My dog locked me out of the car at the vets office. This was a first time for me so I was freaking out. The gentleman that came was there in 5 min. Super nice. Appreciated it all.
I got stuck in the ice in someone elses driveway while making a delivery. They came rather quickly. The tow truck driver was very nice and helpful. Got me out pretty quickly. They even worked with me on the price. I would %100 recommend them. I will be using them for all my tow needs in the future. Fantastic driver and company.
Mr. Mackey is a great and honest man. My truck broke down in 2017 at the BP in Cannonsburg late in the evening and Mackey's picked me up, took me to a hotel and then picked me up with his family to take me to a dinner at his church. The next day when his mechanic was in, he fixed my truck and definitely didn't charge me what it was worth. I was young and broke at the time and he really saved me. I always think about what he did for me every time I pass that BP.
I would give -2 stars if I could 😡 calls at noon for my car to get unlocked/battery charged. Said they'd be here soon. I call 1 hour later and they are "finishing up a charging job then on the way" , still no one at 4pm I txt and say "ETA??" NO ANSWER. it is now almost 8pm and I'll have to wait til tomorrow to get someone else out.
Edit to respond to owners comment: you went to the wrong address then! I was home and in my living room and checked outside for you repeatedly. Literally had my front door open And you didn't even try and call the number you had from me in all that time and didn't answer any of my texts in that 4 hour wait. Very unprofessional that's fine though, a different service helped me within 45 mins today. Next time maybe double check the address you type in
My transmission went out in my car and I was absolutely distraught. Mackey’s Towing was suggested to me by someone driving by and I’m so glad I took his advice. Mackey’s towing took AMAZING care of me. I can’t recommend them enough. If you’re looking for someone with more than reasonable prices and a kind heart, this is the place to use.
