Great business. Needed a check engine light on my ecodiesel diagnosed and they got me fixed up and back on the road in no time. Would use them again if needed when I'm in town. Great staff here.
Phenomenal service! Nobody wants to break down on the side of the highway obviously but everyone at Dreiling made this an incredible experience. The service and hospitality will restore your faith in humanity! If you’re going to break down I highly recommend doing it in their service area!

I was very pleased from beginning to end. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with. They were up front and honest about how long they would be and very accommodating. Highly recommend.
While driving in Kansas state I noticed A bad oil leak which was happening around 6:00pm. I called Dreiling Field roadside service and spoke to John. We set up an appointment for the next day at 8:00am. First thing after arriving, there they are washing and drying my engine. 15 minutes later John finds out that the Crankcase breather was blocked. Another 15 minutes go by and it is already fixed!!
They have skilled mechanics and they also sell tires. Thanks to John for helping me out- It’s always nice to work with professional people and family owned businesses.
This place hires some of the best guys ive met! Broke down on the side of I70 called for someone to bring me parts to fix my Peterbilt. Curt and another guy showed up very quick helped get my truck to the Peterbilt dealer so I could get the part and fix it myself. Hands down the best roadside service ive had in 26 years of driving! Stand up company guy that arent just out to make a buck they truly care about the customer!! Highly recommend them!
Great service! We called for a late night tow. They were quick to get us and had our car waiting with new tires on first thing in the morning. All for very reasonable prices.
We broke down while towing our 5th wheel outside of Hays. John immediately answered our phone call. Curt came and towed us to their shop. Curt was very professional and friendly. Their amazing team of mechanics had the part we needed delivered to the shop around the same time we arrived with Curt. Dreiling Field Service is a top notch company! I cannot say enough good things about this place. Our car broke down in the middle of our move. They worked with us to get it towed and taken care of. Extremely convenient, friendly, quick, and affordable service! I hope I have another car break down someday so I can work with them again lol!
We broke down on the freeway on a Sunday morning. We called Dreiling based on reviews and John was there to tow us in under 15 minutes. They were very communicative during the repairs and put in extra effort to get us back on the road. Thank you John and team.
These guys are excellent technicians and provide superb service. They fixed our slow leak by finding the crack in our wheel. THREE other companies did not find it and charged us for other thinks that didn’t fix the problem. I’m very grateful to this team. Such nice guys too. 🙂🙏
I didn't get their names but I just want to say for the 2 guys at the pilot in salina thank you so much for helping my husband and getting that turbo on the truck!!! My girls send their thanks too!! My husband busted his chest open trying to work on it and they saved the day ( husband is 2 months out of open heart surgery)
Dreiling came through in a pinch when I overran some debris while traveling on I-70 near Hays. Their dispatch operator was quickly responsive and their mechanic had me back on the road in no time—even after hours on a holiday weekend. Both were courteous and honest. I recommend calling Dreiling to anyone with auto trouble in the area.
They were great and so very helpful. Came in to meet us on a Sunday and replaced our tire so we could get back on the road and our travels. Fast service and good work. Would definitely recommend them.
We broke down in Ellis, KS and called for assistance. They showed up with 2 trucks. One truck towed our dually to local dealer. The other transported our 44' fifth wheel to a local campground. The price was very fair, and dare I say borderline cheap for 2 trucks. My family and I were very thankful for there help. If I was ever in the area and needed help again they would be my first call.
These guys are fantastic. Broke down the next town over on a Saturday when nothing was open, they had a tow truck out in less than an hour. Made the repairs in their shop and got me back on the road. Can’t thank them enough!

The mechanic was awesome and knowledgeable. The office staff was awesome too, along with everyone else I ran across. Got me back on the road like the dealerships. (But without those super high dealership prices) I am a very satisfied and happy customer.

Had to get a coolant hoes sensor and cap replaced and a tow. Excellent service and even better people. We have them saved in our phones if we have any other truck repairs. We made friends with Curt , Scott and Brandi. Very sweet and awesome people. You are in good hands when you talk to them
Nothing but high praise and gratitude for the wonderful service I received after my RV broke down…and of course it broke down on a Saturday night leaving me stranded along the Interstate. I HIGHLY recommend this dedicated team. From the initial contact with John on the phone and the above and beyond recovery operations by Kurt to the replacement of fuel filters at their shop. This family team went above and beyond to help out and the fees they charged for the services were more than fair. They definitely could have charged me more as I had no option but their fairness continued by not taking advantage of a desperate situation. Thank you team Dreiling! You are great Americans and you made a horrible situation a whole lot better.
On a long car trip, had a tire blow in the middle of nowhere and no tow trucks would accept the job until it got to Dreiling. The driver, Curt, drove pretty far to retrieve my car, while the boss was able to identify what had happened and quickly find me a new tire. The mechanic, Cody, was able to work quickly and in no time they had me back on the road. And it wasn’t expensive. Highly recommend their service, very reliable and efficient.
The sweet people here absolutely saved us on our road trip from Alabama to Oregon. We were moving cross country with a car full of stuff when our engine died on the interstate. They towed us, let us stay for a LONG time at the shop while we figured out our plan, and helped us navigate the local options. They gave us homemade lunch! Then they drove us more than an hour away to get the rental! I cannot stress enough how much we owe these people and how KIND they are!!
Curt and Brandy were amazing in responding to a tow need in high heat. He not only responded in a timely manner, but was quick, efficient, and incredibly friendly. This is a tow company that goes above and beyond and every person here cares about people. Couldn't recommend this company more!
My little brother and I Had some trouble on the way back to Denver from Memphis. John towed us back to his garage and we were helped by Nick and he treated us so well and diagnosed our issues and went above and beyond for hours. The receptionist was awesome and very comforting as well!! (Made it back home btw)
I broke down on I 70 on monday 10/30/23, they had me back on the road in nine days, they had to replace my cam shaft in my 2002 international eagle, if I ever break down again, I hope it’s close to Hays KS, this is a family owned and run organization, John, Kurt and Brandy, I can’t thank y’all enough, not to mention the mechanic that took care of my rig, I’m sorry, can’t remember his name, great people! First time driving through Kansas from South Carolina to Colorado. Motorhome would not start after gas fill in Abilene, KS but got it started after realizing it was a starter issue and no one around to help. We reached out to Dreilling in Hayes, KS. Owner John was very empathetic and worked us in the next morning allowing us to camp in our RV there overnight. Nick Mitchell took care of us exceptionally well this morning replacing starter and getting us back in the road. So grateful these people were there for us. Very fair pricing and were not taken advantage of unlike others we contacted. THANK YOU John and Nick!!!
