Great experience! Stopped to pick up an oil filter for my son. A gentleman walked up to me right away and asked if he could help me find anything. I showed him the picture and he walked me right there, handed me the filter, then even checked me out!! Great job!! GOOD customer service is a rarity! Thank you

Don't shop at this location unless you want to be treated like shit!!! Coming from an employee from another store. I called up here asking for a thermostat for my car and they said I wasnt allowed there mind you I haven't been in that store before. The girl brook or Brooklyn hung up on me refusing to help me I tried calling back and just go hung up on 5 times. If you want good service go to mulvane.

Didn't have a problem or issues with the employee. Understood what I needed and wanted. Was honest, couldn't do the headlights so he replaced my windshield wiper which was all good and I appreciate it. Good customer service all around

never going here again, they ran there machine to see what was wrong with my car, and they said it was my battery, so i spent over 200$ on a new battery then the guy offered to install it for my boyfriend and then 5 mins later my car broke down. THEN i called the store back since i was basically still infront of the o’rileys and the girl behind the phone didn’t say anything after i explained the situation to her… just radio silence for 4 mins until i hung up. save your time and money and go somewhere else

Went in for a battery check that autozone said was fine...the battery was dead and wouldnt hold a charge...the people here are pretty nice and helpful

Very best O'Reilly's in my opinion. When I came down there to pick up my new brake pads for my Hummer H3 they got me the right ones unlike AutoZone . And one of the workers gave me the best handy Ive ever gotten behind the battery rack 10/10 experience 💯% would recommend. Workers gave me advice on which brake grease feels best for gettin down and dirty. Ask for the sideways flying wingnut they will understand

I went there because I was having problems with my battery. Turns out I needed a new one. Jeremy was the young man who helped me and the reason I'm giving this place five stars. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He helped me pick my battery and installed it for me. I will definitely be returning to this store for all my auto needs.

The people were nice but had very little knowledge. The store was neat and clean. It could be considered difficult to get to if you aren't familiar with Derby and the frontage roads.

Always very helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve learned a lot from several of the staff. If you have questions, they’ve always had solutions, even if it meant going somewhere to get the specialty parts I’ve needed. This store is always the first call or stop for anything I need for my vehicles.

Good prices, and good people. The crew in here has plenty of experience to help you out if you're not exactly sure what you're after. They also install batteries and wiper blades. I use them as a business resource quite often as they carry things that other local stores don't have.

I had to drive far to reach it for a stranded customer but they ended up helping me out with whatever i needed and even checked back on me after closing to make sure i was ok. They were great.

I shop here since 47th St Auto Parts closed after my friend Alan passed away. I can order parts online and pick them up, without worrying I will have to go back to replace an incorrect part. Especially helpful when I snap a caliper bleeder scew when reassembling a vehicle and need parts fast to finish the job. Another parts store has consistently given me incorrect parts, though I have engine model (22REC) for Toyota and date of manufacture.

Not to happy with them. A new kid waited on me and made a mistake, I understood that, no problem, he's still learning. They owed me $50, the person who fixed his mistake refused to give me my money back, but instead gave me a gift card, forcing me to go back there to use it. Wasn't my mistake, shouldn't be my problem!

In the middle of looking up my part the guy "helping" me answered the phone and started checking price and availability on numerous parts for the phone customer while I stood around waiting. I finally gave up and walked out. Most good parts stores will answer the phone and put them on hold if they are in the middle of helping a customer.

I'm only rating this location. Cause let's be honest. Most of the kids behind the counter could give a s@#$. The manager will go the extra mile for you. She's built a good team. So if you're in derby and not expecting them to help you find parts once you've diagnosed your problem. They'll get it done.

First, I have never Actually taken the time to post a review Regarding any business which, in its self speaks volumes. That being said If I could give more stars, I would! Staff was nothing short of heroic, Tricia and “Oaky” stayed WELL past close to helping me replace a particularly stubborn head light and ensure I was able to make it safely home, never once made me feel silly or like an inconvenience, which they had every right to do, honestly . In Fact they made it a point to Assure me I was just the opposite (which was In No way true, Bless them) . Above and beyond does Not do them Justice, they are a credit to your institution and Have made a life time customer out of me for sure. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Not always the best customer service. Usually will match a pice, which is great. Don't pay for an ordered part before it's there, or they might misplace it. Always better than Auto Zone across the street.

Rude. Ignorant. Just a terrible experience every time I unfortunately need a part and can't wait for a couple days for an online order to come in. when a customer tells you what they need, maybe pay attention and for heaven's sake take a note so you don't have to immediately ask them what vehicle they have after they just told you. Perhaps learning the operating system would help. Not being a complete jerk to anyone that comes in the door then standing around chatting with friends that are there just to talk acting like customers asking if they could please be checked out are just an irritation would be good. Three goofs standing at the end of the counter talking to two other goofs about personal activities best left for the locker room while a line of 4 separate customer stand waiting for one guy at the register is ridiculous. The guy in front of me asks, "could we get another register open?" No profanity, firm, not rude. Completely ignored. After a second from another customer one guy finally huffs and walks slowly over to the register and won't talk or look at the customer, just stands there like a zombie with a p1$$y attitude. Terrible location. I am seriously weaning myself from the "convenience" of a local parts store. 2-3 days planning ahead for online parts is better than dealing with these losers and paying 50%-100% more. No way.

Horrible customer service. Once the phone was answred after the 20th ring. I reached a Smart mouth kid on the phone, when I asked if we could place a order for my girl friend to pickup. He right off the bat was rude. Honesty she would had a difficult time explaining what I would needed. When a customer is Asking question. You should get respectful answers. Not just come in. I never had this experience in person, I've spent a pretty good amount of money with this store. That may not be much to a large company like o'reillys. Just about every time I call there I get this treatment. The part timers evening help is the problem. It's like they only care to help who they know personally on the phone. Very Poor I can see why RockAuto is doing so well online. You don't have to deal with rude employees or pay high overhead markups. I'm not saying I won't keep shopping there. I'm not the type to write a negative review. But this really rubbed me the wrong way. Hope Adrian the store manager know how her night shift is treating people.
