Always get fast, friendly and experience service. They usually have everything I need in stock. They stand behind their products. I like they keep your info in their computer, this has helped me when I'm in another state or store they can look me up.
We had a check engine warning while on a trip in our truckcamper. They put their scanner on it told us about the code. They also checked the battery and alternator. They didn't charge us!
What a great group of people! They went above and beyond for me when I broke down traveling from Missouri. I cannot say enough good things about everyone who works there. Greeted me, kind, and knew what I needed. The Store Manager and her team are awesome!

I was able to purchase what I needed and get out of there somewhat quickly like I needed. The older gentleman helping me apparently didn't believe that I knew the exact part I went in for and insisted on looking it up for me, which cost me a little time, but finally just let me pay and leave.

Always use O'Reilly's. Even in the city working at Meineke, the trusted parts house IS O'Reilly's. AutoZone can't hold a flame on a candle to their punctuality, PR, knowledge of issues. Thanks guys.

This place in Fredonia has yet to actually get me the right parts on even a third try on many different jobs. And on one order they gave the parts to someone else and said I had picked them up! It's worth the time to drive on into town and go to Carters Automotive.
What a great group of people. They all went above and beyond in trying to help me in my time of need. I now wish I had gotten each of their names to thank them personally. I’m from out of state and they treated me like a local. Thank you very much for all of your help. Oh, and the prices for their batteries were VERY competitive and reasonable.
Why can't the manager train the people behind the counter? They look parts up but can't find them and when they do they sell you the wrong parts. Selling me the wrong parts is not the way to keep me coming back. When I do go back it's to turn the wrong parts in and get my money back and then go to a different store, one that values a customer's time.
I'm not much of an O'Reilly's guy. However, the person that helped me did good. I went in with a part number for a fuel filter and he didn't give me slack about it. As soon as he had it in hand he knew that it was for a diesel.
