We was coming in from Ohio to Tennessee a car smashed into us I didn’t call them the other dude did or someone lol anyways the dude that ownes it he docked off our storage and made sure to work with us outsiders
They have helped me numerous times over the last few months. Their staff working now have had to tow my car, twice from Lexington. When I went to there shop I locked my keys in my car while running, they got me back into it.

Had the best experience with this company A & Z Towing. I was on my way to Florida to visit family when My alternator gave out so I had to call for a tow. The roll back driver Trey and his boss Stacey were really nice and professional. They asked me if I was alright and if I needed anything and really tried to get me back on the road as fast as possible. I unfortunately had to cut my trip but my car was up and running faster than any other shop or dealership. If you ever get broken down in Georgetown KY this is the company to call!! Great job guys. This company truly cares and will take care of its customers! Thank you!
I live in Louisville and was in Georgetown for a training when my car broke down. I was so thankful to reach A&Z Towing as they were willing to tow my car to Louisville the same day I called, and for a reasonable rate. They were thorough - verifying and confirming all details - and responsive, letting me know updates along the way as I wasn’t at my car when they picked it up due to being in the training. My car arrived to my mechanic in Louisville just fine even though I couldn’t even get them the keys to steer my car onto the truck. I actually got the feel from them like they were treating my car like it was their own… (I know - wild.). Highly recommend!
Wow just excellent service all the way around. Electronic issue with my car not only locked my transmission up but killed the battery. It took some creative maneuvering to get it ready to load and an unplanned jumpstart.
He handled it all like a pro.
When the dealership appointment comes time...I'll be using this company again!

People dispute credit cards so cash is a standard in any tow company. Compared to Colorado and Florida....I expected a much higher bill.
Most all of these reviews are completed by those that are angry at this local apartment complex for using this company for towing. The tow company does not determine who gets towed, it is determined by the complex. I have used this company twice now and they are great. The driver that assisted me had an all business attitude but was anything but rude. The guy who says his property was damaged... there is a part of the push bar that is bent and already showing rust. If they caused the damage, why is there rust already lol. As far as charging different prices, while the driver was assisting me, I overheard him try help a person out because the cost of a tow was higher than they could afford and he lowered i to help them. Don't bash a good business because you weren't diligent in parking where you shouldn't. This company is the middleman and not the one you should be angry with.
They were able to get to me very quickly and were so helpful. The guy who came to tow my Jeep was a nice guy and you could tell he really knew what he was doing. I will always use A&Z Towing now.
This place is a total joke. They are BEYOND unprofessional and careless about their customers. They will WRONGFULLY TOW and DAMAGE your vehicle, then refuse to accept any damage in repairs. When you call to try to discuss the damage, they will rudely hang up the phone. Horrible way to run a “business”. Do yourself a favor and use any other towing company. They only take cash for payment- a little strange isn’t it?
Truck got towed for no reason at an apartment complex, they hooked up chains to my lower control arms and destroyed my push bar on the front of my truck and now they’re not responsible even though the push bar is clearly bent up.
We first went through our car insurance company to get matched up, took 4 hours and they still hadn’t matched us. A&Z ended up calling us to arrange the pick up themselves. Thankful he made the effort to help us. Super friendly and helpful.
We waited for over 4 hours for AAA to help us with a tow, AAA never came through. Called A and Z and they helped us right away and kept us informed of they’re location/time it would take to help us while we waited. The driver was kind and professional and took us to a tire repair store for more assistance. Highly recommend!!!!
our vehicle was towed during the snow storm although we didn't use their services I have to say they took a bad situation and made it bearable if not one of the most accommodating experiences of having my vehicle towed I could say I've ever experience. Stacy went above and beyond and our unique situation and speaking with the owner and really accommodating our company. Kenton thank you for letting us know what kind of business agency towing really is and Phillip, the owner, thank you for taking a chance on a small company we really do appreciate the family oriented business we felt we were dealing with. I recommend A to z towing for all your towing needs they always answer the phone they were always professional, family oriented accommodating and the first time I've ever given a review to a company who actually told my vehicle and it was a nice one!! I'd give this company a five stars and I wouldn't go anywhere else!
This is worst people you could use for towing.
The fact that they charged me a clean up fee. When there guy didn’t even push a broom. The fire department did all the clean up.
Then they charged me more money to let my own tow truck company behind the gate to get my sons car.I would definitely not recommend these people. They SUCK!
These are good people who do an excellent job, quickly and for a reasonable price. They went out of their way to satisfy my need for having a car dropped off at a repair facility in Lexington. Kenton is very personable and it seems he'd be a good friend to anybody. I will be calling A&Z for all of my towing needs.
Professional, quick and courteous. My truck was stranded in Georgetown and needed it towed back to Lexington. They arrived within reasonable time and the price is fair.
I’m not one to post reviews so you know I’m dissatisfied. No customer consideration whatsoever. Sure, they’re urgent to tow but once in their possession, they have little regard for proper communication with clients. I know little about towing and the whole process so a simple call or voice message entailing follow up steps and recommendations would’ve been greatly appreciated. They’ll neglect this communication so your charges will reach there maximum limit by law.

Price changes based on who you are, not where your car was picked up! These folks are rude and could careless if referred because I've paid this business almost $500 in 1 week. Guess what, it ment nothing but $ to them!
This place is ran by ppl who dont care if they are in business. They are very hesitant about telling you prices because they make them up as they go! Nothing worse than a business that takes advantage of ppl already in a hard spot! Recommend anyone in Georgetown besides this business. I used to like them but this last encounter was crazy horrible.
They are working a scam with the local police. I called another tow truck company less than 2 hrs earlier after breaking down. I pulled over the vehicle to the side of the road. The police called them to pick it up. The tow truck company I called showed up at the same time and they refused to let it down. Absolutely ridiculous so now I have to pay police impound fees and a tow fee and a second tow fee to finally get it home after all of that. Absolutely ridiculous. It's not like it was left there for even a day or at night where it would be a hazard. A straight scam.
PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are very rude right after you just had an accident. Then they lie to you saying how much it will be to tow and if its covered by your insurance. They also will charge you extra after lying about the price. So if you do not want to be charged alot and twice at that, a long with a very rude rep-lady, then please do not use this company.
We recently were traveling through Scott County, KY and our RV tow trailer was hit and destroyed. The sheriff’s office called A to Z towing as we needed not only a large truck, but someone who could manage a vehicle with tires blown off and because one side was gone, was on the verge of total collapse. They got what was left of our trailer on their site in a separate area where we were free to come and go as we were able to salvage what we could. They were very polite to us and at different times came to see if they could be of help or we needed tools to remove items. I have no idea of their cost but for what we were dealing with, they were very good. Thanks
I was driving home to Tennessee when my wheel completely broke off as I was exiting. Travis was incredibly personable and helpful getting myself and my car quickly out of the busy intersection and to a mechanic. The way he handled the situation was exemplary of excellent customer service.
Incompetent is the word that comes to mind when I write this review. The office personnel does not know the correct information to give to customers so they can properly retrieve their vehicle. NOT EVERYONE LIVES IN GEORGETOWN! The BBB should be made aware of the money racket they are running to collect off of college students. If your child has their car towed from the college campus, be sure the vehicle is in their name. If not, you will need to have a notary sign a document stating you release the vehicle to someone else. The incompetent staff was unable to communicate this valuable information. I can imagine that would have been a nice dollar amount in their pocket for another night storage fee.
My daughter's car was towed sat/sun 8/20/2017....approximately around midnight.... We had to wait til monday morning to get the car back, we got there at 7:45 before they opened so we wouldnt be charged for another day, becouse we did not have the correct amount of cash,(CASH ONLY) we had to leave the premises to get the correct amount which we were told $165($125 for tow & $40 for storage). When we returned (20min.later) we had to pay $40 more becouse of an extra day being sat....They charge by the time of arrival & time it leaves the lot..I asked what time it got there becouse It was "around" 12:00a.m. sunday....the lady behind the desk said she didnt know..so I said how can you charge by the time when you dont have any record of it...I had her call the tow guy & he said around 11:30pm sat......so you gonna charge a whole day for approximately 30 min???? (So you say)To make a long story short..if A&Z didnt take ONLY CASH it would have cost $165 not $205!!!! Basically 20 min.of us leaving to return with cash cost $40....that women had my blood boiling becouse she wanted an extra $40. I DEFINITELY DO NOt recommend EVER using A&Z towing...You can always request a tow company!!!! 👎👎👎👎👎👎
I run a printing plant and have drivers in old trucks on the road late at night most nights of the week. Twice in the past two months, I have needed a large truck towed on or near I-75. Twice, I have picked up the phone and called A to Z Towing in the middle of the night (midnight and 1:00 a.m.) when no one else would answer. Both times, they got my drivers and trucks back home quickly and safely. Last year, they towed one of my guys in the snow! I'm not sure where the negative reviews are coming from but I have these guys on speed dial.
Thieves who tried to assist a criminal attempting to steal our car. Even after we got law enforcement involved they would not release the car without their money.
Do not trust this company, the old woman was just nasty and was so desperate to get the money she boldface lied to officers and us to get the money. Stay away from this crooked company.
