We rolled into Wichita last night with a really bad vibration coming from the undercarriage. I called these guys and they were out within 40 minutes and diagnosed the issue right away. They determined that a couple of bolts had backed out and needed replaced and after sourcing the correct bolts, they were back within a short time and had us going again quickly.
Great place, good people, if your truck is down these are the guys to call. I would recommend these guys to all truck driver and trucking companies.. they even have an small truck and auto shop at there location..
David was fantastic. Quick service, honest communication on his ETA and he arrived with all the tools and parts he needed to fix our glad hand. We will be using him in the future, if the occasion arises.
Very long story short, we took a church bus full of kids 2 1/2 hours from home and found ourselves with a flat front right tire. David, responded to the call quickly and spent several hours picking up the tire from an after hours warehouse and installing it. Driving the next day and that new tire gives out on the side wall and we find ourselves again on the side of the road. David comes out again and doesn't charge us for a new tire or anything else and literally spent the entire day fixing our problem. He was patient, kind, and professional from start to finish. Great company. Very fair. I would highly recommend them.
My driver had his turbo clamp blown out and I called tan kansas for roadside service. They were quick to come to my rescue. Technician was nice and courteous. I will recommend them to all my driver friends!
Very courteous. Reasonable prices. Showed up at time giving. Did not lie and say they would be there at a certain time and then show up hours later. Mechanic was very knowledgeable about his craft and did a great job.
Owner operator for 20+ years, these guys did a great job on a difficult repair along side the road in the middle of night. Total bill was less than the cost of a tow to the shop. Very honest, hard working people. Thanks you!
Thank to Tan- Kansas truck service I came to truck stop Flying eagle trying to get parking on Sunday my truck shut off I called tan- truck service 10 minutes they showed up and that’s guy rick made my day I appreciate i will continue to do business with them very honest & happy people they are there to help thank
Beware do not even let them near your truck unless you have a lot of money to take it to someplace else and have them fix what this place screws up. I had my truck towed there to replace my oil pump. The truck was there for over a week. I had to buy the part and oil myself they have no parts and they take you to Walmart so you can buy your oil. Anyway to make a long story short after they got done with it the truck ran a mile spun the crank crack the block I had to have a new engine put in after they worked on it. Also do not believe the pictures on their website. Their shop is one stall just big enough for a tractor.
Thank God this guys have saved me time and huge money. They took care of me good. Fixed my truck very well. They have good communication and trustworthy people . i recommend them.

Called this place, barely spoke english, took four hours of waiting for a tire before another company pulled up to to work on the truck next to me at the trucks stop and i had them change my tire instead. Never even called me to see where I went
Dont wast your time
BEWARE of this place! My driver was charged an "after hours" shop fee when they clearly advertise that they are open 24 hours! He even called ahead to verify that they would be open and have the parts he needed. Then after he got there, the mechanic had to go get the parts while my driver waited 2 1/2 hours for him to come back. He was never given a receipt for either place. When I called to inquire about it, I was told they would refund half of the "after hours" charge back to the card, and send me a copy of the receipt. 2 days later when the refund was not credited I called again. At that point I was told that they would send a check in the mail with a corrected receipt. That was 2 weeks ago, still no check, still no receipt!! Now they won't answer my calls or return my messages!! There are plenty of other options for truck repairs in Wichita, where I'm sure you could deal with honest people. Our company will NOT make the mistake of taking our trucks to this place again!!!
