Had a few things to buy when I got off work this location is closer so I went in thinking I was going to be able to buy parts here and a few tools. Was told I have to go to Douglas st location. Guess I will go to Douglas location won't be buying anything here anymore. Will return instead of exchange a product. Maybe if I had boy parts or was Male like I'd have been thought of as a customer instead of a woman buying parts that I myself will be doing the work. This location made SURE I NEVER SPEND TIME OR MONEY AT ANY POORMANS STORE
SUCKS BECAUSE I WAS USE TO GOOD SERVICE AT DOUGLAS LOCATION. My money is not good enough anymore. Former satisfied customer REGRETS ENTERING THE KELLOGG LOCATION. AND ABOUT TO DO A ENGINE OVERHAUL ON A 3RD VEHICLE. NEW STORE WILL PROFIT AND POORMANS DOESN'T SEND PARTS TO MY NEW STORE.
