i got my 14ton box truck stuck, in the worst position 8 miles from any paved roads. roads were washed out. these gents drove a skid steer to us, since the tow truck couldn’t make it out. got us out despite the angle of the truck. Kenny and his partner absolutely saved the day!

Unlike other companies that use cheap, substandard parts, Fastrak only uses premium components. I have had the clutch brake replaced twice and Fastrak seems to be the only crew to do it right

These folks lied to me about their ability to complete a proper DOT Inspection. When I picked up the truck it had an air leak from the valves . Spring was broken on the fifth wheel. The belts where squeaking like hell and there was an oil leak on the pan under the truck. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.!!!
great place to go if you have a problem (kenny) was fantastic in helping me thru my turbo when other companies just wanted to replace it. at first i was told thay would not be able to get to my 2018 KW 660 until the next day but about 45 mins after i was towed from a different shop into there yard kenny came out and started looking over my truck and found that (VGT) actuator was not working. was told by a different shop i had to replace the whole turbo. but kenny had me fixed and back on the road the same day. IM SO GRATEFUL. Fastrak is top on my list 100%
Finally found a mechanic that knows what he is doing. So I thought they knew what they was doing. In 18 months of service. They have had my truck in for repairs and re-repairs. For a total of around 20 + weeks of down time. That's cost me more than 100,000 in lost revenue due to inadequate mechanics.
