My tire blew out traveling and car was stuck at a gas station, they got tires(went with a whole new set, there prices were so good!!!) here the next day. Also got new brakes in the back, they could have told me it needed em all around. They brought a tire up to the gas station and put it on in the parking lot to get the car to there shop. All I can say is these guys are Rock Stars!!!
Don’t recommend using this place at all!! Took my truck in to get an alignment, wheel studs changed, fix 4wd and change a battery terminal. Took it there the beginning to mid November 2025, had a scheduled appointment. Got it back January 30th 2026. All they did was align it (driver side wheel was good, passenger side looked like I was turning my steering wheel left). They didn’t change the wheel studs, didn’t fix the 4wd. Oh and I might add i bought 2 brand new batteries for the truck ONE day before I took it to them, when I went to pick the truck up I had to take the batteries out and go get two new ones because they froze and started to bulge out on the ends.
Do not use this company! After accepting the bid from my insurance company, then opted to not come tow my vehicle. They would not release the bid, so my insurance company could not find somebody else to take their place.
They left me stranded on a very busy highway after sunset for three hours. They did not have the courtesy to return any of my voicemail messages.
John and his crew are the best great prices and always great work. I've had alot of things done on my trucks and always been satisfied with how they treat me. My only choice to have any work done is Fredonia auto repair! And thanks to John,Tony, and the crew
The guys are always eager to book an appointment because God forbid an emergency takes place.. who would you go to for same-day service in an emergency? Nowhere.. So it's weird your turn... and walk, it's good for you...
They're not finished with my truck after a month, but it had big problems. Very attractive, knowledgeable staff that have made reasonable progress with what they were given. Would recommend. Will update if the finished work reflects otherwise, but I doubt it will be necessary.
Mr John Eggers came to my rescue last week when my daughter and I went shopping in your new stores. Got in my expedition turned the key on and it did not start. I called John and told him my name and what the problem was.He came out and jumped it and it started right up. He said to follow him to his shop and he tightened the cables to my battery. I asked what I owed him and he no charge. What a very nice guy. God bless you John and thank you again.
Fredonia auto is a place that will explain what is wrong with your vehicle an they fix them the right way they don't take any short cuts an they are very friendly only ones I will ever work on my vehicles good people an great customer service
I scheduled at the first opening they could get my truck in. They had it in and out the same day. A ford part which is near impossible to find. They had saved one from another vehicle just like they knew how rare the part is. Must have known I would need it. Great people.
