very knowledgeable and professional .I recommend this store for your auto needs.

In 2022 I purchased a battery at this location. I was told that I was getting the best battery available. Today, less than two years later, while getting my oil changed I was told that the battery was nearing the end of its life expectancy. I informed the clerk at Valvoline that the battery was less than two years old. He showed me that the battery was from 2020. I was sold an old battery. The clerk at AutoZone also upsold me on a useless addition. Regretfully, I have misplaced my receipt. I will never shop there again. If you chose to shop her make sure you double check everything.

Chris was extremely helpful today. He tested my car battery, explained my options thoroughly and then replaced the battery. Chris was knowledgeable, friendly and did a great job.

The store itself is extremely old and out of date looking.. didn't have half as much stuff ad the other stores had to choose from. The guy was trying to sell me a fuel additive that was more expensive then the one I had and a much lesser known of a brand. . I had to actually say straight no to get him to leave me alone...

Went to purchase a new brake light for my car, and the cashier Keith was very helpful in making sure I purchased the right bulb. He even came out to make sure I knew how to install it. Great customer service and would come back again!.

My fiancé called up there to speak to an employee. Three times he was hung up on two out of the three times the employees he’s spoke to were rude. When he asked to speak to a specific person. They could not get him which is ok. But they could have stayed on the phone and helped him. He just wanted to know if that had a fuel pump. Very poor customer service I am very frustrated. I would not recommend this store I would definitely recommend the other one on new circle.

I had the absolute BEST experience at this specific autozone. I was going in there for a simple headlight change that ended up being a little harder than I expected but Keith and “Delicious” helped me out. They went above and beyond and took care of everything with such professionalism and courtesy. Big shout out for them because I honestly cannot thank them enough.

Got a new battery here. Tyler, the store manager, I believe, did the installation. Did a great job; he cleaned some corrosion in the battery cable, and ended up having to replace the clamp for the positive terminal. He was very courteous and thorough. I recounted to him the story of my last battery replacement at a competitor, when the installer second-guessed himself about which battery to use and, before I could stop him what he was about to do, he connected the positive cable to the negative terminal, which blew the master fuse. AutoZone got it right. The other guys didn't. Thanks, Tyler.

The employees here were incredibly friendly and helpful and they had a tiny screwdriver on hand to replace a fob battery. I went to a different auto store first and they were unable to help me, so I was just blown away by how nice everyone was here. Will definitely return for any future vehicle needs!

Bad first experience! The associate tried to overcharge me. Whether or not it was an accident, the damage has already been done. Trust is lost. I went in uneasy—having been taken advantage of before, and I walked out knowing I will not be coming back.

Same as any other parts store really most of the time they have your part sometimes they need to order it which you can do yourself if you didn't need it right then. right? lol. I give it 3 -4 star all round nothing special here.

I would give more stars if I could. I had broken down with a busted radiator hose about 2 miles from this AutoZone and had the tools to fix it, but not the part. I called A.Z. and they didn't have the part, but Brad got one from another store. I Uber'd over and got the part. While I was there, Brad helped me with the part and offered some additional advice, which helped me tremendously. He was going on lunch and even offered to give me a ride back to my van. However, Anthony was running parts and dropped me off along the way. This level of service is unheard of by any company. Thank you, Brad and Anthony so much, I was able to fix my van and get on my way. You saved me hundreds of dollars I'm sure, and you uplifted my day for what you did. You both are a credit to AutoZone and are just all around good people.

I give this place 0 Stars. Order depart they said it will be in the next day schedule a job to do it. Go to pick up the part late in the day and they don't have it and say they don't know what happened. So now I have to wait another day to get the part and reschedule the job. Went if I wanted to wait that long to get the part I would have ordered it off RockAuto and got it for half the price. So I'm very disappointed in this place they don't know what the hell they're doing and I will never get another part from this location again. I wish whomever shop stay the best of luck

I was very pleased with my visit to AutoZone to get a headlight bulb. The young woman I talked to on the phone was very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. When I got there she helped me be sure I was getting the right bulb and she put it in for me. Thank you! I will definitely go back.

I gave them a one because I called twice kept on hold for a long time so I hung up called back (on hold as I TYPE)!@ 6:27pm Sunday April 14th!!!this fool picks up with an attitude as if he's being bothered on his job!!! Imagine that!!! Whoever is working this shift right now auto zone needs to be retrained on better customer service ! If he cant work with people this isn't the job for him!I know plenty of "peoples people" that will gladly take his job and do a %1,000 better!!!! Oh then I call again he just picks up and hangs up! Email me if you need a new employee soon!!!!

I love AutoZone in Lexington kentucky, I was in a hard spot and my starter had quit, I had a good friend take me up there and AutoZone was the only place within a 50-mile radius that had the Subaru starter that I needed! And it wasn't even very expensive, for car parts I mean. Thank you!
