I called and spoke with the person that sold her the wiper blades and their comment was and I quote" I didn't force her to buy them" Not the way to treat your customers. Only been here once because I had a question about my door latch, it got jammed and instead of being lazy the older gentleman came out and fixed the door for me! Very polite and friendly. He made it so we could get home safely and I appreciate that as we were far from home and the door wouldn't close. Thank you for getting us home safely.
These guys are awesome! I sent my son to Auto Zone in Derby, KS to have him fix my van. Not only did these guys help him figure things out, they helped my son to maximize the wallet to make it affordable, and my check engine light is no longer on. I appreciate the honesty from the employees at Auto Zone and their assistance to my son who is autistic and has OCD. I am so thankful that I can trust Auto Zone enough to send my son to them and not be taken advantage of. Plus, it helped my son to learn to be independent and gain confidence. My go to for auto parts! Not a car guy but the workers always take their time and patiently work through my issues with me. Gary P just helped me purchase the right brake pads for my vehicle and gave me a lot of insight into his experiences driving the same make and model. He really took good care of me.
Took my wife's car here with a suspected bad battery. Had the battery "tested" and was told it wasn't the battery. Assumed it was a one off. 3 days later wife's car won't start again. Got her car to a mechanic and turns out, it was a bad battery.

Called up to the derby ks store to get a price on a part. They didn't carry it in stock. Said I would have to pay shipping on the part. Was very rude about it. I've never had to pay for shipping on something that wasn't special order. Then proceeded to hang up the phone on me. I was nice enough to call back and get the name of the employee. Just know not only did you lose a customer but I will be sharing my experience with everyone I can.
Lon went so far above and beyond, at least more than most have ever in helping me resolve an issue with my car. It ended up costing more than I wanted to spend, but he helped me fix it and seemed delighted in helping. I’ll definitely be using this autozone more frequently. I can’t thank you enough, Lon.

Had an issue with my alternator and went to get a new one and both Chris and Lillian at the derby AutoZone were super helpful in trying to help troubleshoot my issue and even though I didn't end up sticking with the one I got from them originally, they were super nice and were willing to help me find one that would work for my car. I ended up being in there 4 times throughout the day and they were helpful everytime!
The young man that helped me went above and beyond. I can not thank him enough. He was an enormous help. He needs a raise. You don't find customer service like that any more. Thanks for your help!!
Totally awesome workers they had are part when we broke down there and the men was very friendly and helpful. They even loan out there tools to fix are van. So this place rocks. Thank you for helping us out

Lonnie has gone above and beyond to make my shopping experience great! I had to order many parts for my Toyota Camry lately and Lonnie has always found the correct parts for the right price. I highly recommend using this parts store.
Didn't have old tractor oil filter in stock had to go to hub to get. It would be nice to keep parts that fit agriculture equipment at rural adjacent stores. Great service though.
These are some of the most helpful people to be a parts store. I had bought new windshield wipers about 2 weeks ago and it finally starting raining. The left wiper was streaking the windshied. Took my truck to Auto Zone and they replaced the wiper for me. Very nice people to deal with.
I have been doing my shopping here for almost 4 years. Never had an unpleasant experience, never had a rude employee, gotten nothing but good advise from the staff on shift, and most of all competative pricing on most of the parts I'm looking for. Every 5th purchase over $20 gets you a $20 in store credit which is super handy.
2/6/2020-Thurs. Update: The part I got from AutoZone didn't fit. So, I went back in this AM. Talked to an Associate, who quickly, professionally and without problem found me the right part, took the one sold me that didn't fit, refunded the difference and returned the part to stock. Now that's "why" I patronize AutoZone!

Staff is typically reasonably helpful. Another similar part store chain that is found locally tends to assume I know nothing and staff is rude to me, but I have rarely had that problem here.
Great Experience. My alternator went out right in the parking lot they had the part and the tools they let MY wife and kids come in and sit down to stay warm while I replaced it they were very knowledgable on now I needed to get it out and helped with what they could So I want to thank Lon and Matt 2 really great guys Thanks Guys. Came in to get a blend door actuator for my escalade, the first person who helped me was unsure of what I was needing, which I am super understanding of that because I am clueless without the help of YouTube and research. So Phillip came to help me. Not only did he take the part out, he also put it in for me as well and assisted me in finding the right part without breaking the bank! For a mom on a budget, I am super appreciative of his help and knowledge!
These guys were great, I was trying to fix my rear wheel bearing and it seemed it was stuck so I had a hard time putting everything back on and they came out and looked a d helped a young lady that worked there actually got under my car to fix something I took off. If you guys need auto parts or anything please go to them. And also if you meet and elder of the church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints they will help you
I bought some oil from here and I asked if I could dump the old oil and I was told yes. So the next day I brought my oil in. I waited for a long time for someone to come from the back that would help. Others came but they were not working yet. When someone did show up they answered the phone first. After I was finally helped they made me feel like dumping oil wasn’t something they normally do. I had my oil container in a bag so it wouldn’t get oil in the car. They threw my bag away and handed me the dirty container back. Thankfully I had more bags in my car so I wouldn’t get my interior dirty.
After two dismal trips to O'Reilly, I was pleasantly surprised when Jim P. noticed me right away, offered to help, and gave probably the best customer service that I've had in years! Both of the guys working tonight seemed polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. I actually felt like a valued customer and that they were actually happy to help me find what I needed! I'm converted!
