Lance, my tow truck driver, went above and beyond. He pushed the car out of my front yard so my yard would not get messed up due to all the rain we've had lately. Then he even helped the repair shop push the car onto the car lift for speedy repair. Thank you Lance! You deserve a raise for your awesome customer service!

This below zero weather zapped my battery. Called my insurance for a jump start. They said this company could do it in a couple of hours. With this weather and fresh snow the technician was early by 30 minutes. He was here and gone in less than 10 minutes. Fastest NASCAR action for a jump start. Very friendly and professional. Knew my name and addressed me as Mr. James. 28 years of driving trucks I have had to get a few dozen tows and road repairs. This company is the best by far.
Shawnee Auto Towing in Topeka Kansas is TOP NOTCH all the way. Hitting a patch of ice on I-70 turned out to be disastrous as our car went out of control down a 40 yard embankment. We landed upright (by God’s grace) on a pile of large logs. Snow was about 6 inches deep and it was very cold. Highway patrol came and called this place. This company showed up on a Sunday ready to go to work. This owner called his partner who brought a chainsaw to cut the LARGE log so they could hook up the car. They towed us up the embankment and to our amazement the car was drivable. They stayed with us the entire time and I cannot thank them enough. We had a long drive ahead of us to Ohio and the car made the trip.
My mom was in a horrible car accident and these greedy MF’s refuse to give her the baby’s car seat or anything from the trunk without being paid even though the police said we could because we couldn’t get the stuff out at the accident site because my mom and her passenger both had to go to the hospital in an ambulance. What were they supposed to do? “Hold up! Even though I have a broken knee and possible internal bleeding, let me clean my trunk out before you rush me to the hospital”? WHO DOES THAT?!?!? “Derrrr….its our policy”. Derpy Der…. The greed and the absolutely RUDE “customer service” is disgusting.
I have been using this company since the mid 2000's. They have always been great to work with over the years. Since 2017 I have had a lowered car of some sort. I have been towed home 4 or 5 times a year. Now today, they tell me that the same car that they have towed 4 times before, they will not because it is lowered. It's the same car that you have towed before. I will be looking elsewhere from here on out.

I was quoted over the phone with three people standing in front of me of $250 I have my car towed then is my wife and my daughter was in the truck they were charged $350 don't understand why I changed $100 more never use the company again. And I was told they was going to reimburse me the hundred dollars and I still have not got it back.

Towed my car after I got arrested and spent a couple days in jail. Everything was still in the car, nothing was damaged and the towing and storage fees weren't outrageous. Honest, it probably deserves a better rating but tough considering the towed my car as I was heading to the can.
I would rather push my car then call these clowns ..who will break your car in the Process of towing it and not want to pay for damages ..you should be able to no star these asshats
I have used them a couple times always extremely rude. Called yesterday about a tow and of course the owner had a horrible attitude. Therefore I will NEVER use this tow service again. I'd rather be stranded than do business with this company again . And I even bought an abandoned car from him. I've spent over 2000 dollars with them and still a horrible attitude. I would recommend pushing your vehicle before calling these guys espically the owner anthony.
worst customer service ever. When asked a few questions was interrupted with do you need a tow or not because i have other calls. I was trying to figure out a price. Will not use this service.
Web site says 24 hour service. I called at 3am to get a tow for my son who wad stranded on the turnpike. The man who answered the phone said Can't do anything now. And you call this 24 hour service? Would not use this service.
The man who answered the phone was rude and ignorant when asked a couple of simple questions. Couldn't be bothered, terrible customer service don't waste your time or money with them
