Cannot thank Gordon and C and C Towing enough!! They saved my mom, daughter and I late Friday evening/early Saturday morning! We hit a pot hole right at the Kentucky/Ohio border while we were heading to Florida. After waiting over 2 hours for another tow company that never showed up, Gordon was to us within a half hour, drove us to a hotel, and dropped my car off at Tire Discounter for it to get fixed right away when they opened Saturday morning! He was friendly and very honest with us!

Battery had died after my shift at work hit my road side assistance said it would be there at 12am Gordon pulled up earlier the expected helped me with the jump start and schooled me on loose terminals and corrosion and how to prevent future problems very appreciative for the fast and courteous service much appreciated

I had a crazy thing happen today, my right tire snapped from the ball joint as am leaving work. Jon was very helpful and took every measure to make sure my car gets out with no further damage , as it was difficult to haul out. On the way he was happy to share a few tips on the damage and possible cost, great guy overall, jon should be the employee of the month 🤝💪

On 01/08/26 my car broke down and cc towing quickly came to the rescue. Jon was insightful and told me what the issue was. He was correct and I quickly got my car fixed.

C & C Towing was excellent. I had a frustrating day and had to wait 11 hours for a tow because two other companies took the tow job, then dropped it. John was prompt, professional, and he is an excellent communicator. I appreciated everything!

C&C Towing was amazing! I callled them out to what I thought was a towing situation, turns out he diagnosed the real problem and saved me an arm and a leg! Couldn’t be happier to have Jon help me out!

I had an excellent experience with C&C Towing. My car was out of gas and wouldn’t start in the middle of snowy, icy conditions, and they came out quickly despite the weather and late hour. John, the technician who helped me, was amazing; friendly, efficient, and incredibly professional from start to finish. He diagnosed the issue right away, got my car started, and made sure everything was safe before I hit the road again. You could tell he genuinely cared about helping, not just completing a job. I’m truly grateful for the fast and reliable service. If you ever need roadside assistance, especially in less-than-ideal conditions, I highly recommend C&C Towing!

Jon was there quick had the spare tire on and we were out of there. My son was on his way to work at the airport got a flat tire. I started googling places I was skeptical at first. But they gave me a pretty good price to change the tire on the freeway in a very dangerous spot. I really appreciate Jon for risking his life for us he was fast friendly and professional. Can’t say enough great things about this company. We have used C&C twice in the past 6 months and they have been nothing but great when delivering exceptional service! Fast, reliable and safe! Jon was awesome and made sure my car would get where it needs to be!

TJ was quick and efficient. He wasted no time getting in contact with me to figure out exactly where I was. And was there within 10 minutes! He was efficient at getting my car up on the tow even though it was a horrible spot to need one. Even kept me laughing the whole time even though I was having a bad night. And he even jumped my battery so I could roll my windows up. If I ever need another tow I’d want TJ as my driver every time!!!

Had a flat tire and called my insurance company for roadside service and they dispatched C&C. The gentleman was so kind, hated that he was called away from wrapping his Christmas presents, lol. Great response time and service. Would definitely recommend!!! This was part of my policy so I am not sure of the pricing.

After waiting over 4 hours on 75 for a different towing company that kept extending their time, we were switched to C & C towing. Justin was very sympathetic to our plight and sent Gordon right away. Their time estimate was precise and Gordon was a delight to visit with during the tow. Highly recommend! Gordon even held our dog while we unloaded our car.

Gordon I believe was our tow truck driver. The axel broke in my sons car on my way to get him. He gwts his license Thursday, so I am so glad this happened to me and not him! The person who answered the line when I called (John posibly) communicated well and everyone was very respectful and helpful. Gordon was dropping a load off and came straight to us. He was there in 12 mins after he dropped his load off. So in total we waited around 25 minutes or so. COST WAS $105.00. So not so bad. If you meed somewhere reasonably priced and quick go to them. It was stressful but it could have been a way worse night. Thanks C&C Towing.

Broke down in a rental. Tow driver came and basically told me I have to get all my stuff out of vehicle. Including my 5 year old because he had things to do. I told him I wasn't leaving vehicle until my child and belongings were safe in another vehicle. He left without saying a word. I understand being busy but that was ridiculous to ask me to put my 5 year old on the curb with my luggage... it was 87 degrees out btw. Would not reccomend.

Zach was amazing! He got to me in about 15 minutes. Absolute record time! I was in a very busy area, Mineola off ramp by airport, and he used impressive precision to get to my vehicle in a safe manner. He showed so much care and efficiency when loading the vehicle. This was my first time riding in a tow truck but he drove perfectly and smoothly and he was very polite. He is very professional and if your company gives raises, I would definitely keep Zach in mind!! He deserves it! I would recommend this business to anyone in need!

Instead of towing my car, Justin (owner) looked over my car and got everything fixed with top notch customer service. Couldn’t recommend enough. Best tow service I’ve ever dealt with by a mile!

Matthew called to verify to make sure there wasn't any mechanical issues before he towed. He placed my car in the wrong spot but then he offered to put it where it was supposed to be. His clothes were wet so my son did it instead. I'm glad he told him he was wet to protect my seats. Thanks again. Although I had a hectic morning I was satisfied with the service

Our van wouldn't start and we were at restaurant parking lot. Went thru apt with our insurance company and got a response that it would be 60 to 75 minutes. Then when the time had almost lapsed. We would get another text this went on for 4 1/2 HRs. Got permission to keep the van at the restaurant for 24 HRS which was really nice of them. We all have had car trouble and the manager understood. Next day got hold of insurance company got it straighten out. JUSTIN @ C@C was SUPERB. He was POLITE and PROFESSIONAL with me on the phone. He gave me the driver's but of course I forgot his but he was the same way. I would give this COMPANY and theses 2 FINE GENTLEMEN a call weather you had towing insurance or not. THEY ARE THE BEST. I would give the COMPANY a 100 💯 STARS You drivers out there BE CAREFUL it is a JUNGLE out there. Have a beautiful and blessed day fellows.

Excellent customer service by C&C Towing! We had to have them tow one of our vehicles and two weeks later needed assistance with changing a flat tire in our other vehicle. Both times I called multiple other towing companies and they had the best price. Also appreciated their assistance with sending my invoice, so I could get reimbursed from my insurance. A+ service!

They were super helpful and understanding of my situation and reasonably priced. The customer service agent even moved the towing schedule around to get me towed sooner to get my vehicle out of traffic! And the tow truck man was also very nice and quick! I highly recommend them if you need tow service!

I cannot say enough great things about the service we received with c&c towing. They were personable and caring when my mom got into an accident. They were very easy to work with and were knowledgeable about the insurance process. They not only did their job but went above and beyond checking on my mom's injuries. In a world where everybody is just out for the bottom line it was nice to see someone who was caring and passionate about what they do.

Just had my Elantra towed and this dude is legit! very good price for only 4-6 miles worth of a tow, every other place i knew and called were 2 hours out from being able to help me. Small businesses have always been my go to and i was right again

Judging Was theeee best! Great communication and clear understanding of expected time of arrival. Called me to make let me know he was on the way and how close he was.
