Prompt, professional, courteous service! I had a very fast flat on a road trip with in an SUV full of stuff. The tow truck driver arrived within 15 minutes and changed out my spare so I could get to the tire shop.
I would confidently recommend Taylors Towing to my family and friends.
My only regret is that I didn't get my driver's name so he could be recognized for his excellent service.

Do not call this company for any type of Towing. Their drivers don't know directions and they're not reliable in any way shape or form. If you want your car totaled out call them they'll successfully get it done for you, and this is from experience let me tell you. The worst towing company in Topeka Kansas
Great Company to deal with ! VERY quick service on a holiday no less. I would highly recommend ! I called for a tow to a dealer and when he arrived He. Called to say that he can repair it ! They saved me $1300 and were done hours quicker !
Hydroplaned on the I-70 10 minutes out of Topeka. SUV ended up about 70-80ft down a hill. Tyler and crew came out with his F350 and an extra tow truck to pull out my SUV. He attached his F350 and had my SUV out within 10 minutes. My SUV was was undrivable so they got it on the bed of the tow truck and Tyler personally drove my family and I back home, which was about 45 minutes away from Topeka. This company was very professional and respectful throughout the encounter. I highly recommend Taylor's Towing for any and all towing needs you may have!
Broke down on the side of the road with my rig loaded, and these guys came through big time. Dispatch picked up right away, no runaround, and the driver showed up faster than I expected. Knew exactly how to hook up my truck without scratching or bending anything, and had me rolling to the shop in no time. Solid folks, fair price, and you can tell they’ve been doing this a while. If you’re a driver stuck out here, this is the crew you want coming to get you. Beyond happy with the services and timing.

Locked my keys in my trunk and these guys came out and helped me get my driver door open!! Even after that when my car wouldn’t cooperate they figured out how to get my keys from inside my car through my trunk! So grateful! Amazing response time too!!
After waiting for over 3 hours on another company, i got these guys instead! Quick and super friendly service! Driver Shawn was fast, friendly and helped turn my frown upside down! Will definitely call them first next time the need may arise.
15 miles from the RV park we had a leaf spring break on our 40ft 5th wheel. We contacted our roadside assistance and waited for 45 mins. We then decided to contact Taylor Towing. Tyler (maybe Taylor?) showed up within 15 mins, temporarily fixed the issue and followed us to our RV park to make sure we arrived safely. Professional, prompt and the kind of company/people that you want to do business with again.
Predatory pricing scheme. Amateurs in their home that answer the phone and will pressure you to settle disregarding what they previously quoted you.
Do not believe anything these liars quote you as they are very ready to threaten taking away the vehicle that they just towed.
Taylor's Towing and Recovering is a great company to call when you need your vehicle towed. I called State Farm Insurance Monday July 7th and I was very lucky they referred Taylor's to come to my rescue. Jason (sorry I didn't get his last name) was very professional and made sure an unpleasant experience turned out great. Jason was very concerned about me which I was not in a accident but my truck would not start which he towed to Cable Dalmer here in Topeka, needless to say I will refer everyone if they need a tow call Taylor's. And if they get lucky Jason will come to their rescue, I'm sure everyone associated with them are all top notch! Thanks again Jason!

Unfortunately had a blown tire in our Mercedes, but Justin showed up very quickly, was incredibly kind, and took the time to explain how fast and how far we could safely drive on the spare. 10/10 would recommend.
I had a benefit Poker Run yesterday. Unfortunately we had an accident. Called taylors to pick up both wrecked motorcycles. Not only was they there very quickly to get motorcycles off the highway but both drivers was very professional and courteous. I recommend this tow company.
We broke down on the side of I-70 30 miles east of Topeka with our F450 and 48 foot fifth wheel, and our Coach-Net service couldn't find a towing company to help us - they tried Heartland Recovery but they were rude and had a bunch of stupid company policies. We ended up calling GT Towing in Kansas City who we had worked with before, and they recommended that we call Taylor's Towing in Topeka and that was the best call we made that day. Tyler and Shawn from Taylor's came out and rescued our family of four, two dogs, our F450, and our fifth wheel! They were prompt, professional, and extremely helpful during a stressful situation. I highly recommend you skip the others and just call Taylor's Towing!
