I didn't actually get a tow from 24/7 — but I had an emergency on the interstate near Colby and he was ready to come get me as soon as he could. Great communication and customer service.

This man is a literal life saver!! My family was heading from Missouri to Colorado when our truck broke down with what we thought was only a quick transmission problem that could be solved, Gary came out with the service truck to help with that and we when found out that wasn’t the only problem and that we also had a exploded differential he was quick to head to the yard and grab his tow truck. I definitely recommend that you call Gary for any towing/ service needs! One of the most hard working and kind hearted man I’ve came across!!!

One of the drivers was speeding South on Kipling. At around 6pm, this driver lane hopped at high speeds, downhill, riding close behind people. We felt extremely unsafe with this driver behind us. License plate started with ROY.

I was headed from Denver, CO to North Carolina when my alternator went out, leaving me and my Rottweiler stranded on the side of I-70 during a bad storm. It was dark and 18-wheelers couldn’t see my car to know to get over. Made me a little nervous being in that situation, especially having my dog in the car, putting her at risk. Gary came out at 10pm and was so incredibly kind! He was very patient with my dog, who is a rescue and a little unsure of people still. He went over and beyond the call of duty. He made sure our hotel room reservation went through and we would be safe before he left. He also recommended a great local mechanic who could fix my car quicker than most. His kindness, and effort to get us to a safe place quickly, did not go unnoticed. I highly recommend him!

Shredded my tire 15 minutes outside of Colby in the middle of the night in sub 0 weather. Gary was out to get me within two hours despite everything! He was nice and very helpful considering I don't know the area. We dropped my car off at a Goodyear and he even dropped me off at my motel! Would strongly recommend this service. I actually hope I get to break down in Kansas again :)
This guy was great. He took us 4 hours so we could drop our car off at the dealership. He had another car to deal with first but still got to us in an hour. The best experience possible.

We shredded a tire on a U-Haul trailer while moving across country. Neither nearest U-Haul dealer nor national responded to phone or online contact asking for help.
Our USAA roadside assistance took over and located this service 30 miles away, who also happened to be a Uhaul dealer. He responded immediately and solved the problem efficiently. We were on our way in a short while. This fellow deserves a medal from UHaul. But UHaul cares nothing about its customers, so this fellow will go unrecognized except by his own satisfied customers.
We were stranded between Scott city and Oakley ks on the way from a road trip from new mexico to Nebraska, when our truck lost the tire. Our tow truck driver was caring, efficient, kind, and i am not able to express my gratitude for getting us to the next town so we could figure out a way to get home. Thanks again
