I love the fair so much it is fun and great bonding time. It does cost much but it is worth it

I liked the small fair, but the reason it doesn't get 5 stars, is bc they had a brick n mortar bathroom, but when the fair was closing, they shut down bathroom, so we couldn't go to the bathroom b4 leaving the property. I've never had that happen while at an event when people are still there & need to go b4 getting on the road. Plus, the lady that was closing it down was extremely rude about it. No empathy!!

I really love love it. You can go to the derby you can ride so many rides and eat food. I recommend people are really going to this place. I really do. It’s very fun.

I went to the demolition derby. It was supposed to start at 6 pm. No action until 8pm. The derby itself was boring. Everybody was afraid to hit each other. Very dull

Had a great time. Lots to do for all ages. Prices for drinks where kinda high and it was hot

Food was good, Tractor and truck pull was great, it was disappointing to see politics involved behind the bleachers in a tent, wrong timing for me, doesn't matter who you are for President, poor taste at a local July 4 fair for my belief, timing is off. Other than that it was a great event. We drove a good distance to see it as every year.

All the men operating the rides were just extremely rude. Ruined my whole experience.

Went to the demolition derby and it was a good show last night. Fair has some new (different) rides this year. One piece of advice, buy food from the food area by main building.

Like always food and game prices are way to expensive. $30 armband lol for a family of 8 like mine you have to sell a arm to take the family. Plus to many fights.

The rodeo was fantastic!!! I was at the last fair event too which consisted of truck an tractor pulls an I also went to the demolition derby for the first time. That was a total rush. I think they should include semi pulls yet and do less farm stock tractor pulls. Semi pulls would do very well and would create a lot more revenue then all the stock farm tractors pulling till 3.

The fair last year was awesome but I tried to call today to clear up what the price was on something but every time I tried to call my phone conveniently lost signal and where I was I have a perfect signal

Went to the derby. It was awesome. Definitely worth it. The announcer was funny and the derby was entertaining. I recommend paying for Pitt seats as you are a whole lot closer but overall had a great time.

It's really gone down hill... There wasn't even half of the vendors there was 5 years ago. May have been 5 tops. The rides are ok.

Verry disappointed in the selection of rides. Paid 25.00 per person for a unlimited ride arm band and there were only 4 rides that were for adults. The web site didnt say anything about having to pay10.00 to park. The only thing there that my family of 4 did enjoy was the demolition derby. Next year we will save over 100.00 and only go to the derby.

Fun but WAAAAAY TOO EXPENSIVE! Not worth the money. P.s. the miniature ponies were adorable and sweet but it was ABSOLUTELY heartbreaking to look in their eyes and it was about 100° heat index and they were there the entire day. I dont really support that. My 5 yr old had a blast being her first time at anything like a fair...her smile made it worth it but we wont be back. P.s.s. most of the workers were very personable which was very much appreciated.

Wonderful Demolition Derby and Tractor Pulls but fair, rides and operators and even some vendors in middle of fair not very pleasant

Crowd gets rowdy with adolescent and young adults later in the evening. If you take younger kids to the fair here you'll notice when it's time to start heading to the car. The atmosphere changes about 7 or 8 when the rude inconsiderate younger crowd comes on the scene. Fair itself compared to when i was younger is pathetic. I've seen George Jones Alan Jackson Conway Tweety and numerous others perform here as a kid. Colt Ford came this year and it's the first time in a long time any decent performer has been at the fair.

Very nice fair , events and rides, food. Have been attending when possible for years. Always have nice amount of events, and rides. Our daughter was in the pagent... and we have gone to the demolition derby, and the antique tractor pulls this year. As well as fair rides and food and drink.

We visited the Kentucky state fair in Louisville yesterday for the first time and were not disappointed at all. This fair felt like a true state fair! It was a nice size with lots of your typical fair foods(the food was spendier than smaller fairs, but more of variety), the games were easy to win and lots of them, it is a small rides midway area connected to the fair and it costs extra to go into kentucky kingdom a ride theme park next to the midway. There were lots of english style horses (it costs extra to see them in the show in the arena), no western or big draft horses, they had big barns with lots of animals. They had more exhibit building than anything there and lots of stuff to buy. A few stages for shows. It took all day to see the fair and we had a lot of fun! I would definitely recommend this fair as a good state fair, it's worth it to go.
