Called this morning said that the motor I was interested in is at the north Topeka location and that I could look at it before purchasing once I got there the other guy at counter said the car is at the south yard and is 2 weeks out to get a motor. And no one allowed to look at the parts before they buy it. There’s 15 acres and no one can see the cars. Seems they don’t want 1000 dollars or your money! Take your buisness elsewhere

Let's just start off by saying I bought an engine back in 2021 and everything went smooth and I praised A & A so much I came back to purchase a transmission for my 2015 Dodge Durango and.. it all went to shit. I was given the wrong transmission to start off, my vehicle is a rear wheel drive and the one I received was for a 4 wheel drive. I of course did not think to check the part, I figured that was their job, so when I was told by my mechanic it was the incorrect transmission I figured it would be a quick fix since I kept all of the documentation. I initially called their new and "main" location on Kansas and was told (after a life story that I had no time OR care for) that it was not their problem and to call the guy that sold it to me. After getting sent to voicemail a few times I just walked into the Jefferson building only to be told pretty much that I'm SOL and it was now my problem. As a female in the auto industry, I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with the entire transaction. I pretty much threw away a couple grand by trusting in A & A Auto and Truck Parts, Inc, and would strongly advise anyone and everyone to go to LKQ or anywhere else for that matter before considering these ppl! ***UPDATE I have never seen a professional business try to blame a mistake on a customer and to add to that, replying to a review is CRAZY I have every single document from the entire transaction down to the tow truck receipts from moving it back and forth from shop to shop because no one could program it. HAD IT BEEN THE SAME VIN IT WOULD OF BEEN PROGRAMMED WITH NO ISSUE. I am not mad at A & A or anything like that. Simply wanted to let the public what to expect! My vehicle was worked on by several transmission shops in Topeka which one of them attempted to help me get a refund back (bless their hearts) with no success. My Durango is currently on its way to Smith Brothers Transmission to get fixed! I recommend them to everyone! They have been super helpful these past 5 months.

Ordered zip tube for crown Vic, waited a couple weeks for it to be shipped, had to call about 3 times for an update and finally received it almost a month later. Received the wrong part, called and was told it was the right one, sent pics which had the part number that showed it was from a different vehicle all together and was still told I was wrong. Kept having to call them as they would never reach out to me. They asked for my car vin number which I provided. After messaging them stating I would dispute charge with my bank I was told they are shipping another one. Still hasn't arrived. Bunch of idiots work there

They tell you one price for the parts have you pay it then wait for a whole day to call you and tell you there damage and they can get you another one for more money even does it was on there end that they mess up

Don't even bother going inside for help. The staff there has no interest in helping you. Want to see something before you buy it? Too bad. Buy it first then you can see it. Can it be returned? Only if it is different than they described. What happened to this place? The staff use to be fun and couldn't wait to help. Not anymore. I'd recommend going pretty much anywhere else but here.

My go-to place for salvage parts mainly because ones and that used to be the best place to get older Jeep & Ford parts. They also have a national parts locator service that actually produces good results. I recommend them for just about any older model vehicle as far as price also.

It's OK but the greatest thing about it is that it was not good I had to ask for a product and got feedback as stop talking about it cause you are dumb and don't know about cars. That's what they do when you are a woman evil thanks. Not not the female, she was very nice but it was the men's I'm sorry to feel that way but it's hard and I know a little about Vichel so I'm sorry but get the men's right so females come in they feel they were served with a smile thanks but not being rude but that's how it is Thanks.

Rude immature customer service. I feel like I'm dealing with retards, it makes it almost impossible to do business with. All the reviews are correct. If you can buy from somewhere else, do it and save yourself the hassle. Shops like this shouldn't be in business.

I normally have a decent experience with these guys but I had an issue the other day that really upset me. I was calling in to find out about batteries, something was wrong with the phone lines and it kept telling me that nobody was available to take my call. So I kept calling back until I got someone. The person who finally picked up the phone was at the North store. He was very rude and not helpful. He would barely let me talk and he told me that it showed that I had already called several times and if I didn't have the patience to wait on hold (again, it wasn't allowing me to hold) then he didn't know what to tell me. I have never been spoken to like that by anyone at either store and I buy almost all of my car parts here. I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for that rude guy. He needs to be taught some customer service skills because even if I was impatient, he would have gotten a better response from me if he had kept that unnecessary thought to himself.

Not the best price in the entire world, but this was the Only place I could find my door panel at for sure on short notice. They even had it dropped off much closer than the 3 hours away the part was from me. Nick helped me on the phone he was Extremely professional and helpful. Excellent parts and superior customer service!!!

Called around for replacement OEM wheel best price out of three locations called. I drove to Topeka on the 17 Oct. and paid for the wheel and was told wheel would be there the next day, 18 Oct. Recieved a call from Nick that the wheel was delivered. Drove back to Topeka from Manhattan, only to find that a rusty black spare tire rim was there. I was then told by Nick that he was sorry, and blamed his 71 yr. old driver for the screw up. I told him that I was not driving back after two days and a tank of gas. He then assured me that he would have the wheel delivered to my residence on Monday, 24 Oct. during their Mon. & Thu. run to Manhattan. Needless to say, the wheel did not arrive as promised, and when I called back approximately 3 PM. on Mon., Again I was assured the wheel was being sent by a local delivery but now company and would be there on Tues 25 Oct. by noon. Nick did offer a refund each time but, I had already paid and could not find a like wheel locally so I declined believeing that no body could be this incompetent. Well, low and behold, I did not get the wheel on Tuesday, and called @ 3 PM and was told by another employee that they picked the wheel up today and it should be delivered, by tomorrow. I called back at 5 PM, same story, and I requested a refund. Nick agreed to refund the money, which he did, minus the credit card service fee of $13.07. I find this insulting, after I paid $60 for fuel driving to Topeka twice. Why should I take the $73.00 loss through no fault of my own. It appears that this business does not believe there are consequences for bad practices. I would have fired or the employee take the financial loss instead of the customer. We will not be doing anymore business with them.

Called these guys for a driver front seat. $125. Told me the vehicle hasn’t had a driver window since it showed up on the lot. Asked if I could look at the seat. They said no since they don’t allow people in the lot. Said they had pictures of the seat when it came in (who knows when that was.) so I asked for new pictures, and they would not provide a single picture of the seat to see if it’s not a moldy pile of junk unless I paid for it first. ????? Christ.

5hour wait if your a cash customer. So if you have a job you won't be able to get parts from them. Also closed on Saturdays. Not much help. I let them know I was from out of town and by the time I made it to Topeka and they pulled the part they would be closed. Really bad service all around. I wouldn't go to them for anything after today. Also I will speak with the company that referred me to them and let them know how they treat their customers also. Maybe when they lose their contracts with these corporations they will find a better way to run their business. Are you guys really that lazy that it takes 5gours to take a wheel off?

Tried to call to check on if they have roof rack, with rails and cross bars, for my own personal vehicle. When I pressed 6 for personal vehicle parts, I waited 30 seconds on hold only for an automated voice to come back on and tell me that my call did not go through and it went back to the main menu. After I hit 6 again and it did it the second time, I just hung up and they lost a possible $200 or more sale.

My 16 year old had a flat tire so we went here to try to get a new rim. $40 wasn’t a bad price. HOWEVER they waited until he paid to tell him it wouldn’t be ready for 5 hours because well that’s how long it takes to walk out to the car and pull it out of the trunk. Thinking to myself I’m sure they will be fine with taking 20 seconds to go grab it out of the trunk so he can get to school. I was wrong. When I drove out to the location it was at they told me they can’t “pull the part off” until the afternoon. So I drove back to the original store that He paid at to get a refund and magically there is a 20% restocking fee since they all ready “pulled the part off the vehicle”. That IS NOT POSTED IN THE SHOP OR ON THE INVOICE…. I don’t know where customer service went with this company but they used to have really good customer service.

If your not a big name repair facility then you tend to get ignored as a cash customer walking in. But the guys at the counter seem nice enough but from what I understand it's the ownerships lack of trust in employees and a big push to constantly sell that has every employee worried they might be the next to get axed. Although that's completely hearsay, I heard it from somebody. For these reasons I drive to Kansas city to the pick n pull and do it myself. Then it's my fault for not getting the part in a timely manner.

Good costumer service. If they don't have it on hand already, they can usually find it for you and get it in within a day or two. 30 day guarantee. Ask for Mike, he'll take care of you, and won't sell you what you don't need... unless you insist you need it anyway.

I purchased a dashboard from them a week ago and I went and checked it out, it only had a couple cracks. When I got the the did not give me all the pieces I needed, there were more cracks than before and they had me pay before. If I would have known they didnt have someone experienced to remove a dashboard I would have done it myself. They knew those dashboards are brittle and still had no care at all taking it out... So I do not plan on going back there.

Terrible. Took 3 days to pick up a part they had "in stock" according to their website and over the phone. You have to pay then wait first come first serve for them to pull it. Was told it would be the same day, then the next day, then it was at their other location. Service is beyond slow. I got the part home and it's missing pieces. I've purchased this exact same part at other yards. Called to see if they had it, went in and had it in 5 minutes.

The staff are very friendly at both locations. I actually left my phone behind and they luckily found it. I thoroughly enjoyed the service and recommend them if you need spare parts at a reasonable price from trustworthy people!
