Very disappointing experience. I called this shop looking for help and was told they don’t offer road service or mechanic work — only towing. But when I tried to arrange a tow, they completely ignored my calls. It’s a shame they don’t seem interested in helping paying customers. If this is how they treat people who actually want to do business with them, I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.
I cannot praise this company and their driver Justin enough. They were able to help me wear many other companies were not able to. They were quick and efficient and helpful. I would strongly recommend them if you ever need a tow.

Palmer’s truck and trailer is a life saver! We broke down on 1-70 not far outside of Salina for a couple hours the tow service we called an hour ago had yet to show up! When we called palmers they gave us a good price and showed up within 15min! They treated the car amazing for having a flat tire. Thank you palmers and I’ll definitely recommend you guys !

Prompt weekend service at our time of greatest need. They towed our RV to a repair station after our road side service left us high and dry. 10/10 would call them again.

Had an engine failure on my 99 F350 towing a gooseneck flatbed, westbound on I-70 about 15 miles west of Salina. Called the Ford dealer and they recommended Palmer. They came and got me and my truck to the dealership within an hour and went back for my flatbed and stored it at their place until later in the afternoon when the excellent Ford service department got my truck back up and running. Absolutely recommend 100% perfect and fast service.
My uncle was in a wreck and they had towed the vehicle had told us Saturday when we had called that we would be able to pick up the belongings now saying I can not get any of my uncle’s belongings knowing my uncle is unable to pick his stuff due to the fact he is sitting in the hospital refused to call us back multiple times poor communication on top of that rude and not understanding the urgency to get said belongings
KW broke down south of Salina, they towed my truck and trailer to Central Power. They arrived fast and were extremely professional. I highly recommend these guys.
Mr. PALMER came out on a Sunday to fix my truck which needed fan belts. Ran all over town waited over an hour to find fan belts. Came back and put them on within an hour. And was extremely fair and what he charged me especially on Sunday.. Or any day for that matter. Highly recommended. Not only that made a new friend.
Never, under any circumstances let the city tow your vehicle to these people. Like previous comments, they will tell you they can’t do it and then bill you on the time for the job that they themselves said that they couldn’t do. And turns out, they’re not a repair shop of any kind btw. So the only possible reason for them to show up to tow my truck to begin with, was not to help me in any possible way, but to instead just hope that I couldn’t pay for it.
My semi truck broke down, and I called them for a tow. I was towed to the shop, which I had no problem with. After 30 minutes, I was informed by the shop that they could not fix it and referred me to the shop, which is located on the other side of the parking lot. As I was trying to figure out what to do, the same tow truck driver showed up at the shop. He charged me an additional $300 to tow the truck to the other side of the parking lot. I had no choice but to pay because my truck would not start. I'm not saying they didn't have a right to charge me, but $300 to go across the parking lot after I had already paid $400 shows me how greedy and uncaring a business can be. I will say the driver did give me a ride to get a hotel room due to me being stranded.
Awesome place to work with. Had a truck break down in Salina ks and we’re 6 hours away from home and they towed us in and helped load the truck on lowboy. There pricing is very fair. All around nice people. 10/10 would recommend
We were stranded on the interstate at 4am on a Sunday and they had absolutely no problem getting to us quickly. Carried us to the nearest autozone. Shannon was very polite and informed us of the town. He was beyond great. Even talked with our kids!! Thank you so much for your help!!

On Thanksgiving day my husband got our truck stuck in mud to the door panels, in the middle of nowhere. Palmer towing sent Jerry Cox to pull us out, and he got stuck too! On his BDay too! Mr. Palmer (Roy) brought out his Bobcat, and had us free in a jiffy. And the fees were astonishingly REASONABLE!
I would recommend this company to everyone in a flash!

They were very good to me when I needed help due to the Petro shop cracking my manifold brake box. I called and spoke with someone they said if I got all the parts they would take me first thing the next morning and they did and I was out of there sooner than expected. They did a great job I would highly recommend them if you are in the Salina Kansas area.
Superb experience. I had a driver break down in the area after talking to the boss shop and them looking at it they told us we needed quite a bit of work and would need to be towed. They gave us palmers information for the tow and within an hour they had someone over to look at our truck they didnt tow us instead it was a less than 500 dollar fix that they did in a very timely manner where the driver broke down at. Will use them anytime im in the area after this experience.
had my truck at their shop 8a monday with knowledge of the owner. this was to put a clutch in the truck. picked the truck up at 11p saturday. mechanic advised he didn't care when the truck was promised, he was doing the work. left with no clutch brake, although mechanic knew the flywheel had been turned & he was going to resurface it also.every day i got the same runaround, it will be done tomorrow. bill was $600 over what was quoted by owner, i'll never go back!
I'm from Pittsburgh, and recently had an axle on a tool trailer give out while driving back to Pittsburgh from Colorado. Called 5 different places before we found Roy's number. Roy was able to tow our trailer back to his shop, special order the axle, and get it repaired. Despite having to send 2 different trucks for the tow and having over 3 hours in labor in the tow alone, he charged us only $85 for the tow. We were 15 hours from home, he could have had his way with us, but was more than fair. Good guy too, enjoyed talking with him. I'd highly recommend him if you are ever in the Salina area and in need of service.
