Bait and switched me on a 96 Yukon passenger front fender... Showed me a nice white one, brought me out a red one with buckles in it. They don't have an exchange and won't take a refund. I guess this is normal.
This is a pretty nice stop for parts. But I wouldn't suggest getting a core support here. The vehicle that I'm worked working on needed a core support, and I told them that it was A few bolts But they insist of cutting it when I told them not to, but I told them to cut where it would be a good location if it needed to, but when I went to pick it up, they cut it in a location that I couldn't use it . So i tried to return this as says I could on the receipt, but they said I couldn't so im down 100 and a part that i cant use , but other parts are good

First let's start this off cuz they didn't tell me my first time there you pay first then you come back and get the part when they call you well they don't take back anything I have a video if anybody wants to see it to my front and back door on the outside molding on the bottom brackets I'm missing and this is after I got my money and no one said a word but I have already warned people I was mistaken it was a good place

Horrible customer service, maybe I called after difficult customer interaction I have no idea. But the rudeness and frustration was not appreciated for asking simple questions.
They are rude and think they can talk to you how ever. We had a simple misunderstanding when to read off the credit card. The worker got mad and said I been waiting on the phone for 3mins waiting for yu to give me the card number. We said I'm sorry I didn't hear that part. He hung up. Then we called back and said hey I just want to pay for the part. That it. He said I don't need your money and hung up on me again. All over because yu I didn't hear him say read the card number. Such poor customer service. They owner was there and backed up his worker in stead of correcting his worker yu don't have to do it in front of us y could of simply apologize for the misunderstanding and then took my payment. But no the owner did apologize but said they they didn't want our money. At this point it has to be because I'm black. Didn't come at him anyway just wanted to say for the part.

Friendly and very helpful. During rain storm, windshield wiper stopped working. Two quotes to fix, which included replacing the wiper motor. The quotes ranged from $146 for part to just under $437 part with installation. Nice and honest guy at this location fixed the wiper, the windshield wiper motor wasn’t the issue. Appreciated the help, honesty, and knowledge.
just rude i ask if they had a transmission she suggested i check with air capital a waste management company. that's horrible costumer service a NO would have sufficed!
Whoever answer the calls could really be a little nicer to those who are new at trying to fix a car or just anyone who says “ I’m sorry I’ve very new at this and don’t know much about cars”. We have multiple questions and to get a long sigh as if it such a hassle for them isn’t very helpful. I’m not really sure I want buy anything from here or even look, ever again.

I needed a drive shaft for my truck and I was worried because a new one was $800 and I had seen used ones online for $200 or more. I called All Parts and they had one for $75. By the time I drove there she had already had somebody bring it up front so it was already there for my inspection to insure it wasn't damaged.
Then nine months later I went there looking for some parts for my daughters PU she wrecked. They had some of the parts but when I told her the truck was black instead of selling me parts from a white truck that I would have to paint she found me a salvage yard with a black truck to get the parts off of. That is awesome service. She sacrificed a sale to take care of me.
Wonderful Place and Friendly. Stopped in on a whim to check out a car. Got a good deal on a Blazer. They don't negotiate prices but all prices looked reasonable. They start each car every day. We dealt with veryone there, Daniel, Lori and Freida. Nice people. Made a quick deal and happy with the car. I like their warranty too, 50% parts and labor for 30 days. That's more than most dealers.
The Lady that answered the phone on 10-25-18 was very rude and had a bad attitude. If your gonna run a successful business people like don’t make it look good horrible experience I do not recommend.

Called in to ask some questions about salvaging a vehicle and the man was extremely rude on the phone. Said that they "don't play no games, homeboy" and that we should know all our information before calling into a salvage yard. Called Koon's and they had no problem answering our questions and helping us salvage our Santa Fe at a decent price. In fact, Koons was able to give us a ballpark price on the phone before even arriving! Would never do business here again.
