He has fixed and figured out the problem of my B6 Audi A4 1.8T while four indie shops and three dealerships in THREE different states have failed to do so. As an engineer, I applaud his work ethic, his statement of being a man of his words and his perseverance. Go with him if you have German car problems!
Overall service was ok and would recommend to others . I would have liked to have a diagnostic done to know exactly the extent of damage done to my car. I was told this was some thing he wasn’t able to do due to my cars damage. Originally I was calling to schedule but I received a text from him letting me know he was on his way which was fine it just wasn’t what I had originally planned. But overall I appreciate him coming out and giving me some idea about my car and how much it was worth. Because I didn’t receive a diagnostic I feel like the price should’ve been lower just don’t feel like I got my moneys worth.
Came to fix my ignition switch and although the price was a little on the high side (but you have to expect that since he is coming to you), overall I thought he did an excellent job. Got my truck back on the road and he stayed until 1:00 in the morning until he was done. My only knock on him is that he is terrible about answering calls and returning texts and messages. I would recommend him, especially if your vehicle is at home.
I was having issues with my camshaft position sensor but was unsure of the exact problem, so I looked up mobile mechanics here in Lexington, Ky. I found 3, one didn't answer, one had to call me back while he looked for a worker who could do it tomorrow for a $150 come out fee, and the 3rd said he could possible come tomorrow. Desperately needing my car I was willing to pay the $150 for tomorrow but then I got a text from the one who didn't answer asking how may I help you. I knew then he was busy but was glad he responded. I texted my issue to him and he told me the fee would be $85. I told him that would be fine and that I would be home all day tomorrow as now it was a little later in the day. He replied he could be here in 30 mins which I was happy about because I never seen a mechanic come so quick, it was getting dark. He showed up, figured out the issue, and helped me figure out the best place for the best price to get the part. While he started the work, I went to go get the piece needed, and he fixed it within an hour and a half. I0 starts for me I will only call him if available from now on.
He is absolutely reliable and does repairs and replacements at a very fair price and will not screw you over. I call him anytime I have an issue with my car and will continue to do so!!! Thank you!!
Locked keys in car. Their representative, Mike, told me multiple times he was heading out to help. He never showed. Never heard back. No explanation. Left me stranded for over 3 hours as I had canceled other service providers since he said he would be about 45 minutes. Not sure why he wouldn't at least let me know he wasn't coming. Whoever Mike is, he gave MN Mobile Mechanic a bad name.
If I could give him negative stars I would. Paid him $130 for one part and my truck was still overheating. Said he would come back by and never did. Now I’m down hundreds of dollars. Truck still isn’t working.
He was absolutely wonderful! Prices were so reasonable, very honest which is what made this all so worth it, and he came to us! He cared a lot about our safety so he made sure he had everything right. Especially in this crazy weather. My family and I are thankful for him so if you ever need anything let him know!
My check engine light came on early this morning, I contacted Mike based on reviews and he assured me he would be here at 2:45pm. He arrived early, immediately diagnosed the issue, took the time to explain to me what needed to be done - he then called around and found parts, went to pick them up across town, and repaired my car. All of this was done within 3 hours. Very reasonable pricing and ensured a 90 day warranty on parts and labor. Wonderful experience, I have shared his number with friends and family already and will use him for emergencies and routine maintenance, no questions asked.
Called him to diagnose my car, he did a toon up and now my car is up and running. He has reasonable prices. Friendly and good communication. Will definitely be using him for my car needs from now on.
Prices wernt high off of the quote but ended up paying double plus what I was quoted over not being able to get good parts off. Was supposed to changed my water pump now my truck sounds like it’s ready to take off to the moon because my fans loud and was brand new broke my fan shroud and won’t replace it. Didn’t tighten down all of my water pump bolts and then ignored me for months because I was trying to give the guy a chance to make it right he lied saying he was outta town and couldn’t do it and had his wife drop of my broken part well at least some of it at least that’s what I was told then my camera shows him and his rig in front of my house dropping off the broken part look at his reviews on next door there prolly more accurate. Instead of coughing up The money to fix his mistakes he just ignored me. And on top of all this he drives the same truck I have and the good parts I had to replace because he couldn’t get them off are also gone and with him never asked me if he could keep them just took them. Idk if this is usual way if doing buisiness but I’m not jelly and my truck still isn’t right.
First off he is not punctual. He’s been planning to fix my car for a week now and doesn’t show up everyday when he says he’s about to be on the way. I paid him $85 to go towards the repair of my vehicle. Now I’ve wasted time and money waiting on him for days

Mike right off the jump maintained communication with me and told me exactly when he could come. When he got here he got right to business and had my truck diagnosed within 30 minutes. Other shop charged me $200 and got the problem wrong. Sadly it’s going to be much more to fix it than it’s worth. But I recommend this guy 100%
Called MN Mobile and it was smooth from start to finish. Very knowledgeable on his craft and you can't beat the convenience of having someone come to you. Called him in the morning and he was able to knock it out in the same day. Will not sell you something you do not need and his price was fair. Will definitely use again if needed.
Just had my alternator and battery replaced but was still getting a battery light. Mike came out and very quickly told me they gave me a bad alternator, and even said he'd speak to the other mechanic I used (I apparently should have just gone straight to Mike instead) if they gave me any problems with replacing it. Many thanks Mike, will be calling him again if I ever need assistance in the future.
He Told me I was next on his list and he would get to me by 11am, he never showed I texted him. He said I was next again if it didn’t rain. That was three days ago still a no-show. I wasted a lot of time waiting for him. It’s cheaper to call a tow truck.
I have spent $1000 and almost 2 weeks dealing with this service and my car still doesn’t work. I have spit 4 to 5 days waiting hours on this man who keeps texting with excuse after excuse but bottom line my car still doesn’t work. Bad communication lots of broken promises and unprofessional service is what I ended up with
