Living up to their name i just got an Elite tow from Zackary. My car sits low and I was concerned about possibly getting a little scuffed up because I've gotten a bad tow before. Zack was awesome and he's obviously very good at what he does. Quick and right on time. I'm glad I chose Elite.
They were still able to get me in on a snowy day so they were very busy. The driver asked what was happening instead of just towing it. So glad he did because he was able to jump it which saved me from a full tow charge to a jump charge. He was very nice and helpful. Will use them again if needed.
My ‘79 VW bug needed to be towed into the shop, so Zach and Tyler came out today. It wasn’t an easy pick up with a steep driveway and very tight turns, but these guys were great. Careful, respectful of property, friendly and downright hilarious. Out of 5 stars, I’d give them a 6. Highly recommend.
Would recommend! Was having a bad day (obviously) and Donnie was making me laugh non stop and definitely helped me feel better. Was super quick too, only waited about 15 minutes.
Their is a reason this company has a nearly perfect 5 star rating. They actually answer their phones, they get to work quickly, their prices are fair and they maintain contact with you throughout the process of pick up and drop off. I had used other places such as Browns, they were MUCH more expensive, they weren't very pleasant to deal with and their were always delays. If you want great service and a fair price and you need to work done quickly, these are your guys.
I was passing through town and needed help. Thankfully I called elite and they got me taken care of. The driver , Caleb I think his name was very helpful and did everything he could to make sure we were taken care of. Good help Is hard to find and I’m glad Caleb was the one to help

Got to me pretty quick. Great driver got truck loaded up safely. Then was able to set it down in a tight spot at repair shop. In today's world price was reasonable. My shop said Elite is the only one they use.

If you use a tow company, use this one! On Monday I was driving when my gas pedal got stuck down. As you can imagine, it was a highly stressful situation. As I waited for the tow truck to arrive I was fearful, and stressed for the cost of taking my vehicle to the mechanic as i dont have much excess income. Once the truck arrived instead of immediately putting my vehicle on the truck, the man got out and inquired about the issue. I told him, and he asked to take a look at my engine. After a few minutes of investigating, the man went to his truck and grabbed a wrench. He tapped what I assume is the throttle cable, and my gas pedal popped back up. He told me to turn my van back on, and everything was running fine. Instead of loading up my vehicle and taking my money, this honest man helped me! I insisted on paying him for bringing his truck, but he denied any compensation and asked I leave a nice review. I cried, I was so relieved and grateful for this man. 10/10, if you want an honest company who's going to be mindful of the care of your vehicle with integrity, go with Elite Towing!
Funny driver. He told me I couldn't park there, lol as I'm in a construction mess surrounded by 8" concrete. He said it was stupid day, and I didn't disappoint him....he did not add that part. Skilled driver with sense of humor sure lightened my hubby's mood
Had to have my vehicle towed and they were fantastic. Driver was knowledgeable, patient, kind, and friendly. Made sure I was taken care of and shared what he could see on the bottom of the car. Was a really good experience during a really stressful time.

I had an unexpected battery/electrical issue and made a call to Elite Towing. They answered the call quickly, took my info, and had a technician out in less than twenty minutes (Topeka area). Price was reasonable, Zack was awesome, and we got it all handled in maybe an hour tops. I highly recommend the service and am very satisfied with the experience.
Needed a tow pronto. Called the team at Elite. They answered the phone quickly. They were out to my house super quick (no more than 20 minutes). Was hooked up very nicely. They knew exactly what they were doing. Very cool to watch, too. Got my car to the repair shop safely, quickly, and super efficiently. I felt very confident and comfortable with everything. Price was also better than the others I had called. Shook my hand and said, "that's what were here for." Would call them again in a heartbeat if needed again. Don't hesitate to call them if you need service and need it pronto!

I can't say enough good things about Zack from Elite Towing in Topeka. He arrived incredibly fast and did an outstanding job towing my car. But what truly set him apart was how he treated my wife and son. Zack went above and beyond, making my 4-year-old son's day by letting him "help" with the tow. It was like a dream come true for my little boy.
Zack's kindness and patience were incredible. He made the entire experience not only stress-free for us but also truly magical for my son. As Zack pulled away, he gave my son a big wave and a beep, and my son cried when he left because he had such an amazing time, and so much fun pretending to help with the tow truck. I've never encountered such a professional, kind, and genuine person in a service situation. If I could give Zack 100 stars, I would, but 5 will have to do!

We called elite for towing our daughters car to dealer because it was having engine issues. Zac arrived in less than 20 minutes. He professionally and efficiently got the car loaded. He took care to avoid any additional damage by not turning the engine on. He corresponded though text updates the whole time to communicate car pick up and delivery times. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of tow service.
Great service! My car broke down in Lyndon and needed towed to Topeka, the two truck driver was here quickly after the initial dispatch from my insurance company. He was very polite and professional! Would definitely recommend.
Holy smokes, what a great company! I was driving through Topeka with my 22ft RV when the starter went out. They hooked me up at 7:30am and had a truck big enough to haul my truck. Well done! Take your needs here.
