This company is horrible and unprofessional. They price gouge, and way over charge. Plus the owner is just nasty and rude. I won’t ever allow them to touch another one of my vehicles again!

Severe damage to the undercarriage of my vehicle. I would look for other avenues if you really need your vehicle towed. Service provided was dog water. Extremely unprofessional.

If you like stuff stolen from your vehicle while you’re in the hospital after a car wreck. These are the people to hire. Thanks for stealing over $3,000 of stuff from my vehicle. EDIT: I spoke to the owner, they wanted to pretend like all their drivers were saints and wouldn’t steal a single item out of anyone’s vehicle. That is not the case here. They made no attempt to correct the wrong other than to try to make me out to be a liar and for me to change my review. I’m not changing my review.

Terrible company. If you get your car towed you must pay $300, CASH ONLY, right away or have to pay more later. Rude owner. Taking advantage of people.

The owner had the worst attitude ever. Acted like he was the only person that works when we went to pick up my sons car. Horrible person. I hope to never have to deal with this company ever again. The worst!

They dont know how to tow 4x4 vechicles Damaged My vehicle and wouldn't take responsibility for it. And the owner asked me what kind of game I was trying to play with him after they damaged my vehicle. Also realizing they only work in cash so when they mess up they just block you and you can get any sorta of refund

Avoid this company if possible. Terrible interaction with the probably one man operation this person is running. Completely rude and although we did not book him directly, we did have to deal with his swearing and terrible manner.

Overpriced. $300 was a "discounted rate" to tow an AWD vehicle, because they didn't have the proper truck they could tow it with. Probably the highest priced towing company in this area. Greedy and Sleazy. ALSO, TAKE ALL PERSONAL ITEMS OF VALUE OUT OF YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE YOU HAVE THEM TOW. If you dont, may be the last you ever see of it. Just do yourself a favor and consider other companies before following through with this one. Edit: Calls me sleazy and tries to make me look bad when he was all buddy buddy with me when I was calmed down and ready to pay him; I informed him that one of my maintenance workers told me, "Nobody that lives in the complex is handicapped, so it would be okay to park there" AFTER I was tagged the last time. And since he wants to put our business out there, I have an app on my phone that shows my car was locked and now he switches his story for google and says it was already unlocked, which I asked if he checked before it was towed and he said he didn't know. As for "kicking the door" I didn't realize his door was cracked when I used my FIST to knock so of course the door opened. Want to talk about facts? Forget the picture of my car, post the surveillance footage. Oh and the 4* cops that showed up? I conversed with the officers after the interaction and even they agreed it was silly and a waste of their time when they had other more important calls to respond to. Now you can see how unprofessional and overly exaggerated he is. Choose wisely.

Had an unfortunate situation with my car that had been stolen back in Feb. They were willing to work with me on the fees that had already built up and on the cost to tow the car to a dealership in Ohio. Owned by a very caring and kind soul who will treat you with respect and fairness. Thank you Keith and the rest of the team at Tyler’s Towing for your kindness, understanding and outstanding service.

Make sure you don’t park in the stripped* lines of your own free parking apartment building lot or your building manager* will have your car brought to Hebron, Kentucky. My fault, 400$ is still* a lot though. Congrats on 10 years. Cheers

Overly aggressive driver while hauling two cars on i-64, was cutting people off and tailgating tractor trailers at over 80 mph. I would never trust them with my car.

Our Grandson wrecked a vehicle. We did not know where it was for almost 2 months. We found it at Tyler's Towing. Even though the car was totaled there were alot of personal items in it. Everything was there. What a secure lot they have. We want you thank Tyler's Towing for your kindness, and would highly recommend them for any towing needs. Thank you Keith.

Car got towed! Totally my fault, but $350 to get it back is absurd. And was told that’s the “normal” rate. Wow. People were nice at least but I’d rather them be rude and have to the $150 like most places

I called to have my son's dually towed. My driveway is not ideal due to a bridge over a creek and rock wall on the other side of the road. The driver hooked the truck up without issue and was able to slowly navigate the obstacles without issue. Fast and friendly service and will use again.

I was in the hospital and my car was impounded for 14 days. The fee was fifty dollars a day. So, the bill was $1400. However, the bill was a financial hardship for me. Tyler's reduced my bill to $1000 were I could pay my bill. I am so pleased and grateful for Tyler's kindness. I would do business with Tyler's again. Very kind and compassionate business.

My son had a horrible accident, they towed his vehicle at a discount price. Very friendly and a pleasure to do business with! I recommend Tyler's towing 100%

DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALLLL . If I could give them a negative I would. They damaged my front end bumper. I just simply requested them to repair THEIR damage they caused. It’s been a month and they refuse to correct this . They won’t respond back to me in any emails , texts , voicemails left . Shady shady company

Not very happy at all. I’m sure they know how to tow etc. my issue is same my 2 sons share an apartment at the paddock apt complex. I had my sons car repairing it he had my truck. He got his car but forgot to get the parking sticker out of the truck. Now he’s $250 poorer and is a struggling college student. I believe that they just cruise that lot waiting for someone to make an innocent mistake. It’s ok kids will survive. It’s just a less than honorable way to take a kid for $250 cash. Oh and he does live there at the complex just to reiterate. He paid because he had to have his car for work. Nice job Tyler’s In response to Tyler’s response or my post. . I have seen the way you respond to everyone that does not agree with you. Nothing I said was untruthful. The only thing speculated is I said “I believe they cruise the parking lots” i didn’t say it was a fact. That car has parked there for a year he parks in the same spot day in day out he just forgot his parking pass that he took from that car and put in the truck so when he drove the truck he would be compliant with the rules. His fault. He simply forgot. He was only parked there a short amount of time as well, maybe 90 minutes. I will take up with the apartment community, who they decide to do business with, as it shines negatively on them when they do not use reputable vendors for service. As I said he will be fine. $250 lesson on his part. I will take you at your word that there are 15 signs. I have been there a lot and have not seen them but that’s fine. Just be assured we will never be in need of your services.

Well not that I wanted my car towed from a restaurant but I must say that Tyler's was respectable. I had several valuables in my truck left untouched even though they know I would have no legal recourse had they taken my stuff!!! They also treated my truck with kid gloves and no damage was found! He also didn't charge me an extra day of storage he technically could have... I truly appreciate you. You made a bad situation for me just a little easier it definitely could have been worse for sure!!!

These guys sit around waiting for someone to park in the wrong spot at apartment complex's then get your car hooked up. Once hooked up they offer to unhook it for $250, cash only of course. If I were choosing a tow company I'd keep looking. I think the owners response to my feedback is enough to discourage anyone reading these from using your tow company. I wanted to update that I've been threatened by the owner with a slander lawsuit because of this review, choose wisely if looking for a tow company.

Chris and this company are pretty awful people and would not recommend them for anything. Chris mocked me as he took my car away for being illegally parked whiled I cleaned a tenants apartment at paddock apartments in Florence. Not only is the towing service awful but Paddock Apartment complex is seriously awful too.

I would highly recommend Tyler's Towing to anyone. I am very grateful to Keith and his patience. He worked with me on the price of my impound fee when I need it most. He was very fair on the cost. I am so very grateful to him for everything he's done. Thank you!!!!

My dealings with this company are outside of towing. In the little time & very few experiences with Tyler’s Towing , it’s just very evident that they have no morals. They don’t run a fair business & very clearly have zero respect for ANYONE. Not only that they take complete advantage of employees that aren’t “family”. They say whatever you want to hear upon hiring, then changing all agreements. Once you realize say something addressing the situation & then proceeded to treat you like trash & screw you on your pay. Terrible company period

We had a great encounter with the owner today. We had an issue but it was resolved quickly and done with professionalism. The owner was really understanding and helped us with no questions. I would definitely recommend these guys if you need assistance. I would give 10 stars if possible. Keep up the great work

I highly recommend this towing service! He was so polite and had my husband truck loaded up less then 2 minutes! All took 30 minutes tops, unlike last night waited for 4 hrs on different towing service and paid for a service and he never showed up! But I call Tyler’s Towing service today and he was there right at 4 and everything went smoothly! Nice to have a business close to home!! Thank you again for your help!!
