I had been stranded all night on a very cold night. In the morning I contacted an acquaintance & he suggested Brandon's Towing.
I was most definitely directed in the right direction. Brandon came right away with his rollback & towed me to B&D Auto Repair in Hopkinsville, KY. On our short drive i had a very nice conversation.
I highly recommend Brandon's Towing in Hopkinsville, KY. & B&D Auto Repair. A very sweet lady showed up to take me home. She too was a beautiful person inside & out. I can't say enough. Very nice, polite & professional. Definitely a 5 ? for both establishments.
Car was broke down at the gas station. Called and the guy was there in literally 5 mins. Super nice and helpful tried everything he could to get the car running before we ultimately had to tow. 10/10 definitely recommend

I used this company and was very satisfied they can follow directions but Brandon is a funny guy who will make you laugh when you call to get a towing estimate. They made it very easy. I needed a towing job done and they jumped on it immediately. Their service is fast and reliable. When other companies make you wait Brandon is ready to go. Thank you guys so much
Don’t know how to tow takes up the whole road and is rude never use this towing company. Now you want me to do your job for you yea right if your blocking the road why don’t you just move your truck 5 feet so everyone can go about there day
This company is first class all the way. Friendly, helpful and fast. My car broke down on the way to work and they offered helpful things to get me straightened out and on my way. Fair price too.

I needed a tow to the body shop and the driver that came I didn’t get his name was so helpful he really went above and beyond to help me ! He followed me up to autozone after seeing my battery was bad and I needed a new one then after the autozone workers telling me they couldn’t put my battery in an not getting my car jumped I called him an he came right back to help me and got the tools himself and put my battery in right there at autozone. So with that being said if you ever need a tow I would highly recommend Brandon’s for sure !!
This young man Brandon was so friendly and respectful. He came early to tow my truck from cadiz to hopkinsville to get it in for service as soon as White Auto mall service opens.

Brandon the driver was absolutely amazing! Super friendly, he took very good care of my car and he got everything done in a timely and efficient manner. I would definitely recommend!
This company towed my car, that had been wrecked, with no issues concerning the tow, however he was not transparent with fees what so ever. We were going to have the car towed directly to the body shop and he told us to have it taken to his lot that way we weren't out anything out of pocket, that insurance would pay him directly. Sounds great in theory except he charged $50 per day to sit on his lot and then 2 separate tow bills since it was taken to his lot and then from the lot to the body shop. What could have been a $230 bill ended up costing us over $600 and he had to be brought cash in order for the car to be moved to the body shop, so we ended up having to get reimbursed by insurance anyway! So we should have just paid him the day of the accident cash to have it taken to the body shop and been reimbursed $200 rather than over $600. Very misleading.
Although we are in the same business in the same town these guys are top notch professionals and would highly recommend them, if i cant get to you lol. Great guys.

Brandon’s Towing is more than a tow company. In addition to all their services they are focused on providing the best service and customer retention! I have been using this company for years since my elderly mother sent me their contact info because she entrusted them years ago.
It was then I knew they cared about the client and my mom is a tough sell!lol

I can’t truly express in words how thankful I am of this towing company. The driver who towed me all the way home out of state was very respectful. Gave me suggestions on what could possibly be wrong with my car and insured me it wasn’t my transmission I was tripping about the entire time!! Also very patient with me when it came to changing to location my car had to be towed to. Thank you so much Brandon’s Towing. If I could give you more stars then just five on here I definitely would!!
Best experience with tow company. If you need towing or hauling and you don't give them a shot you're messing. Best price on a job others quoted more for and then wouldn't wouldn't do
After being completely irritated because my brand new suburban (503miles) died on me, Chevy roadside contacted Brandon’s to tow me to a Chevy dealer. They Showed up almost 30 minutes before the estimated time of arrival. Was quick and professional, and got me where I needed to go safely.
